The large, floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning view of the quietly flowing Neva River, with the Aurora cruiser nearby and the Winter Palace and St. Isaac's Cathedral in the distance. Bathed in the evening glow, it felt like a glimpse into the glory of 18th-century Tsarist Russia.

Easy 10/10. Perfect location, impeccably maintained property — worth a visit on its own. Outstanding room quality, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. Spot on.
A small story: I handed in my shoes for shining on the evening of our arrival, as I needed them for a ballet performance at the Mariinsky Theater the next day. Somehow, the hotel misplaced the shoes, and I had to leave for the performance in my sneakers. Natalia from the concierge desk tracked them down, drove to the theater, texted me the moment the first intermission started, and was waiting outside with my polished shoes and a shoehorn — then even returned my sneakers to the room. Truly impressive and completely unexpected! It almost makes you forget the minibar price list (though I still enjoyed the $15 pack of gummy bears). Tipp: try the insta breakfast in the room - another 10/10!

Vera2020Oh, how much I loved this apart-hotel! I had a short layover in St. Petersburg on my way home.
So I looked for a hotel close to the airport.
At first, we considered a more basic hotel, but then decided that even for 12 hours, we might as well make them count.
Upon arrival, there was a barrier, and the taxi driver was afraid to enter the premises, thinking he would be charged 300 rubles upon exiting. Don't worry, you can enter without fear; there's no charge for hotel guests.
Check-in was quick, and we were assigned a room on the 22nd floor. Oh my, the view was magnificent! We caught the sunrise in the morning, the sunset in the evening, and the room was filled with sun all day.
Everything was perfectly clean, both in the room and on the floors.
The room was quite spacious, with large wardrobes for clothes and carved shelves on the wall for small items.
There were dishes for cooking, a stove, a kettle, and a microwave. Nearby, there are shops with ready-made meals and groceries for cooking.
The only thing is, if your windows face south, as ours did, it can be noisy from the road. But in summer, you can keep the window closed and use the air conditioning.
The hotel is far from the city center, but a taxi solves that problem.
On the other hand, it's close to the airport, only an 8-minute drive.
When we checked out, it was evening, and a girl was playing the piano in the hotel lobby. I really enjoyed the stunningly beautiful music.
And on arrival, female guests received a tulip flower because it was March 8th. It was incredibly thoughtful to show such attention to guests.
The hotel has a pool and a spa, but we didn't have time to visit them, though I imagine they are just as wonderful.
The hotel has a very light, modern, and vibrant energy. Definitely stay here!
You can even bring pets.

Guest UserThis place since it was Sofitel or even earlier W designed with love by Antoni Citterio Burau is my favorite place for business travel in St. Peterburg.
Lovely location, design and service stands for real 5-star!
A gourmet restaurant on sight makes it very convenient for business meals like breakfast, lunch or dinner with no need to browse surroundings by foot!
Love this place!

The hotel is great, but the room had an unpleasant smell, as if someone had hidden a sweaty T-shirt. The air freshener offered by the maid saved the situation for about 30 minutes. I suffered from this smell for a day. In addition, the air conditioner blew directly on the bed, despite the fact that I turned it off, apparently the ventilation still continues, it still blows unpleasantly. The service is ok, the kettle was brought about five minutes after the call, the water was replenished, the room was prepared for bedtime. The breakfasts are excellent, but very cramped, there is little space in the Asia restaurant, if there are two of you, they will offer a small table and guests and waiters are constantly scurrying around. The service here was a little disappointing. They never brought coffee to go, I asked for an omelette for my child with milk, but for some reason it was like just a scrambled egg, a flat, not airy egg pancake.

ПолПотA modern apart-hotel right opposite the metro. Freshly renovated, well-equipped. But the audibility in the rooms is the same as in new buildings. In two days I changed three rooms: in the first the shower did not work, I was moved to another. Everything was in order there, but behind the wall a baby was screaming hysterically. I asked to be moved to a place where there were no children. Overall, not bad. There was audibility, but it did not interfere with sleep. In terms of price and quality, this is an ideal option: in the so-called mini-hotels both the quality is worse and the rooms are crap. Well, Soviet hotels are much more expensive

Виктория ВойцеховичThe hotel was very enjoyable. The perfect location: near metro, shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, etc.
The room was filled daily with water bottled, tea set, shower cosmetics. The room has all basic things for comfortable accommodation: teapot, fan, twig and smooth board, plush raiment, slippers, comfortable bed and pillows. Staff polite, attentive, smiley. All requests were made very quickly. We frozen on arrival, we immediately brought the heater. We also needed a roller, it was also quickly brought to the room.
The hotel has a tour manager, through which you can register for any tour of Peter.

Anonymous UserThe service was excellent; even though there's an elevator, the staff insisted on taking our luggage to the room. The hotel facilities were also very cozy and clean, and the breakfast was not only plentiful and delicious but also available until 12 PM. The location is superb too; the hotel is right on the Fontanka River, a tributary of the Neva River, and it's just a seven or eight-minute walk along the river to Nevsky Prospekt.

Guest UserThe hotel has a beautiful design and a cozy fireplace in the lobby, but it's a long way from the metro station, especially since in winter there was ice mixed with snow on the streets. The rooms are comfortable, good linen, there were cups, tea bags, but we missed a capsule coffee machine. The breakfast is good, thank you.

Elen_a+: Delicious breakfast with a beautiful view from the window. The pool is free until 4 PM, and the room was clean.
-: When checking out at 12 PM, I took my belongings from my room on the 4th floor and brought them up to my friends' room on the 7th floor. Somehow (it's unclear how or where), I ended up missing a turtleneck and a top. They never made it to the 7th-floor room. I contacted the reception, and they said they didn't know anything about it, and the housekeeper claimed there was nothing left in my room. They didn't even let me go back into the room. It's a very strange situation; these aren't earrings that could be easily lost unnoticed.
Overall, the hotel is good and I recommend it, even though I'm still left with a bad taste in my mouth.
