The location is great, with plenty of bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to get around. There are McDonald’s and cafés within walking distance, so food options are easy to find. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and even helped me print my train ticket. The breakfast selection is quite complete and reasonably priced—better than looking for breakfast outside. I didn’t really like the bathroom design , it’s not convenient for hanging clothes or getting changed, and it can be a bit troublesome if two friends are sharing the room.

Was staying at the hotel for 3 nights over the business trip. Location was super convenient and close to the office. And it gave a great opportunity to unwind after a stressful day.
Was very surprised by the toilets on the top floor.. see the photo. The area is well kept. The views are spectacular. Highly recommend

Very good stay. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. They greeted us every time when we passed by the reception. We were not come for the light show but good to have it. Free car park was included but it could be challenging for big car. We didn’t try breakfast nor dine in their restaurant. You may opted for not having the room cleaned and get 5€ voucher in return. Bear in mind that you have to order something more than 5€, one voucher each time.
I was greeted by Ms. Lorena at the reception. She is very friendly and helpful, with a beautiful smile. She provided me with some good information on where to go and what to do. She is a great receptionist.

VIP Hotel is an absolute gem for value for money. For 800 yuan, you get a room that accommodates four people, and it's spacious! It even has a kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, cutlery, and plates. We even made delicious dumplings here. It would have been perfect if there was also a kettle. We stayed for three nights, and the front desk kindly agreed to a 1.5-hour late check-out, which was very accommodating, unlike hotels in Madrid that would charge extra. There are two Japanese ramen restaurants and two small supermarkets within a 2-minute walk, and it's about a 10-minute walk to Avenida da Liberdade. Taxis in Lisbon are relatively inexpensive; it cost 30 Euros by taxi to Cabo da Roca (I highly recommend this attraction, it's the westernmost point of continental Europe, where the land ends and the sea begins). It's 10-15 Euros by taxi from Terminal 1 at the airport. Bolt or Uber work great (try to avoid regular taxis, as they tend to overcharge and not use meters; I was overcharged by 15 Euros on my ride from the airport to the hotel. I later realized that the Uber pick-up point at Lisbon Airport is closer and more convenient than the taxi stand, which makes sense to reduce the chances of foreign tourists being scammed by taxis). Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
It's all gone very well.
Very nice, the bed and super comfortable coats, the room was minimalist but well thought mt, the balcony right in front of the sea was really what caught, sleeping and waking up with the sound of the sea .... Great ...
The spa was very good, the outdoor pool also recommended.
The restaurant served a super complete and nutritive PA.
We had a lunch in the restaurant, food in certain quantities and tasty food, we had 5% discount for being guests.
Far above expectations, divine breakfast.
The hotel smelled nice and was comfortable throughout.
All the staff were very attentive.

Good
AAnonymous UserThe room with bathroom inside the room with balcony.
No curtains on the beds, the light can bother, no privacy.
There is elevator, no problems with luggage.
There is a kitchen, but is closed in the night time.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

NNuannuanIt's been a while, but the memory is still vivid. The room was spacious, and breakfast was excellent – unlimited egg tarts! The capsule coffee was surprisingly good, comparable to freshly ground. Maybe I was just exhausted, but this last stop was pretty good. It started raining heavily as we left, marking the beginning of the rainy season, yet the taxi drivers didn't overcharge, which felt like a perfect ending!
I must have a soft spot for Portugal; even after 10 days, I still wanted more. So, I'm happy to express my gratitude to the places I stayed and the people who helped and served me! Wishing you all the best!
GGuest UserFacilities: Not bad, relatively new rooms
Hygiene: Spotless, quite satisfactory overall
Environment: Average, not much to visit nearby, need to walk a little further
Service: OK, but the English at the front desk is a bit average
GGuest UserIt was a very nice holiday and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was very varied, and there was something for everyone. The proximity to the airport was noticeable, but not really a problem; the construction work at the hotel will eventually finish, so all is well. 👌🏼 What wasn't so great for me, as a fresh air enthusiast, was that we couldn't open the windows. Despite the air conditioning, the air quality in the room wasn't good (even though the air conditioning was running constantly)! Otherwise, everything was fine. 👍🏻
KkukIt’s such a lovey hotel to be staying at. Friendly staffs and can accommodate any requests we asked. As our departure to the airport was at 4:45am early in the morning, I requested to have some sandwiches and drinks to pick up before we left the hotel, instead, they had prepared a big box of food consisted of cheese and ham sandwich, apple, banana, juice and water for us. We heartfelt for what they have done to us. Indeed everyday, we have full breakfast delivered to our room n the food was decent. Also, one night there was a movie night by the pool side, and I found it amazingly care and trying their best to fulfill everyone’s needs. The hotel room is clean and very high standard. I will highly recommend people to stay in this hotel/ serviced apartment ( as it come with an open kitchen). And we happened to stay at their hotel on their 1st anniversary, and celebrated with us and with a delicious cake! 😜
AAuroraShiXueqiSeriously can't recommend this aparthotel enough! I spent four amazing days here in Lisbon. The building has a really unique and charming central courtyard layout, with beautiful greenery and a small pool in the middle. Plus, there are pretty tile decorations everywhere. It's also super pet-friendly 🐕🦺 – there's a wall covered in Polaroids of all the dogs who've stayed, which is just adorable. I even played a 'find the beagle' game there and found one in 50 seconds! You should try it too [😏].
The front desk upgraded my room, and it came with a kitchen and a washer-dryer combo, which was incredibly convenient! You can ask the front desk for laundry pods. Breakfast is a self-serve buffet 🍳 with a good variety of options; nothing particularly stand-out, but the Portuguese custard tarts were surprisingly delicious! Not as sweet as the ones you buy outside, definitely worth a try!
One thing to note is that since it's an aparthotel, housekeeping doesn't automatically clean your room. Also, you need to bring your own bottled water and toiletries, though I heard you can get them from the front desk if you ask – I was just too lazy to bother. The location is excellent, right next to Marquês de Pombal Square on Avenida da Liberdade, feeling very safe! It's also only a one-minute walk to the metro, so super convenient for getting around.
GGuest UserThe bed was comfortable, the towels were large snd soft, the shower was amazing. The lighting in the bathroom and the room were bright! So nice to be able to see doing my makeup and getting dressed. It a small room but fine for 1 person. It was clean and I was very comfortable. Also I loved the location right near the water and was able to run on the biking jogging walking paths along the water. It felt safe clean and more ”local' as opposed to staying in the xity center with all the tourists and traffic. It was an easy 15 min uber ride into the city and I never had to wait long for an Uber. I would stay here again. The only negative waa rhe gym. You cannot fit more than 1 person innthe gym at a time. Also my room had a slight body odor smell. Not so overwhelming that I had to move rooms but it was just noticeable when I walked in but then It went away but still something I dod mention to the front desk and they were very apologetic and took care of it. The staff are very friendly ans helpful. Really great hotel. Price was right too!
