Lovely stay in this grand hotel near the centre of Lima… A very safe and convenient place to stay

All in all, a good experience, a good option for Lima. Very kind and helpful personnel and well located. Still, some improvements could be made, like changing the shower head (it runs in all directions, being old and calcareous), window curtains would need a cleanup or hallways a refreshed air. Also, soundproofing is extremely poor: between the room door and the wall there is a few centimetres gap, so you can hear everything like it is indoors and the windows are not the best quality, as one can hear all traffic and honks until late. Breakfast is rather poor, same very few options every day.

Slippers were provided, and the room facilities were quite good. There were many restaurants nearby, and it was about a 10-minute walk to the cliffside restaurant and cliffside sea view. The Inca Market was also about a 10-minute walk away. The only downside was that although there were floor-to-ceiling windows, the room didn't feel very well-ventilated.

It’s more like a 4 stars hotel but not 5 stars. It is still a very good hotel and we had a good stay. The heated rooftop swimming pool is a plus ! However, upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. We had to bring all of them up to the room by ourselves. Some amenities are missing in the room, no toothbrush, nor cottons, shower cap and etc. No glassware and neither minibar in the room. It is a nice hotel but pls don’t expect a 5 star service and amenities.

Location: The hotel is in a great location, in a safe area, with a supermarket nearby. Facilities: The bathroom is poorly designed, with the wet and dry areas arranged the same way. Breakfast: The breakfast is quite plentiful, with an egg option on the menu, but the service staff's attitude is average.

Very friendly! We arrived in the morning and had not had time to check in. The buffet was almost over, so we went to eat the buffet first. The service attitude was also very good. The location was also good. It was just under renovation, the whole corridor had a smell, and the facilities in the room were also very old. In summary, the software was very good, and the hardware was average.

An excellent option for your stay in Lima. We had a great overall experience. The hotel provides clean rooms with all necessary amenities and features a pool on the top floor. The location is superb, within walking distance of most nearby attractions.

The hotel is located in the very good nightlife and strolling district of Miraflores. The staff is very nice and accommodating and the breakfast is also good.

Сам номер был шикарный, очень просторный, много приборов на кухне. Жалко, что персонал не говорит на английском. Понимаю, что это Латинская Америка. Но в других отелях Перу за гораздо меньшую стоимость более хорошее отношение к гостям. На ресепшене не очень приветливые сотрудники некоторые. Непонятна система с необходимостью бронировать зал/бассейн заранее, впервые с таким сталкиваюсь

It's close to the seaside, and the price for a three-bed room is very affordable. The hotel's luggage storage and taxi booking services are also pretty good.
