Hotel no problem service are nice breakfast fascinating.But still a bad experience of my travel cuz the most terrible air conditioner ive ever seen in the big hotel.really big noise and can't control the temperature no matter the number on the conditioner always the same temperature made me can't sleep during the whole night.Bad experience......

The hotel is excellent! Located in Datong Ancient City, it's incredibly convenient to all the attractions, just a ten-minute drive from anywhere. It's also next to Southeast Yi, a great spot for city walks. The rooms were very comfortable; even in temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius, the rooms were warm and cozy. The service was attentive, and the room amenities were high-quality, matching the hotel's standards. A perfect experience! I'd love to come back in the summer!

This hotel is a real value for money. It has excellent location, modern room amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a wide range of varieties. The hotel has a restaurant called Fenglingge which serves great local cuisine with reasonable price. For hotel guest, there is a RMB60 restaurant voucher given to offset the restaurant bill at Fenglingge. One of the staff at Fenglingge, Liu Guangzhen 刘光珍 is very attentive and helpful and provides great service.

Our group of four went to the Shanxi First Hot Spring Hotel, thinking it would be conveniently located within the Wang Family Courtyard. We ended up loving it! The hotel environment was superb! 👍🏻 Getting up early to climb the city wall and see the swirling mist was like stepping into a fairyland. The air was fresh, the hot spring water smooth, and the night view even more beautiful! Dinner was delicious, and breakfast was plentiful! Everyone is planning to come back! The manager, Xiao Wang, and my husband hit it off immediately, and he even gave us souvenir coins!

I specifically booked a small courtyard room with a private hot spring. Unexpectedly, this impromptu decision turned out to be the perfect and unexpectedly perfect part of my trip. The moment I arrived, I was captivated: the bluestone path led the way inside, first around a small koi pond, and then around the corner, I stumbled upon a staircase and a library. The moment I opened the door to the small courtyard, I couldn't help but exclaim, ”Wow!” A few lush bamboos lined the courtyard, and the room boasted a private hot spring, a large bed with thick gauze curtains, and a small coffee table on the tatami mat nearby. Just thinking about sitting here sipping tea after a soak in the hot springs filled me with a sense of comfort. Even more heartwarming was the front desk attendant—seeing me carrying my luggage, the young man immediately came over to take it. Without waiting for me to ask, he proactively said, ”The courtyard you reserved is at the very back. We'll take you there.” He explained everything along the way, from how to use the private bathhouse and whether to add extra bedding to which mutton soup restaurant in the ancient city is the most authentic and the best photo spots with the lights on at night. He explained everything in detail, making it easier than having a travel guide. This little world in Xinzhou Ancient City, with its elegant pavilions and flowing water, and its cozy atmosphere, as well as its genuine hospitality, brought a heartwarming end to this prayer trip. It turns out that sometimes, not following the plan can lead to unexpected beauty!

The hotel lobby is impressive, clearly a renovated old hotel but doesn't feel dated. The breakfast restaurant has a great ambiance, and the abundant breakfast is definitely worth trying, with waterside seating available. The bedroom is spacious and generally clean, with smart home features throughout, which is very convenient. The toiletries, tissues, and slippers are all high-quality, and the shower water pressure is excellent. The soundproofing in the room is also good. The only drawback is that the carpet is a bit old. The Fenglin Pavilion downstairs has delicious food, and they even give out vouchers. The complimentary bathhouse isn't worth visiting; it's very small. It's definitely worth the price during the off-season; for under 600, it's impeccable.

Jincheng Xiangfu Manor Hotel experience is great! The location is excellent, very close to the Imperial City Xiangfu, Guoqi Ancient City, and the academy. There is a free sightseeing car transfer between the hotel and the scenic spot, which is especially worry-free. The room was clean and tidy, and the living was comfortable; the backyard of the hotel was the manor, with beautiful scenery and fresh air. The most surprising thing is that there is less light pollution here, and you can see the sky full of stars at night. I have not seen such a clear starry sky in decades, and it is healing and romantic. Overall full score recommendation!

We spent out last night of our trip at Kempinski Taiyuan, and it did not disappoint. The receptionist upgraded up to a room on a high floor with a view of the city. They also gave us fresh fruits and free minibar. They had everything you would expect of a five star hotel, and the location is in a bustling part of the city. Would definitely come back.

Hygiene: Excellent. All towels, bath towels, and bathrobes come in sealed bags, which made me feel very secure using them. Facilities: Excellent. Although it's an older hotel, the showerheads show their age but are very well-maintained and work perfectly. Environment: The location is great. The room card gives access to a small gate leading to Yingze Lake Park. It's a nice two to three-kilometer loop for a leisurely stroll. Service: Excellent. They offered complimentary welcome fruits, and you just scan a QR code to request more amenities. There's also a delivery robot that brings food right to your door, all very convenient. Suggestion: I hope they can switch from instant Nestlé coffee to pour-over coffee bags. Instant coffee feels too low-end and doesn't match the hotel's overall quality.

The hotel is very stylishly designed, and the lobby and rooms are full of art. It's perfect for taking photos! The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and I slept soundly. I was completely satisfied from check-in to check-out. I was very detail-conscious and couldn't find any faults. The housekeepers were super enthusiastic and prepared a detailed check-in guide. They also provide free parking, which is worry-free and considerate. The location is also very convenient, quiet but not remote. From toiletries to small decorations, you can feel the care. The price-performance ratio is super high! I will definitely choose this place next time I come, and I strongly recommend it to my friends~
