The bed was super comfy, the air-conditioning was perfect, and every facility provided felt premium. My favorite part was definitely the beautiful view and the romantic ambiance at night truly unforgettable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful from check in until check out, which made the experience even better. Resort ni sesuai untuk staycation with family/solo. Ada swimming pool for adults and kids dan betul2 sebelah dengan pantai. Tepi pantai tu pun ada beach lounger chair so that you can sit and enjoy the sea view. Bilik pun sangat aesthetic, ada tempat untuk lepak. Really love the ambience and the view sangat sesuai untuk tenangkan jiwa! Sini ada provide breakfast lunch and dinner. Untuk makanan saya rasa level biasa2 je. Maybe can improve the taste of the food and the varieties of it and maybe can promote terengganu dish also macam nasi kerabu nasi dagang and keropok lekor. Cleanliness pun average je sebab boleh nampak stain2 dekat pintu and cermin bilik air and utilities pun macam kinda old tapi ok je la. Anyway i think this stay with their price is still reasonable.

Park the car in his area. Self care but there is CCTV. His swimming pool is small so you have to find a suitable time to take a shower if you don't want to connect with other children/families. The room is big so comfortable for prayer. Iron is not okay because w/even install the most slow but can be burned. Towels smell a little bit, pillows are thin. Aircond is cold. Environmental is safe. Can walk across the road to go to the beach. W/even working day book but full room. Congratulations & thank you.

Stayed 3 days 2 nights at Raia Hotel & Convention Centre Terengganu and returned again due to its comfort and value. Rooms are spacious, clean, and family friendly, with a nice pool for kids.

Lot of facilities are not working or not available. Request to repair the jacuzzi, they came once, problem was not solved and that’s it. unuseable jacuzzi for the whole stay. Ok for a calm no activities stay, but not for families looking for varieties of activities such as ATV, jet ski etc. Fairway of the golf course was patchy, and most bunkers are not playable. Greens are ok.

Cleanliness need to be improved. Lizard amd mosquitoes appears and fortunately the desk staff able to provide aerosol spray. Television not functioning and door knob for bathroom need to be replaced.

From the smooth check-in until check-out, every moment made our stay truly enjoyable, memorable, and relaxing. We had a very happy experience at the resort and would highly recommend Tanjong Jara Resort to our family and friends. It is definitely one of the best resort choices in Terengganu. first of all, the staff very nice and good vibes. Their give the best services ever. Answer all the question nicely. Also provide the most powerful room service. i recommend this hotel. The hotel is nearby at restaurant Nasi Dagang Bawah Tol. Will repeat stay again.

We initially had a frustrating experience as our towels were delivered quite late. However, the situation was handled professionally by Manager Iza, who personally delivered the towels to our room and sincerely apologized for the delay. Her prompt action and attention to guests made a positive difference. Overall, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We booked four rooms and requested them to be located near each other, which the hotel successfully accommodated. However, housekeeping services need improvement, as one of our rooms was not serviced and there were some inconsistencies in room maintenance during our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. It is close to everything we needed, with Restoran Singgang Budu located right beside the hotel. There are also laundry facilities nearby, and plenty of food options within walking distance, making it a great choice for travelers. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and genuinely tried their best to accommodate our requests throughout our stay. While housekeeping could be improved, the service recovery by the management team and the hotel’s strategic location made our overall stay enjoyable.

If you're visiting KT for the food and shopping, you can't beat this spot. It’s within walking distance to KTCC Mall and Mayang Mall, and the Drawbridge (Jambatan Angkat) is just a short drive away. We stayed in a Superior Deluxe room which was surprisingly spacious. The breakfast at the rooftop café was a highlight—not just for the local flavors, but for the stunning view of the coast. While the décor is a bit dated (the carpets have seen better days), the staff's friendliness and the high water pressure in the shower made up for it.
