This hotel is almost next to the airport terminal, super convenient for early morning flight. It is clean and service is excellent. Manager on duty - Han, Yueliu helped arrange a room in the main buidling, which is what I preferred. Everything went well. Will stay here again next time when I come back.

I specifically booked a small courtyard room with a private hot spring. Unexpectedly, this impromptu decision turned out to be the perfect and unexpectedly perfect part of my trip. The moment I arrived, I was captivated: the bluestone path led the way inside, first around a small koi pond, and then around the corner, I stumbled upon a staircase and a library. The moment I opened the door to the small courtyard, I couldn't help but exclaim, ”Wow!” A few lush bamboos lined the courtyard, and the room boasted a private hot spring, a large bed with thick gauze curtains, and a small coffee table on the tatami mat nearby. Just thinking about sitting here sipping tea after a soak in the hot springs filled me with a sense of comfort. Even more heartwarming was the front desk attendant—seeing me carrying my luggage, the young man immediately came over to take it. Without waiting for me to ask, he proactively said, ”The courtyard you reserved is at the very back. We'll take you there.” He explained everything along the way, from how to use the private bathhouse and whether to add extra bedding to which mutton soup restaurant in the ancient city is the most authentic and the best photo spots with the lights on at night. He explained everything in detail, making it easier than having a travel guide. This little world in Xinzhou Ancient City, with its elegant pavilions and flowing water, and its cozy atmosphere, as well as its genuine hospitality, brought a heartwarming end to this prayer trip. It turns out that sometimes, not following the plan can lead to unexpected beauty!

We spent out last night of our trip at Kempinski Taiyuan, and it did not disappoint. The receptionist upgraded up to a room on a high floor with a view of the city. They also gave us fresh fruits and free minibar. They had everything you would expect of a five star hotel, and the location is in a bustling part of the city. Would definitely come back.

The environment is very good. It is really beautiful to go in this season. The space capsule is not bad to live in. The air is also very good. The space capsule is smart home. I will go there next time. Very suitable for falling in love and traveling as a couple. Quiet and hygienic. There are flowers everywhere. It’s beautiful to take pictures. It’s comfortable to live in. Fruits are also given.

Hygiene: Excellent. All towels, bath towels, and bathrobes come in sealed bags, which made me feel very secure using them. Facilities: Excellent. Although it's an older hotel, the showerheads show their age but are very well-maintained and work perfectly. Environment: The location is great. The room card gives access to a small gate leading to Yingze Lake Park. It's a nice two to three-kilometer loop for a leisurely stroll. Service: Excellent. They offered complimentary welcome fruits, and you just scan a QR code to request more amenities. There's also a delivery robot that brings food right to your door, all very convenient. Suggestion: I hope they can switch from instant Nestlé coffee to pour-over coffee bags. Instant coffee feels too low-end and doesn't match the hotel's overall quality.

The hotel is beautiful; it's like staying in a former Wang family manor – a very unique experience. The heated kang (traditional heated brick bed) room is quite special, and a butler even helped with luggage. The hot spring is natural, and the outdoor pool is very comfortable. Two days after checking out, I suddenly realized I'd left my camera in the locker in my room, but the hotel found it promptly – a close call! They're very reliable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lingshi. 👍

The room was spacious, clean, and bright. Although the en-suite bathroom was a bit compact, its layout was very practical and well-designed. We really liked the integrated smart controls throughout the room, and the hotel staff were wonderfully warm and attentive. The L'Occitane toiletries were a nice touch. However, the hotel's biggest disappointment was the breakfast served in the basement. It was simply chaotic! The food and drink stations were disorganized, and the seating area was a complete mess, with tables and chairs crammed everywhere, even spilling into the aisles – clearly an attempt to seat more guests. The staff themselves seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, constantly rushing around to clear tables while guests stood waiting with their plates of food. This was during an off-peak travel period; I can only imagine the sheer chaos and shoulder-to-shoulder crowds during peak season. Fortunately, there's a Fenglin Pavilion downstairs serving dim sum, where for around 20-something RMB, one could enjoy a satisfying meal in a much more pleasant setting.

This should be the best hotel in Changzhi, Shanxi. It has a great location. It is adjacent to Changzhi Museum and within walking distance of Guanyin Hall. The floors and rooms are very clean. The waiters are very enthusiastic, and the service in the restaurant and at the front desk is very professional. Changzhi is a small city, and Runerlai Hotel is very convenient to reach by bus from the East High-speed Railway Station and the airport. Recommended.

Traveling for business used to mean staying at chain hotels, so I was pleasantly surprised to book one of Datong's top two hotels this time. The off-season rate was incredibly good value. The facilities are top-notch, and the service was beyond satisfactory. The breakfast, in particular, was very extensive; it's the first time I've ever had steak for breakfast at a hotel! The check-in and check-out processes were simple and convenient, and they even upgraded my room proactively. I'll definitely choose this hotel first for my next business trip to Datong!

The front desk service was excellent; Duty Manager Yoyo was particularly warm and attentive, ensuring all our needs were promptly met, which was truly heartwarming. There's free parking available, and the location is very convenient – a direct passage on the first floor leads straight to the shopping mall, which was super handy. Highly recommend it! The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of healthy and delicious options. The Chaoshan cuisine at the Chinese restaurant on the 5th floor was incredibly authentic; my husband even said it tasted just like his mom's cooking! The restaurant staff were also very welcoming and enthusiastic. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Taiyuan.
