Facilities: Excellent, the bed was huge.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: The surrounding area felt very safe and clean. There's a supermarket and convenience store nearby.
Service: The front desk staff was very friendly.
Great value for money, and dining options were very convenient. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Lima.

The hotel has a modern design, and the rooms are quite spacious. They even offer a complimentary cocktail. It's just a few hundred meters' walk to the seaside promenade, offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean – truly the best part of Lima. The breakfast spread is excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel.

The service is not very good. I stayed for three days, but only two bottles of free water were provided on the first day. After that, they were not replenished when the room was cleaned. I called to ask for more, but they didn't give me any. Although I know that it is possible to buy it, is the standard of two bottles per day to be met?

This hotel is flawless. It has a beautiful warm heated swimming pool the rooms are beautiful with the breakfast is perfection. This hotel could use a concierge but it is a very upscale hotel and if you're paying less than $150 a night then you have got a steal for a room. The architectural features and the technology of the hotel was outstanding. You couldn't stay at a more Chic lovely Hotel. Make sure you get breakfast included because it is delicious treat filled with nutritious and exotic foods. Thought was put into every element of the building and in the concept of this hotel.

The overall specifications of the hotel are good, the facilities are complete, the room is large, the health, and the location is excellent; the bad place is that the stay must be after 15:00, the bed is too soft, some people at the front desk have a very general service attitude, and they are tired of the expression of the customer. The service attitude of this country hotel in Peru is really much worse than that of Chile.
