I really enjoyed the Hotel’s location. I really like the breakfast. It was very fresh and lots of choices. The view from the bedroom was really nice. I liked how big the rooms are I like how fresh the towel smelled and the water pressure was very good. I like the additional robes and slippers that were provided and everything worked very well and is good quality. I like the pool and the gym. Everything I needed was there for a good fitness workout.

The location is very good, inter center of city. Room quite old and smelly, hotel try to fix by sending me aroma but, not help much.

The hotel smelt of smokes as we entered and we found lots of cigarettes butt in the lobby for a hotel at this price and standards in Vinh city it should not happened. The toilets facilities are old and so is the room the carpet looks so dark and dirty what’s worse. I did not end up staying there as I did not feel like there was a good vibes as the whole hotel was dark and dingy and the corridors are large but dark and somehow when you go in there it feels really *******. I am really disappointed to say the least that they refused to refund around 1.5m vnd even though I did not stay there so in the end I felt like this may well be strategy doing the very least so customers will leave even without refund of the cancellation booking. Very disappointed in every aspects of this hotel. This is supposed to be one of the best hotels in Vinh already but really I stayed in a 3 stars hotel nearby and have had better services and for half the price.
