My stay at the hotel was overall fine, but there are several issues that should be mentioned. First, the hotel allows non-guests to use its facilities for a fee, and this creates unnecessary overcrowding and takes away from the comfort that paying guests expect. Second, the breakfast was quite modest with very limited options, which is disappointing compared to what is usually offered at hotels of this level. Third, the view from the rooms was not as attractive as advertised in the hotel description, which felt misleading. Finally, the hotel does not have a private beach directly in front of it; instead, guests are taken by shuttle bus to a section of a public beach. While the basic stay was fine, these points significantly affected the overall experience, and I believe future guests should be aware of them before booking.

The only hotel that creates the atmosphere of this place. No, there is no high-level charm. Take away this hotel, this is an ordinary mountain peak not suitable for tourism. Thank you for creating a comfortable atmosphere as there is nothing to do on the mountain. Compared to China, this is not a tourist area, but mining stones with a cart on the mountain ... Hotel super, is just next to the rope road, plus there is a transfer every 30 minutes. Parking is free. Rooms are clean, big, clean every day and change towels and towels. Breakfasts 10 out of 10. The hotel has a spa area with baths and swimming pools, massage chairs, children's rooms and entertainment. We all really enjoyed it, we'll come back again!!!

Лучший отель в Сочи, сервис, номера, завтраки - все идеально. Единственное, слева от отеля - стройка, поэтому при бронировании учитывайте это! Стандартные номера с частичным видом на стройку, и в номере слышно даже при закрытых окнах

Breakfasts too were not impressed. I chose Grace, TK expected that they have uniform standards for service in the network. Предоставляют также дополнительное полотенце для посещения бассейна Расположение удобное, до моря 10 минут пешком, в пешей доступности также много магазинов и кафешек, где можно поесть Прямо около отеля останавливается 30 автобус, на котором можно добраться до некоторых достопримечательностей Единственное неудобство - долго добираться от аэропорта. За такси придется отдать от 3000 рублей. Можно добраться на автобусах, но поездка займет около 2 часов и с пересадкой

On the day of departure, it was also allowed to leave things in a special room and go quietly for a walk as I left late. The room itself is at all without complaints, bathroom, furniture - everything is in a beautiful state. Bed in general super, I love hard mattresses (not sold), bed linen new, clean. Breakfasts are also excellent, choice is not very big, but basic things (cash, sausages, eggs, garniers are varied, muslies, etc.) are, so you won't stay hungry for sure. For sauna/basin I can't say anything, I didn't get there. Cleaning every day. The only minus - the window was on the track, so the noise from the road was quite heard, even with the closed window. But here as lucky, the more at night it still was quiet. I didn't spoil the rest. And by the way - I had a studio room, with a kitchen area, including a sink and microwave. So at all everything is super! Thank you the huge team of the hotel for the hospitality! I will definitely return if possible!
