This 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with 3 queen beds. It's just nice for 6 people to sleep comfortably. New, clean and tidy. Well equipped with basic kitchenware and tableware. Airconds, fans, refrigerator, cooker, microwave, kettle and washer all function well. Swimming pool with great sea view. Kid friendly playground. Basketball court and game room need to booking. Kids had fun playing table tennis. The mini pool sticks were broken cannot play. The security staff was very helpful to assist us to book the room. Agent was very responsive too. Overall very good service. Best price and quality stay. Recommended. Thanks.

Swiss Garden Hotel Melaka is a tall, modern hotel located along the Melaka River and connected to The Shore Shopping Gallery. It’s well positioned for exploring Melaka’s attractions like Jonker Street, historic sites, museums, and riverfront walks are all within about a 10–15 minute stroll. Spacious, contemporary rooms with private balconies and city or river views.Options range from standard deluxe to large family suites, ideal for groups or kids .Highlights: 🌴 Two outdoor pools, one great for views and another with a fun kids’ area including slides and fountains. My favourite and the best:I always praise the variety and taste of food, and halal-certified meals are served. The on site restaurant offers buffet and local/Western dishes, and breakfast can be included depending on booking.Very friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk too. Holiday Recommendation Best for: 🌟 Families, couples, friends visiting Melaka’s old city 🌟 Guests who want a balance of comfort, sights, and value 🌟 Travelers planning to explore rather than stay in luxury

Facilities: Newly built and excellent, very clean! Cleanliness: Spotless, I brought a lot of my own stuff but didn't even need it! Environment: It's a mixed-use hotel and apartment building with a mall right downstairs, including KFC and Subway. Just a heads-up, many of the food options are spicy. There are also play areas for kids. It's about 1000 meters from Jonker Street, but be cautious if you take the smaller alleys at night, it can be a bit spooky. Also, the swimming pool on the 9th floor was super cold in the morning! Service: The service was great, everyone was very friendly and greeted us warmly! Breakfast was especially rich and delicious, with a lot of Malaysian-style options!

APPLE shares a building with a larger hotel, tucked away in a corner of the building's parking garage. The front desk is just a small table, where two polite Malaysian ladies check guests in. Although they don't speak Chinese, communication is possible through smartphone apps. Check-in is strictly after 3 PM. Luggage storage is free, but items are simply placed behind the front desk in a small concrete partition, without any receipts given, only an assurance of CCTV surveillance. Despite some inner apprehension, our luggage was safe and sound when we returned in the evening. The room is split-level: a double bed downstairs, and upstairs, another double bed and a single bed, making it perfect for families of 4-5 or groups of friends traveling together. Malacca isn't very large, and the hotel is about a twenty-minute walk from the Dutch Square, which is quite convenient. The apartment complex has a mini-supermarket, a swimming pool, and a ping-pong table, so the facilities are quite comprehensive. Crucially, the price is incredibly attractive, at only 200+ RMB per night, making it the best value for money hotel of our entire trip. Highly recommended.

This time, my friends and I chose The Pines Melaka for our trip. The location is truly unbeatable, right in the city center, making it super convenient to get to all the main attractions and shopping malls. The room was quite spacious, and the staff were friendly. However, the facilities definitely show their age and could use better maintenance, and the cleanliness could be improved in some areas. Overall, it's decent value for money, especially if location is a top priority and you're not too picky about newer facilities.

Nice stay overall, however there were a couple of areas that disappointed us. Breakfast used Buttercup margarine instead of butter. I understand some guests may prefer it, but it was really not to my taste. We requested two additional bottles of water, and the next day asked for another two. We were told we had already “claimed” our allocation and would need to pay for more. We were asking for a normal amount, not excessive quantities. These small issues affected the experience, and unfortunately we may consider other options for our next stay.

Good stay with Attic home. Room is clean and bright enough. Equipped with washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator and hair dryer. The whole imperio residence building is vacant except theres a small mart at ground floor. Carpark wasn’t thoroughly well lit at all. There are 5 lifts so you wont be waiting long for it. But i encountered one of the lift issue, after i entered, the lift jerked up and idle for 5secs before it starts to descend. Check out was a hassle as you need to go out from the building and turnaround at the traffic light to return the key. The building design isnt so ideal.

Bayview Hotel Melaka offers a pleasant and comfortable stay that covers all the essentials for a simple getaway. The room was clean and well-kept, providing a nice space to rest after a day of sightseeing. While the facilities are not particularly luxurious, everything functioned as expected and met the basic needs of a short stay. The staff were the highlight of the experience. They were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance. Their warm attitude made the overall stay feel more welcoming. The location is convenient, with easy access to Melaka’s main attractions such as Jonker Street and the river area. It’s suitable for guests looking for a fuss-free hotel that’s reasonably priced and comfortable enough for a couple of nights. Overall, Bayview Hotel Melaka is an average but reliable option—clean rooms, helpful staff, and a good base for exploring the city.

