They’re really have good services and facilities. They separated non smoking and smoking room. I can’t stay in smoking room. Cleanliness also is a big deal and they nailed it. A little change needs are please use real shampoo and body soap for better experience. I had once stayed at Claro Makassar, yet still reliable for staying as well.

The facilities are average and the service attitude is good.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Mita at the front desk who made my check-in a smooth experience with a friendly welcome, polite and professional approach. She is an asset to this hotel. The front door security are well mannered and overly helpful too. Woke up to a delicious breakfast.

This hotel is great, it's the only one in the Kolaka area that's large and well-equipped. You could say it's quite good. Breakfast is also decent, but it could use more variety. Otherwise, everything else is fine.
