Facilities: Excellent, the bed was huge. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The surrounding area felt very safe and clean. There's a supermarket and convenience store nearby. Service: The front desk staff was very friendly. Great value for money, and dining options were very convenient. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Lima.

Central Hotel with a pool. The bed mattress seemed a bit soft and old though, some sign of mold on silicon joint in bathroom. The hotel is comfortable enough and has a good breakfast. Good value

Check-in was slow, the room card was not very easy to use, I called mantenimiento and it was fixed quickly The room was quite large, with one large and one small bed, and the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas Drinking water was provided upon check-in, and we went to Machu Picchu for two days in between, but the coffee was not renewed on the second day. The breakfast was very very good, very versatile At least they were all my favorites, and there were ginger shots, hummus, and soy milk. In short, the breakfast was quite comprehensive and I liked it very much! In addition, this area is very quiet and safe, and Chinese people can come here without worry. This hotel is flawless. It has a beautiful warm heated swimming pool the rooms are beautiful with the breakfast is perfection. This hotel could use a concierge but it is a very upscale hotel and if you're paying less than $150 a night then you have got a steal for a room. The architectural features and the technology of the hotel was outstanding. You couldn't stay at a more Chic lovely Hotel. Make sure you get breakfast included because it is delicious treat filled with nutritious and exotic foods. Thought was put into every element of the building and in the concept of this hotel.

Our stay at Sheraton Lima was absolutely amazing ✨🏨. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Especially recommended, good service, clean room

The location is great, just beside the branch. There are shopping malls, big supermarkets and food courts on the side, food courts and Chinese food, very convenient and safe. The room is big enough and clean. The front desk and room service can communicate in English, and it doesn't matter if you don't speak Spanish. The room is a bit cold, the air conditioner cannot be heated, and a lot of clothes have to be worn.
