The host was very helpful and tried to answer any of my questions as much as possible
Price was a bit high but may be the norm in norway
Hotel facilities are a bit old but they carry an authentic taste, didn't dislike it and I took some photos
Pretty warm and cozy in the corridors when the outside is around 0-5 degrees
First stop driving from Bergen, giving me a great first impression of Norway

Sound proofing of the rooms are real bad. If you are to leave the windows open for ventilation as there is no air condition unit, you will not be able to have a restful night as those rooms facing the street can hear the noise of the people talking and laughing, vehicles noise, garbage truck till very late into the night and early in the morning. Even if you are to close the windows and bear with the poor ventilated room, you can still hear the noises from the street.
Otherwise a decent hotel in a good location. Service is lukewarm and just average.
Convenient transportation, beautiful scenery, good management, well-equipped suites with refrigerators, kitchenware, ovens and washing machines, with strong functionality. It's very comfortable to live in, highly recommended!
The waiters are a few friendly and friendly, the food style and taste in the morning are a few good, the room is wide, the terrace scenery is good, it is recommended to travel by car, because there is free parking 👍🏼

GGuest UserWe stayed two nights. A nice hotel with a great view of the fjord. Great indoor pool next door. Rooms are ok, most of them with nice view of the fjord. I would have given them 4 of 5 if it wasn’t that our bed was terrible. Something was wrong so it was actually lower in the middle then in the sides. Staff great and polite. Always greeted with a smile and a kind word.
