They let us check in an hour early, which was a very pleasant surprise! 😊 The room was good and well-equipped with everything you need: bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, a kettle, coffee, and tea.
However, the cleaning before our arrival wasn't thorough. There were black hairs on the bathroom floor, which was a bit disappointing.
Daily cleaning was provided, and the water, coffee, and tea were replenished every day.
The breakfast was excellent, but if you arrive around 10 AM, finding a seat might be a challenge. Sometimes we were asked to wait 20 minutes because it was fully booked.
I popped into the beauty salon on the ground floor to get my hair styled for an event. My hair was already washed and wet. I just asked them to dry and style it with a hairdryer. I have a bob above my shoulders. They charged 3500 (Ruble), even though the price list indicated a different amount. I didn't bother to dispute it as I was really short on time.
Overall, I liked the hotel and think I'll return again.

Guest UserEasy 10/10. Perfect location, impeccably maintained property — worth a visit on its own. Outstanding room quality, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. Spot on.
A small story: I handed in my shoes for shining on the evening of our arrival, as I needed them for a ballet performance at the Mariinsky Theater the next day. Somehow, the hotel misplaced the shoes, and I had to leave for the performance in my sneakers. Natalia from the concierge desk tracked them down, drove to the theater, texted me the moment the first intermission started, and was waiting outside with my polished shoes and a shoehorn — then even returned my sneakers to the room. Truly impressive and completely unexpected! It almost makes you forget the minibar price list (though I still enjoyed the $15 pack of gummy bears). Tipp: try the insta breakfast in the room - another 10/10!

Guoguoxia09There's a supermarket and a park downstairs, and several large shopping malls nearby. The hotel also has a kitchen, making it super convenient for daily life and leisure. It's clean, hygienic, and offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThis place since it was Sofitel or even earlier W designed with love by Antoni Citterio Burau is my favorite place for business travel in St. Peterburg.
Lovely location, design and service stands for real 5-star!
A gourmet restaurant on sight makes it very convenient for business meals like breakfast, lunch or dinner with no need to browse surroundings by foot!
Love this place!

Guest UserThe hotel is great, but the room had an unpleasant smell, as if someone had hidden a sweaty T-shirt. The air freshener offered by the maid saved the situation for about 30 minutes. I suffered from this smell for a day. In addition, the air conditioner blew directly on the bed, despite the fact that I turned it off, apparently the ventilation still continues, it still blows unpleasantly. The service is ok, the kettle was brought about five minutes after the call, the water was replenished, the room was prepared for bedtime. The breakfasts are excellent, but very cramped, there is little space in the Asia restaurant, if there are two of you, they will offer a small table and guests and waiters are constantly scurrying around. The service here was a little disappointing. They never brought coffee to go, I asked for an omelette for my child with milk, but for some reason it was like just a scrambled egg, a flat, not airy egg pancake.

ПолПотA modern apart-hotel right opposite the metro. Freshly renovated, well-equipped. But the audibility in the rooms is the same as in new buildings. In two days I changed three rooms: in the first the shower did not work, I was moved to another. Everything was in order there, but behind the wall a baby was screaming hysterically. I asked to be moved to a place where there were no children. Overall, not bad. There was audibility, but it did not interfere with sleep. In terms of price and quality, this is an ideal option: in the so-called mini-hotels both the quality is worse and the rooms are crap. Well, Soviet hotels are much more expensive

Александра ХалайI really liked the hotel!
The location isn't in the center, but it's a 1-minute walk to the metro.
Lots of cafes, salons, and shops downstairs.
There's a pool.
The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous in the summer.
The downsides include a long wait for the elevator, as there are many floors, but it's not a deal-breaker. I've stayed here four times. It's fantastic!

Anonymous UserThe service was excellent; even though there's an elevator, the staff insisted on taking our luggage to the room. The hotel facilities were also very cozy and clean, and the breakfast was not only plentiful and delicious but also available until 12 PM. The location is superb too; the hotel is right on the Fontanka River, a tributary of the Neva River, and it's just a seven or eight-minute walk along the river to Nevsky Prospekt.

There were 16-16 Hotel on March 26. The room was ordered big at once, we were three people. At the entrance immediately found a dirty floor. In the bedroom, the shell from the seed, began to use the sun curtain. The living room table is broken (one leg), the extract over the plate does not work, the garbage room was old dirty spots apparently from the tea bags. They ordered a dinner room from the restaurant: pelmen with deer and bruss (not a home pie and a twist), varenic with potatoes (all the same), beef cheeks cannot be spoiled (was delicious), but the puree to them is not delicious. They brought in the room barely warm, though everything was packed. What for the SPA: children and the people dark, there is no place to put their things. I silence about lying on a chedron and resting. Many things will put and swim. Asking to allocate one cheeslong for 3 people - refused! People without residence take a place in the spa. This hotel is 3 times, now I wonder whether I will come here again. Every year it gets worse and worse. The people don't have it in April when the Spa closes. The location is convenient.

Check-in was seamless, and most of the staff spoke English, so communication was a breeze. The hotel is a bit older, but the facilities are well-maintained.
As a solo traveler, staying here for 9 consecutive days was an absolutely comfortable choice. The subway station is just a few steps away, and there are supermarkets, various restaurants, and multiple bus stops nearby. There's also a park right across the street. All in all, it's incredibly convenient for solo travel... Plus, it's not on the main street, so it's very quiet and not noisy at all.
Rooms on the 8th floor can be a bit noisy because floors 9 and 10 house functional service areas. When checking in, you might want to request a lower-floor room!
This stay truly left me with wonderful memories... I hope to have the chance to visit again in the future~
The room looked almost exactly like the pictures provided by the hotel. The review photos show breakfast, some interior and exterior views of the hotel on the first floor, and all the scenery within a five-minute walk of the hotel.
