The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Aurora cruiser and a pier where pleasure boats depart. It's very convenient to get around the city center by taxi, but the metro is also not far. The hotel is nice and clean. The view from the window is stunning (as shown in the photo, only the weather prevented a greater impression). Many thanks to the hotel for the birthday present, it was very pleasant. The spa center is an additional charge, but that means there aren't many visitors, everything is decent, and the saunas are good. Breakfasts are delicious, with plenty of variety. I would return for a better room view!

We stayed for two days around our wedding, and everything was magnificent. The staff was incredibly responsive; we requested a larger room with a terrace, and they accommodated our wish. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a lovely complimentary dessert and a bottle of Prosecco in our room, which was an incredibly pleasant surprise. The bed was soft and very comfortable, ensuring we had excellent sleep. The room itself was spacious, and we could even order breakfast to our terrace, which offered an impressive view of St. Isaac's Cathedral. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and diverse, featuring desserts, salmon, vegetables, blinis, caviar, and Prosecco. You could also order à la carte. Our room was 537, one of those with large terraces and a direct view of the cathedral, making it perfect for wedding or any other photography.

Clean, neat and tidy room equipped with cooking equipment, hair dryer, clothes iron, usb charging ports and other useful amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is likewise neat and tidy, with a towel dryer, sufficient lighting and personal care products available . The staff was very helpful and conversational in English, the signages and announcements are translated into English and Chinese which makes it a very hospitable place for non-Russian speaking travelers. The hotel itself is situated about 15 minutes away by car from Pulkovo Airport and in walking distance of buses which bring you to the metro station/St Petersburg city center. Across the hotel, there is a supermarket (Pyaterochka, opened until 11pm) and some small restaurants. Definitely worth it!

I was able to check in half an hour before 3 PM. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided a detailed explanation of all the facilities. I didn't quite catch everything after that, but it seemed like they mentioned something about using the Four Seasons across the street for a bath, possibly a partnership. Since I didn't need it, I didn't try it. The room size was adequate, but it might be primarily for business travelers as there was no luggage rack, making it a bit inconvenient to open a large suitcase. Breakfast included both a buffet on the table and à la carte options. The menu, as shown in the photos, included items like Eggs Benedict and omelets available for order. The buffet items were a bit standard, not much different from a typical four-star hotel, mainly offering pancakes and two types of smoked fish. Service was excellent. Doormen were consistently there to open doors and remind me if my taxi had arrived. The most important aspect is the location. This hotel is situated between the Winter Palace and St. Isaac's Cathedral, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the Mariinsky Theatre.

Lovely hotel with amazing location in the city centre, great service, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Absolutely delicious and abundant breakfast including traditional Russian pancakes, red caviar, variety of egg dishes. Special thanks for the checkout gifts a jar of honey and the hotel signature perfume.

The location is excellent, right across from a shopping mall and subway station. The room facilities are relatively new and complete. However, the service is poor. I couldn't get through to the front desk by phone. There was only one roll of toilet paper and no napkins. After staying two nights, all they did was change the bath towels, bottled water, garbage bags, and refill the toilet paper. The cleaning was done in a minute; the room and kitchen weren't cleaned, the toilet wasn't scrubbed, etc. They wouldn't even let me ask for an extra bottle of water. This is guesthouse service, not four-star hotel service. I had no choice but to go to the front desk to request a room change.

I really liked the hotel! The location isn't in the center, but it's a 1-minute walk to the metro. Lots of cafes, salons, and shops downstairs. There's a pool. The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous in the summer. The downsides include a long wait for the elevator, as there are many floors, but it's not a deal-breaker. I've stayed here four times. It's fantastic!

Located right next to the Vaganova Ballet Academy, a renowned institution dedicated to preserving Russian traditions, I saw students gathering for their graduation ceremony. The location is absolutely perfect. The interior of the building was also kept very clean, allowing for a comfortable and worry-free stay.

A magnificent Grand Hotel. The location is convenient. I didn't stay there myself; I booked it for my daughter as a birthday gift. She absolutely loved it! Check-in was exactly on time, and there was already a basket of fresh fruit in the room. For breakfast, the hotel team presented her with a small cake and a candle, then brought incredibly delicious pastries to her room. Upon checkout, they even gave her a box of exclusive pastries! The staff was very attentive. Of course, events are held in the restaurant, and guests are informed in advance so they can plan their evening accordingly. Well done! Since it was the weekend, there were events at the hotel, and my daughter and her friends went out to celebrate her birthday. Breakfast was a solid 10+; everything was incredibly delicious, abundant, and plentiful. There was champagne at the entrance, and the waiters were attentive and responsive. Thanks to both the chefs and the staff. My deepest gratitude. Everything was superb! And that incredible view from the window! Everything was magnificent! Thank you so much 🙏

I really liked this hotel. It's a 7-story building with a rooftop garden restaurant. It's very clean, and the staff are professional and friendly. The breakfast selection is rich, and the restaurant is quiet. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the Neva River and the Summer Palace, and about twenty minutes to the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood and the Winter Palace.
