Hotel is located right at the beach and the harbour, location is great to explore Båstad. The restaurant offers a good breakfast selection and enough seating opportunities. The hotel is spread over different buildings and separated by a small road. The room is very small and the bathroom even smaller. No amenities are prepared in the room. If you want to use the Spa area it comes at an extra charge. The cleanliness in the room was bad. Dead mosquito on the ceiling, dust and hair in the bathroom. Must be improved at this price point and positioning of the hotel.

There are many beds in the room, and the breakfast is excellent. The bathing and sleeping experiences are good, and the surrounding environment is quiet. The only downside is that slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are not provided, but it seems that this is common in European hotels.

The hotel is located very close to the airport, which is a big plus, especially on late or early flights. The extra feature is a 24-hour reception, which makes check-in at any time a problem. The rooms are simple but fulfil their task. As for the location and the facilities offered, the prices are really affordable. Good choice for a short stay before or after travel.

Just one night stay and we really enjoyed the room, location and breakfast was fab. Home made jams so very good we bought one. Lovely place.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are wonderful, but the management of the entrance areas, lifts and restaurants is shocking. There is NO effective distancing enforced. People constantly trying to share lifts. No respect for distancing in queues. People rudely and deliberately blocking routes in restaurants, and refusing to move . And sadly the young friendly and helpful staff are trying to facilitate everyone, they currently seem to feel that they cannot or dare not (?) tackle the ‘ignorant’ guests who seem to believe that Covid is just a minor inconvenience. I will certainly not be back until the management support their staff and take the current pandemic restrictions seriously. Am shocked and disappointed !. Frankly I expected better !.
