Except the room is a little small, I am quite satisfied with everything else. The service is also good. They will help to sort out the clothes, which is quite unexpected. The spa is just swimming and steaming sauna, I didn't have any demand, so I didn't experience it.
Excellent location, good service. Overall everything is convenient, clean.
From the downsides. The description says that visiting the swimming pool and spa is included in the price. In fact, only three hours from 9 to 12 a.m. are free. Other time is to be paid extra. Of course, if you want to go to sauna, you can also pay - little money there - but there is a displeasant feeling of fraud. If someone likes to breathe, there will be problems. The ventilation system clearly doesn't work. The air is sperm, you must get used to living in hypoxy. Windows are not open, breathing is not.
I came to this hotel with my daughter, only because there is access to the pool and they let people in under 18, and there is also parking. Total: parking is paid, access to the pool is by appointment and for money. The unpleasant thing is the smell of chemicals in the room, although it was a suite. But good breakfasts and a view of Aurora and all of St. Petersburg from the Neva. Overall rating 3/10
Facilities: Pretty good, the hotel is relatively new, nothing special.
Cleanliness: Very clean, housekeeping is done daily, and turndown service is available.
Environment: Very close to Donggong Palace, very convenient for sightseeing nearby.
Service: Service is average, but the hotel manager's ability to arrange early check-out is excellent 👍
This was my first business trip to Russia and my first time in St. Petersburg.
A friend recommended this hotel; it's not far from the airport, about a 15-minute drive.
The hotel has a great location, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. A residential area is a 10-minute walk away, and there's a really good steakhouse there.
There's also a park nearby, perfect for walks and exercise.
The hotel is very new, and the overall environment is great.
I booked a double room, which was spacious and very comfortable. The facilities are quite good for the price.
Breakfast is on the first floor, and the selection is decent.
There's also a restaurant on the second floor, which is an option if you don't want to walk.
You can take a taxi to the airport. If you don't have much luggage and aren't in a rush, you can take bus number 39; the bus stop is not far from the hotel, and the fare is relatively cheaper.
A very good experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in St. Petersburg.
I love this hotel; it's not my first time there. It's a beautiful old building, the rooms are excellent, the breakfast is very good, the staff is friendly, and the room is clean. The only downside for me is the lack of soundproofing. Some of the hotel guests are not known for their intelligence or good manners, which can be a problem, especially when you can hear them and their offspring through the wall at night. It feels like they're in my room. The hotel staff does everything they can to ensure a pleasant stay.
A fantastic hotel 🥹 This is my first truly heartfelt review.
It's very close to the train station, a 10-minute walk. Although it's a bit far from the main street, the surrounding area is very quiet, and we slept very well. There's a beautiful park nearby, not crowded, and it's perfect for taking photos when it snows; you can even see a group of adorable dogs at night.
The room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. We needed to catch an early flight when we checked out, so we asked the hotel in advance and they prepared a lunchbox. The sandwiches were quite good, and the buffet breakfast was typical white food—the taste was okay, but the desserts were a bit too sweet for Chinese tastes. The coffee was excellent.
It happened to be my birthday when I checked in, and the hotel prepared a birthday surprise for me. They gave me a birthday cake with breakfast, and when I returned, I found a birthday letter and chocolates! A very warm and welcoming hotel 🥹
P.S. It would be even better if they could offer to help with luggage; my luggage was too big to carry.

MMingtiankeyidangyuhangyuanmaAfter all, the Russian Four Seasons has been separated from the Four Seasons headquarters, but the quality is still online. The sanitation and facilities are impeccable, it is a bit old, but it also has a unique style in this location. The surrounding environment is also very good, very close to the Winter Palace.

Kkkc93Excellent travel experience. I came to St. Petersburg just for this hotel, and it turned out that I was right to choose this hotel! Of course, it also left a deep and beautiful memory for me in St. Petersburg.
The hotel is in a great location. It is on Nevsky Prospekt, a five-minute walk to the EUROSPAR supermarket, and the surrounding high-end shopping mall DLT is also within easy reach. The Centennial Bookstore, the Centennial Candy Store, the Kazan Church, the Winter Palace, and the Cathedral of Spilled Blood are all within walking distance. If you are considering a CITY WALK in St. Petersburg, this hotel is definitely a good choice!
Check-in at the hotel requires a deposit of 10,000 rubles, a welcome drink will be provided at CHECK IN, and luggage will be delivered to the room by a dedicated person. The layout of the elevator, corridor, and entrance to the room is old money style. The room is clean and all hardware is available!
The hotel staff can basically communicate in English without any barriers, and are enthusiastic and patient.
It is also worth mentioning the hotel’s breakfast. For the first time, a dedicated person will introduce you to the breakfast, including what are the characteristics of Russia and how to eat it to make it taste better. Unlimited champagne and caviar are available, and an a la carte breakfast menu is available at no extra charge.
All in all, this hotel is perfect. Will come again if given the chance.
ППолПотA modern apart-hotel right opposite the metro. Freshly renovated, well-equipped. But the audibility in the rooms is the same as in new buildings. In two days I changed three rooms: in the first the shower did not work, I was moved to another. Everything was in order there, but behind the wall a baby was screaming hysterically. I asked to be moved to a place where there were no children. Overall, not bad. There was audibility, but it did not interfere with sleep. In terms of price and quality, this is an ideal option: in the so-called mini-hotels both the quality is worse and the rooms are crap. Well, Soviet hotels are much more expensive