The Airbnb by Attic Home is clean, comfortable and great view! They provided friendly & helpful customer service and fast reply via WhatsApp. However, the management of Silverspace Residence is extremely poor, and its had caused us a very unpleasant stay. Out of the 5 lifts, only one is functioning, and we waited for nearly 40 minutes. In the end, we had no choice but to carry our luggage down the stairs from Level 38 to Level 5. We were also travelling with the elderly companions who had to walk down the stairs with us, which was very inconvenient. It was a disappointing experience staying here.

The location of Eco Tree Hotel is in an older part of Melaka that is now less travelled but still has many eateries. While the room booked didn't have windows because of the price, it was nonetheless spacious and comfortable. Interestingly, the wardrobe was located in the bathroom. Liked the bathroom layout though. Unfortunately it was the rainy season and the pool was closed for maintenance anyway. Did venture to the rooftop to have a peak, definitely need some refurbishment there. If the price is maintained at this level, would definitely recommend.

MMuhd FirdausOur stay at Puteri Bay Melaka was great 👍🏼 The location was great because we are able to have a good view of the beach, and it was near food places. The hotel reception and staff were also kind and helpful. Food selection for breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable and had a good sleep 👍🏼👍🏼 The downside was that the toilet was not totally clean as there were strands of hairs sticking out from under the bed. Additionally, there were no toothbrushes provided in the room, and the prayer mat had an odour. Generally, the stay was good although maybe staff need to ensure the room cleanliness and smell abit more? I would still recommend the hotel for the comfortable beds and nice view and location beside the waterfront 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

AAnonymous UserReasonable price for the short stay your having. Clean hotel, cold room (have to give some time to cool the room). The facilities not much but still okay, have swimming pool and cafe. Location wise was super near to plenty of food restaurant’s nearby. Room comes with 3pax breakfast. Just poor in noise insulation and no fridge provided in room.

GGuest UserI stayed at Birkin International Hotel in Melaka from Tuesday to Thursday. As the hotel is still new, I understand that some facilities and security features may not yet be fully operational—for example, access control requiring a room card to enter guest floors. I also understand that, as a newly opened hotel, some rooms may not have undergone complete inspections. Upon check-in, the first room assigned to us had several defects: the toilet basin was choked, and the basin handle in the small kitchen area had come off. We contacted the front desk for assistance regarding the choked basin, and they offered us a room change. A staff member whom I believe was the hotel manager came up personally, escorted us to another room, and informed us that we had been upgraded. We truly appreciated this gesture and the prompt service provided. We checked in around 3:00 p.m. and were feeling hungry, so we decided to try the hotel food. We ordered two slices of cake, fish and chips, and pizza. The food was nice and delicious, and we genuinely enjoyed it. However, I would like to highlight a concern regarding the breakfast experience. As this is a five-star hotel, I expected a high standard of hygiene with zero tolerance for flies in the dining area. Unfortunately, I noticed several flies during breakfast. On one occasion, during the nasi lemak service, I saw a fly land on a bowl of eggs. I pointed this out to the staff, but they only removed the piece of egg that the fly had landed on. This was quite alarming, and as a result, I did not dare to try the nasi lemak at all. Later, I noticed one of the staff attempting to smash a fly while wearing gloves. This made me wonder whether the gloves would be changed afterward if the fly was successfully killed. This raised further concerns about food hygiene. Because of this, I became worried and chose to eat only items that were freshly cooked on the spot, such as curry noodles. Overall, I felt disappointed with the breakfast hygiene standards and sincerely hope the hotel will take this matter more seriously. I believe Birkin International Hotel has great potential, and with improved attention to cleanliness and food safety, it can offer a much better experience for guests. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback.

GGuest UserThis accommodation has a prime location right by the Malacca River. The riverside atmosphere at night is absolutely amazing! There's also a fantastic seafood restaurant nearby, Loo Yen Garden Seafood Restaurant, which is delicious and reasonably priced. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Melaka. The location is excellent — walking distance to many attractions and dining options. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast had great variety and quality. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

CCY_A very new hotel with very comfortable spacious rooms and is situated within the Portuguese settlement. My visit was during Christmas time so there were a lot of celebrations going on, adding to the atmosphere. The visitor before me used the fridge for durians, and I could not use the fridge throughout my stay due to the smell. The stamps were very polite to ask me about my visit however there were no immediate rectification or solutions provided. Maintenance will be an issue if not taken care of well.
