Hotel no problem service are nice breakfast fascinating.But still a bad experience of my travel cuz the most terrible air conditioner ive ever seen in the big hotel.really big noise and can't control the temperature no matter the number on the conditioner always the same temperature made me can't sleep during the whole night.Bad experience......

My stay at Futiandahua Rain Hot Spring Hotel was absolutely fantastic! First off, the location is superb, right inside the ancient city. It's super close to where they do the iron flower show, which, by the way, is an absolute must-see. I'm getting on in years, but watching that show brought tears to my eyes; I was so moved by the performers' dedication and the incredible spectacle they put on. It's clear the hotel owner pays incredible attention to detail. My two girlfriends and I stayed in a triple room, and from the moment we walked into the lobby, we were gushing over the hotel's ambiance, the staff, and the room's decor. Every little detail was thoughtfully done. Even when we were heading out to explore the ancient city, the front desk proactively offered us a pack of tissues to take with us. The room itself was a standalone unit, so it was incredibly quiet. They delivered coffee and afternoon tea daily, and the fruit plate in the room was fresh. There was also a cooler in the lobby with bottled water available for guests. The whole room was smart-enabled with XiaoDu (a smart assistant), and the shower had great water pressure and was very comfortable, with a separate wet and dry area. Oh, one small thing: the trash can in the bathroom was a bit too small; I hope they can improve that. The private hot spring was amazing. After a full day of sightseeing, coming back to soak in the hot spring and chat was just pure bliss.

🌟 Amenities: There's a beautiful fountain ⛲️ at the entrance. I'd wanted to stay here since my first night in Taiyuan, and I finally made it! 🌟 Even though the Kempinski Hotel Taiyuan is a bit older, an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari, right? 🌟 The service was excellent. We sent our luggage over before we even arrived, with the driver. When we called the front desk, they immediately helped us arrange everything. Upon arrival, we just gave our name and our bags were brought right over. It was very thoughtful and heartwarming. 🌟 The breakfast was delicious, and they had my favorite cucumber juice. Breakfast ends at 10:30 AM.

This was my favorite hotel during my Shanxi trip, and here's why: 1. The hotel is a converted old mansion, full of character. The rooms are spotless, fully smart-enabled, and stylishly designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, with a choice of two pillows of different firmness levels. The mini-fridge also comes stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. 2. The personalized and attentive service is a highlight of this boutique hotel. The staff were warm and proactive. Since we had an early train, they even prepared breakfast for us in advance. On our arrival day, they offered us delicious wontons for lunch to tide us over. 3. The location is excellent, not far from the North Gate, making it super convenient for exploring the ancient city. 4. The hotel provides complimentary transfers to and from the train station in a Mercedes van equipped with massage seats – they've really invested in top-notch amenities. 5. The value for money is outstanding. With such amenities and service, it's absolutely worth every penny. I'll definitely be back!

Our group of four went to the Shanxi First Hot Spring Hotel, thinking it would be conveniently located within the Wang Family Courtyard. We ended up loving it! The hotel environment was superb! 👍🏻 Getting up early to climb the city wall and see the swirling mist was like stepping into a fairyland. The air was fresh, the hot spring water smooth, and the night view even more beautiful! Dinner was delicious, and breakfast was plentiful! Everyone is planning to come back! The manager, Xiao Wang, and my husband hit it off immediately, and he even gave us souvenir coins!

This is an older five-star hotel with a grand and elegant design. The rooms are clean and tidy, and all the towels, from hand towels to bath towels, are fluffy and soft. The front desk staff and cleaning ladies I encountered were all very kind and friendly. It's rare to find a water bar with a direct drinking faucet. The breakfast is delicious, and they even offer sliced noodles as a late-night snack after 9:30 PM. The Chinese restaurant also offers very affordable prices. On my way back, I discovered that the bottled water provided during my stay was actually 'Wuye Holy Spring' from Mount Wutai. A hotel with such thoughtful gestures definitely deserves a glowing review!

The hotel is located right next to the main road, making it easy to hail a taxi and providing convenient transportation. The room was upgraded free of charge and was spacious and bright. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was of good quality. The receptionist was very helpful in finding shops to buy local specialties. The hotel offers great value for money.

The location is good; it's not far to get to Jinci Temple by Didi (ride-hailing service). It's very close to the Shanxi Museum, within walking distance. The breakfast was decent. The room's air conditioner was really noisy; it would be on and off, making it hard to sleep (I have poor sleep quality). The front desk staff weren't very welcoming during check-in. But overall, I'm satisfied.

The cloud-view room was great, spacious with a super large, comfortable bed. The high-altitude views were stunning, overlooking the lake. It's close to all the attractions, and the food scene is not to be missed. Breakfast was rich and varied. The staff, especially one waitress, was very enthusiastic; when I asked about a certain dish, she thoughtfully brought me a bowl to try. The lobby staff were also very polite and greeted us warmly. Housekeeping staff were helpful, explaining that if we needed anything, we just had to call service. I even left an earring in the hotel, and when I called, they found it right away. Although it wasn't valuable enough to ship, they offered to keep it for three months, so I can pick it up anytime. 👍

This hotel is super convenient, really close to both the airport and the South Railway Station. Plus, there's a subway station and a Wanda Plaza right next door. I was lucky enough to get upgraded to an executive suite and received a welcome fruit platter. The room was huge, and the toilet and shower were in separate rooms, which was great. The only minor downside is that there's a construction site across the street, so no great views for now. During my stay, there was a concert in Taiyuan, and the hotel arranged complimentary shuttle service, which was incredibly thoughtful. All the staff were very nice, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The croissants were perfectly crispy – honestly, it's been ages since I've had such good croissants at a hotel breakfast! The roselle drink was also delicious, tangy and refreshing. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and they even gave me a special Taiyuan souvenir fridge magnet when I checked out. Loved it!
