The pictures, services and hospitality of this property online on trip.com doesn’t say much of the reality and lovely experiences during our stay at the property. - The Environment was very conducive and Homely - The staffs were very friendly and helpful with us and our baby - Back of the property is nature itself, full nature and free to watch! We had great time staying at the property and would definitely visit anytime we are around. - The manager of the property hosted us to lots fun.

Goed hotel met behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Gewoon goed, in een mooi rustige omgeving met, vanaf het dak, zicht op de Kilimanjaro. Ontbijt is goed en het eten is lekker. Kortom, gewoon een goed en vriendelijk hotel. Helaas is internet niet heel stabiel, waardoor deze regelmatig wegvalt.

This stay at the Flamingo Hotel was really a very pleasant experience! We flew from Sambar Island and it was very late, but the hotel still gave us a warm reception. Welcome drink, help luggage, waiter to the room to introduce the facilities in detail. We booked a triple room, the room was really big, completely exceeded expectations! The most surprising thing is that there is a separate small pool at the door of the room that belongs to us! But the hotel does not have a quilt. There is a list. Anyway, we climbed Kilimanjaro and brought a sleeping bag. I found that the hotel here is also for a list of Sang Island... That night, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the dishes tasted very good, especially their mixed vegetables, tasted very good, very fresh. The buffet breakfast the next day, although the variety is not particularly large, the taste is also great. This is a very distinctive and exquisite hotel. From the overall layout to every decoration detail, you can see the hotel's intentions, very stylish, and the environment is particularly clean. The experience was very good, we were even thinking that if we come back next time, or after going down the mountain from Chirimagaro, we must stay here again!

Pro: friendly staff, nice environment, relaxing place. There is a mini market within 100m. Con: poor soundproof (can hear the noise when they hold a party). Poor WiFi connection. Unstable power supply. No mirror and hook in the bathroom. Water discharge is slow after shower. Less breakfast variety.

My stay here was amazing! The room was comfortable and the service was super friendly. They helped arrange a quick tour of the Chagga caves and helped me go to the ATM while there. The chalets were a lot bigger than I had anticipated which was a nice surprise. Breakfasr was delicious!

Everything was fantastic. The staff was amazing and very accomodating. Having delicious local food in the rooftop terrace with Kilimanjaro view is magical. The room is spacious, with a balcony, a shower and a good bed.

It’s a popular place with foreigners who are going to climb Kilimanjaro or go on a safari trip. You can order food in a restaurant and buy some souvenirs.
