The room was fantastic and I had a very comfortable stay. I want to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff, especially Evelyn and Olivia, whose service was absolutely outstanding – the best I've ever encountered. Their overall service was highly professional. I'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommended!

We extended our stay for one night. This old hotel was very luxurious 30 years ago. The revolving restaurant on the top floor will still be revolving in 2026, and that's where breakfast is served. However, it's not for everyone; some of us get 'restaurant seasickness.' We couldn't possibly eat three breakfasts, which were included in our initial three-night booking. We tried to talk to the front desk manager about getting discount vouchers or something so we could eat at their downstairs restaurant instead. No! No! No! It felt like they refused everything they possibly could. They wouldn't even give us a single cage of char siu bao (BBQ pork buns)... I felt like the money for those three breakfasts was completely wasted.

This is an older, state-owned hotel, and staying here felt nostalgic. It's incredibly convenient as the metro and bus stations are right outside. During my stay, a neighboring room was under renovation, but thankfully, it didn't significantly disturb other guests. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if rooms without bathtubs could be offered as a separate booking option. It would streamline communication, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who prefers a shower. Everything else, like the service, was very professional. Overall, a good experience.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

The luggage storage service for hotel guests was very convenient and free of charge. The hotel's location is excellent, with lush greenery and fresh air all around, which was incredibly convenient. The Food Collection restaurant had good food, was clean, and offered a huge variety that could satisfy everyone's taste. The room was large and spacious, with complete and unique toiletries. The lobby decor was bright and distinctive. It was a perfect stay; overall, the environment was good, the service was attentive, the room was spacious, and there were unique restaurants. A satisfying stay, I will definitely come again! The breakfast at the Sailor Buffet Restaurant was abundant, and my child enjoyed it very much. I'll come back again! The hotel location is excellent, with many fun places nearby. The hotel rooms are quiet, and it's easy to access the amusement park. With the package, you can even enter one hour early, and at 8 PM, you can watch the fireworks from the 3rd-floor viewing platform, which offers a spectacular view. My child was happy, the hotel atmosphere is great, the facilities are new, and the hygiene is good. Next time I'm here, I'll stay at the Chimelong Spaceship Hotel again! You can order takeout, and scanning the QR code on the room's booth allows you to have food delivered to your room, which is convenient and delicious. The hotel location is very good, suitable for family trips with children, and the service attitude is also excellent. The room view is also good; overall, the stay experience was great. The package offers good value for money. The shuttle bus departs on time! A good experience, the room facilities are ample, the WiFi in the room is smooth, the air conditioning temperature is comfortable, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bedding and toiletries are relatively clean and good to use. The room facilities are ample. We had a great time; the hotel has rich entertainment facilities for children. We will definitely come again!

The past few days in Chaozhou have been scorching, with temperatures at 36°C and a 'feels like' temperature of 43°C – absolutely sweltering! The hotel thoughtfully provided an extra power card, so every time I returned drenched in sweat from exploring, the best part was being greeted by a blast of cold air and a chilled bottled water from the mini-fridge – pure bliss! The reception area also had a fridge stocked with plenty of complimentary bottled water, which was a very nice touch. Inside the room, there were some local Chaoshan snacks, which were quite tasty. When I inquired where to buy them, the hotel even had an auntie bring us more to sample – I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel is only about 100 meters from Kaiyuan Temple, making it incredibly convenient to walk to attractions like the Ancient City, Guangji Bridge, and Xima Road. I even walked to Guangji Bridge three times in one day and didn't feel tired. There are also plenty of food options and souvenir shops nearby. The room was spotlessly clean, and the pillows were very comfortable. The lovely ladies at reception and the cleaning aunties were all very warm and provided excellent service. Because the heat was so unbearable, I decided last minute to have lunch at the snack shop right next door. I ordered Chaozhou braised platter rice and pig offal kway teow, and to my surprise, they were incredibly delicious – tasting just like traditional home-cooked Chaozhou food. The pig offal kway teow had a light flavor, and for only 15 yuan, it was packed with ingredients; adding black vinegar elevated the taste even further. This hotel is definitely worth recommending!

Our weekend stay truly exceeded expectations, I have to give Sofitel a perfect score! The hotel boasts a French-inspired New Chinese style throughout, and the lobby's design is exceptional. There's a comfortable sofa area for relaxation and a lobby bar on the first floor where you can grab coffee. From the moment you walk in, you feel at ease. The front desk service was warm and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Manager MIA at the front desk even took the initiative to recommend nearby attractions and restaurants, which was incredibly thoughtful. Zhengjia Plaza is also very popular lately and conveniently located very close to Sofitel, so we took the kids there to play. All the staff members were very friendly, and their attention to detail made us feel right at home.

The sea was lovely, but the weather was really unpredictable. We drove to the hotel in a huge downpour late at night and didn't check in until after midnight. The front desk still gave us a room with a fantastic sea view and even let us check out at 2 PM. Waking up to the ocean right outside, I could watch the sea from bed through the wide floor-to-ceiling windows. Listening to the ebb and flow of the waves really calmed me. The parking lot has both surface and underground spots, and the underground parking connects directly to the rooms, which is super convenient for getting around. The value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

The sea was so calming. The weather in summer can be a bit unpredictable, but waking up to the ocean view and the sound of the waves washing ashore really brought a sense of peace. The breakfast was simple but good, especially the rice noodles with minced pork. The butler service was excellent, and they even helped us take some great photos! The parking lot is quite steep, so you need to be careful, but the butler helped guide us to ground-level parking, which was free – a big plus.

We specifically chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel for our family trip and were extremely satisfied! 👍👍👍 The hotel is conveniently located near Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship, with complimentary shuttle buses available. You also have the option to take the hotel's boat for an extra fee, both experiences are great. 👍 We booked a twin room, which was very spacious and came with a balcony. The room was well-equipped, bright, and airy, with thoughtful touches like kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and a small stool. The balcony offered an open view of the park, and we could even hear the distant sound of waves at night, which the kids absolutely loved. The water park is a paradise for children, with a lazy river, water slides, and a wave pool all well-maintained. There were lifeguards constantly patrolling, making us feel very secure. Breakfast at the Dolphin Restaurant offered a wide variety of food, and the cutlery was well-stocked with cute little spoons and bowls for kids, which made us feel more at ease about their meals. The service was also excellent. The hotel grounds also feature a dolphin pool and a flamingo area. It was our first time getting so close to dolphins for photos, and they turned out amazing. The hotel's overall cleanliness was high, and the staff were very responsive. Both check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. 👍👍👍
