Place was nice. Typical breakfast. Front desk clerk was polite engaging and made good recommendations for dinner.

Due to the hotel staff's incompetence, a duplicate payment occurred, and we had a hard time rectifying it. While the facilities were old, the interior was clean and quiet.

Located in downtown Salt Lake City, it is surrounded by big hotels such as the Hyatt Marriot Hilton. The breakfast is pretty good, but the floor height is a bit low. I’m sorry to say but the food was terrible and the water in the hot tub / swimming pool looked like it was dirty. Didn’t get in at all. The rooms were very clean and the maid service was great. I tipped the maid. I will not be going back to that hotel. I will be staying at the RV Park the next time I go down..
