I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and genuine smiles that immediately made me feel welcome. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Every detail — from the cozy bed to the well-maintained amenities — reflected thoughtful planning and a high standard of service. The ambiance was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff deserve special recognition for their professionalism and attentiveness. They were always courteous, helpful, and quick to assist with any request, making the entire stay seamless and enjoyable. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel created a sense of comfort and exclusivity. It was a last minute booking since we had to stay overnight in KB. The room's decor is old and some of the light fixture is broken. There was only two pillows, one for each bed. The room has both bath tub and shower. We love the shower as the water pressure is strong and so refreshing to take hot shower after a long day. Breakfast was ok and they have a considerable number of choices including roti jala and omelette stations. Overall ok for its price and location.

Fast check-in. Nice and clean room. One of the best hotel in KB. Keep the good work to the hotel team! Just a note- could you consider renovate the bathroom from tub style to shower style? It hard and dangerous to step in and out from tub.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Wakaf Che Yeh Night Market, with numerous shops and amenities surrounding it. However, the parking area behind the hotel is limited and quite cramped. The first room I was assigned was in poor condition; the air conditioning wasn't cooling at all, but thankfully I was able to switch rooms. Cleanliness was an issue; the bed felt quite hard, and the sheets weren't clean. While it might be okay for a single night's stay, it's far from comfortable. The second room was similar, though the air conditioning was slightly better. It was an old unit that cooled very slowly and appeared unmaintained. On the positive side, the hotel staff's service was acceptable. The elevator also had an unpleasant odor. Overall, the cleanliness left much to be desired.

Room is clean. But few things need to be fixed, such as light switch cover, inside toilet. Kids like to play to swimming pool.

The room was comfortable, but cleanliness was an issue. The TV channels were difficult to use. I tried repeatedly to reach customer service via WhatsApp and phone calls, but received no response. Check-in instructions were only provided on the day I was due to check in. The location is strategic, close to shops in the city center. The elevators were fast. Security was good, and parking was convenient. The Ibis cafe was also enjoyable. However, the area leading to the parking lot felt quite run-down despite being new. It was full of cobwebs, and the lights weren't working.

We stayed here over the public holiday break—yes, it was a bit crowded, but that’s understandable. The resort is really close to Pantai Bisikan Bayu, and we enjoyed a nice walk around the area. The pool was a big hit with my niece and nephew—it’s huge, with lots of seating around it. Pool opens at 9am; would’ve loved if it opened a little earlier. It took me a while to find the shower by the pool, so having a few more or clearer signs would be helpful. In our room, the sink was clogged and the fan wasn’t working—maybe the maintenance team could do regular rounds to check. I may book direct to resort next time as it is cheaper to direct booking. Found out after I had to add another room.  Anyway, we had a good time!

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. Every time I'm in Bharn City, I stay here. It's comfortable. I arrived early and was allowed to check into my room as early as 11 AM free of charge, as a room was available. Thanks, Ibis Styles KB.

A strategically placed accommodation right in the center of the city. Easy access to the nearby eatery. Just across the hotel and other places that are within walking distance. Very convenient Host is also helpful and accommodating
