Hotels With Pools in Kelantan, Malaysia

Hotel was at great location. Excellent service no complaint at all. I will surely go back in may. Bought a cake for some friends family. Every one love the cake. I did eat it also. Very tasty Staff goes out of way to help the guests.

I would say this is the best hotel in Kota Bharu so far. The staff in front desk very good. The room are clean and spacious. The food especially the laksam was so delicious.

Always be my choice for staying in Kota Bharu… Good location as walking distance to Pasar Malam Wakaf Che Yah… Foods are everywhere and the price is affordable… Many restaurants you could choose… For the hotel itself, the breakfast is amazing !! So yummy and variety of foods served… Highly recommended !

Enjoyed our 2-night stay very much. The room was cozy and clean, and the hotel environment was calm and relaxing. Breakfast was provided and exceeded expectations with good choices and quality. Staff were polite and attentive. Worth the stay and highly recommended.

We stayed here over the public holiday break—yes, it was a bit crowded, but that’s understandable. The resort is really close to Pantai Bisikan Bayu, and we enjoyed a nice walk around the area. The pool was a big hit with my niece and nephew—it’s huge, with lots of seating around it. Pool opens at 9am; would’ve loved if it opened a little earlier. It took me a while to find the shower by the pool, so having a few more or clearer signs would be helpful. In our room, the sink was clogged and the fan wasn’t working—maybe the maintenance team could do regular rounds to check. I may book direct to resort next time as it is cheaper to direct booking. Found out after I had to add another room.  Anyway, we had a good time!

Stayed at H Elite Hotel for 2 nights. Overall, the experience was good.The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the parking area was convenient and sufficient. However, the bed and mattress could be improved. The bed made loud spring noises even when just sitting on it, which suggests that the mattress and bed frame may be quite old and need replacement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and upgrading the bed and mattress would greatly enhance guest comfort.

Location wise is good. Only one of the units got slow internet. Not enough utensils but the owner was cooperative. The rest should be ok. Troika management should keep up on their maintenances. Lift was out of order and only 2 functioning. Took so much time since we were given different level during family’s vacation. Waiting for lift took so much of our time.

This location is very convinient and this is the area that i would stay next time. But i dont think i can go to this Prestige Kiara River View again. Unless the host can improve these: 1) no wifi 2) no day curtain only blackout curtain 3) toilet are not scrubbed and has dirty unwashed stains all over the toilet. It has grimes all over the toilet. Pls improve.

A strategically placed accommodation right in the center of the city. Easy access to the nearby eatery. Just across the hotel and other places that are within walking distance. Very convenient Host is also helpful and accommodating
