Title: Exceptional service and hospitality! I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my trip to Vietnam, and I had a truly wonderful experience. I was especially impressed by the service from the front desk staff member, Bùi Thị Thản. She kindly upgraded our room for free, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay so comfortable. Thanks to Bùi Thị Thản’s attentive care and warm hospitality, our trip was even more enjoyable. Thank you so much! Although the hotel is a bit far from the airport, I highly recommend it to everyone. Dù khách sạn hơi xa sân bay một chút, nhưng tôi vẫn nhiệt tình giới thiệu nơi này cho mọi người. Tôi nhất định sẽ chọn khách sạn này nếu có dịp quay lại Việt Nam.

10/10 for Flamigo Đại Lải Resort! The receptionist, Minh, was incredibly enthusiastic, attentive, and notably charming and handsome. Our child had a birthday on check-in day, and the resort even surprised us with a beautiful and delicious cake. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Our whole family had a wonderful vacation here; the kids especially loved it. We'll definitely be back to Flamigo Đại Lải many more times when we have the chance. Nice!

Tôi đặt phòng 2 giường với giá khoảng 4.100.000đ/ đêm. Khi tôi đến là 16:000 tôi nhận được phòng không đúng với hình ảnh tôi đặt, tôi có yêu cầu nhân viên đổi phòng 2 giường, nhân viên nói chưa có phòng, phải chờ tử 30p-1 tiếng mới có phòng. Tôi đã rất mệt nên không thể chờ đợi. Nhân viên k tỏ ra có lỗi mà nói với tôi bằng giọng rất lạnh lùng. ”Không có phòng, chị muốn đổi thì phải chờ...” tôi thật thất vọng với một số tiền bỏ ra như vậy mà nhận lại thái độ phục vụ không xứng đáng.

The mountain view is absolutely fantastic. When it's very foggy, it feels like you're in the clouds. The spa seems to be closed, and the restaurant had a limited menu. Breakfast was decent. If I were to visit again, I'd definitely come back.

I could not imagine a more perfect place to get away from the stresses of life. A small and intimate resort nestled amongst pomelo and orange orchards. While the location is a bit remote, it was well worth the travel - it truly felt like an escape from the world. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Each detail has been meticulously thought out by the owners, who could not have been more kind or thoughtful. Any request was immediately taken care of. The hotel also boasts a lovely restaurant where the chef makes each meal from scratch - each and every one was INCREDIBLE!! I could not have had a more perfect stay and I hope to return many times in the future. 1000/10 highly recommend. Don’t sleep on this gem! 💎💎💎💎💎

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals, which added to the cozy, homely vibe of our stay. The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. One suggestion for improvement would be to add lighting inside the pool. While there are two lights outside near the pool, it still gets quite dark at night, which limits nighttime swimming or poolside relaxation. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again. With just a few small enhancements, it could be even more perfect!

Mandala Kim Bôi offers a very happy and relaxing experience. The mineral pool is definitely worth it, especially the mineral bathtub on the balcony, which is a really unique and enjoyable feature—soaking while enjoying the view is truly relaxing. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The spa services are well-provided, with a calm atmosphere and professional treatments that help you unwind completely. Overall, it’s a great destination for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness, and definitely a place worth visiting again.

Very well looked after, plenty of inclusions on villa stayed, good variety of snacks & drinks throughout the day. Guests had the best view out of all villa. Butler was on hand to assist to every whims. Very impressed. Thank you to all Teams.

Booked as a last minute bed needed. Was a great hotel wish we had more time there, will have to return one day. Standard room but was clean and had what we needed. Many amenities there, balcony to pool, restaurant, lake, free services. Friendly and helpful staff 👌
