The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful stay. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out very efficient. They answered all questions with a great attitude. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation and easy access to dining and shopping. It's perfect for business trips, highly recommended!

1. The facilities are very new, and there's a wide variety for breakfast. The pool is also great. 2. The hot water in the shower was unstable, fluctuating between hot and cold, which was uncomfortable. The shower gel bottle, which was stuck on, kept falling off.

The hotel is a bit old, but the breakfast is good, especially the eel noodles – what more could you ask for? The Wi-Fi was decent too. Plus, the bathroom even had a bathtub. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

The hotel was quite new, right by the sea. However, perhaps because it was a weekday when I checked in, there were very few guests. We arrived quite late and hadn't had dinner, but the hotel still offered to serve us food, and the dishes were still very good, not perfunctory at all.

Excellent service and excellent cleanlines. Only problem is that the gym is REALLY lacking. The gym needs more equipment and weights. Not possible to do a proper workout with the equipment they have. Aside from that it was all good.

When checking in, the last guest’s room card sleeve was still left, and the last guest’s mineral water bottle was still on the round table. The bathroom floor is slippery and easy to fall after bathing.
