Like the hotel so much with Kg Morten View from balcony. The best Nyonya Laksa Mee for breakfast in town. Sincere complement to the Chef who prepared the Nyonya Laksa. Taste is superb. 3 bowsl cleaned.

I booked 2 rooms signature king. It was then upgraded to 2 bedroom suites. This is like apartment style room.. Master bedroom has en suite bathroom with bath tub. The second bathroom is outside, next to 2nd bedroom. Both bedroom relatively small. Living hall equiped with TV, sofa and has dining table as well. There is small kitchen with mini stove and kitchenette. Unfortunately we was assigned a room with faulty aircond in the living hall, however the team work very efficiency to organised maintenance team to fixed it and when it was failed, we was assigned to a new room immediately. The breakfast spread is good. My daughter loves the kids playgrounds and kids club.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the best parts of our stay is the guest-friendly facilities and flexibility provided by the hotel. Breakfast is available until 12:00 PM, which is very convenient for families who prefer a more relaxed morning. In addition, complimentary parking is provided until 4:00 PM on the check-out day, allowing guests extra time to enjoy the facilities or explore the area without rushing. However, there are several areas that could be improved: • No hand towels were provided in the room. • The toilet floor mat was missing upon check-in. • The TV is still an older LCD model and not a Smart TV. For a 4-star hotel, it would be more appropriate to provide Smart TVs with access to applications such as Netflix and YouTube to enhance the guest experience. My main concern is the safety and maintenance condition of the swimming pool area: • The poolside floor and surrounding tiles are very slippery, especially when wet. • The top edge tiles around the pool are also slippery and may pose a safety hazard, particularly for children and elderly guests. • Several tiles inside the pool, especially within the children’s play pool area, are peeling off and require immediate attention. • Many of the children’s water play facilities appear damaged or poorly maintained. I strongly encourage the hotel management to improve safety measures and carry out the necessary repairs and maintenance works, particularly at the swimming pool and children’s play area. These improvements would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and ensure a safer environment for families. Thank you for the hospitality, and I hope these comments will be taken constructively for future improvements.

Clean and hygienic, with excellent service. They even have a Chinese-speaking front desk, which was a huge help for someone like me with limited English. It's super convenient for getting around; both the bus and subway are just a few minutes away. Plus, all the amenities are really handy.

This place probably used to be great, but it's really showing its age and needs some serious maintenance. **Location:** Very convenient. **Amenities:** Didn't have time to use them. **Cleanliness:** Needs improvement. **Service:** I have to say, the human customer service was excellent. I really appreciate not getting those robotic, AI-like responses where you wait forever for a reply. The deposit was refunded quickly, so the service was good in that regard.

The bellboy was super nice; he helped me call a taxi and even explained to the driver where I could get cash. The room was very comfortable, as expected from Hilton. The only downside was that I booked this hotel because the pictures showed a direct sea view. However, all I could see was a sliver of the sea between two buildings. There was another building between the hotel and the sea, which made me feel quite disappointed, like that old saying 'if you have Zhou Yu, why bother with Zhuge Liang?'. Overall, I'm still very satisfied with this hotel; the restaurant food was delicious too. And most importantly, staying at this hotel in Malacca really made me feel safe.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The room was comfortable and cozy, and it was nice to have YouTube available on the TV. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The remote control had no battery, which made it inconvenient to use. The sink was clogged and drained very slowly. Also, there was some trash left inside the fridge, so cleanliness could be improved a little more.

I booked this thinking it was a hotel, but it's actually a serviced apartment. Check-in and check-out are self-service, and you can check in anytime. Be aware that since it's not a hotel, they don't offer luggage storage after check-out. The high-floor room offered great views, was clean, spacious, and absolutely fantastic. They have a pool, a self-service convenience store, and BBQ facilities, and even sell swimsuits in a vending machine. The location is a bit far from the main tourist area, and it's not really walking distance. There also aren't many restaurants around the accommodation itself. However, there's a convenience store about a 5-6 minute walk away, so it's not too inconvenient. I stayed here for a trip to Malacca, and it was a wonderful place that made me want to relax and take my time. I'd definitely want to stay here again with my swimsuit next time I visit Malacca.
