The hotel is located right next to Fumin station, literally 20 steps. The room was clean and on the cosy side - it would be quite cramped if you had lots of luggage however we were only staying one night and had very little belongings so it was perfect. The shower was hot and the bed was really comfortable especially the pillow (very good memory foam!) and bed sheets were silky soft. The hotel is non smoking and so were the rooms. There is also a hotpot restaurant on the second floor with great beef, and some noodle shops on the ground floor which we went to for breakfast/lunch. The staff also gifted a cute bottle of handcream upon checking out!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ocean Kingdom Chimelong and staying at the Chimelong Space Hotel in Zhuhai, and it was an unforgettable experience! Ocean Kingdom Chimelong: This theme park is a true gem, offering a perfect blend of thrilling rides, captivating marine exhibits, and entertaining shows. The highlight for me was the massive aquarium, which features a stunning variety of marine life, including majestic whale sharks and playful dolphins. The rides are exhilarating, catering to all ages, and the park is beautifully designed, making it a joy to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit. Chimelong Space Hotel: Our stay at the Chimelong Space Hotel was equally impressive. The futuristic design and space-themed decor create a unique atmosphere that is both fun and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. The hotel also offers excellent dining options, with a variety of cuisines to choose from. The proximity to the theme park made it incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily enjoy multiple days of fun. Overall, my experience at Ocean Kingdom Chimelong and the Chimelong Space Hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend both to anyone looking for a thrilling and memorable getaway in Zhuhai!

Very fun place and the staff were all so friendly providing top notch service. From the time u stepped into the resort till you leave the place you get friendly service and will be v well taken care of.

Basic hotel but has everything you need if you are only looking for a place to rest. Room was big and comfortable, staff were kind. Entrance is slightly off putting but the rooms and hotel are really nice and very close to plenty of restaurants and metro stations. I would happily stay here again.

I recently stayed at Pullman, which is located in the heart of the CBD, and it was a fantastic experience! The central location made it easy to explore the area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The reception staff, especially Sandy, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze and providing great recommendations for local attractions. The ambiance was welcoming, and I appreciated the attention to detail in both service and Christmas decor. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Zhuhai center!

A hotel with good hospitality that makes you feel very welcomed upon entering the lobby. The lobby has a nice tea smell and at the lobby the staff will serve you tea when you’re waiting at the lobby(you can also request yourself). The lobby is equipped with sockets for device charging. You can also store your baggage for free before & after checkup at their baggage room. They can also help you to receive and store parcels (e.g. from Taobao) up to 1 month. The room overall is very clean, all amenities are still very new as I heard they just renovated few months ago. The room is very much sound proof and you can only hear voices from outside when you are very near the room door. Room cleaning is top notch and the staff will refill the tea bags for you every day as there are tea sets in our room. The room has warm lighting and you can choose the level of brightness of the room. My room has 2 mirrors with lights. The sink is separate with the bathroom which is convenient when you are staying with more than 1 people. Would recommend to stay in this hotel as it has a strategic location which is super near to the metro station (less than 100m) There are also convenience shops and shops that sells food/breakfast at the same street. Check-in time is at 2pm and you can also delay check-out up to 2 hours upon request👍🏻 Mineral waters given every day after room cleaning is also more than enough, with 8 bottles of water every day (4 bottles in the fridge and another 4 beside the kettle). We can also get free smaller mineral waters at the lobby.

Comfortable bed, great rooms, outstanding location. Staff goes out of their way to help. Our room had some smoke smell and the staff did not hesitate to move us to another room with an air purifier, which greatly improved the situation. Unfortunately in the evenings the smell had come back (perhaps it was due to some neighbours smoking in their rooms). The rooms actually had really good sound proofing but I think we were a bit unlucky that our neighbours were having a really good time (🤭😉🤭) for a few hours in the middle of the night (~2am - 4am) so that disturbed our sleep a little bit. But honestly I think no 5 star hotel would be able to sound proof that level of screaming happiness. Overall considering the circumstances we would definitely stay here again.

They even changed the room for me as the initial room has a strong smell and a very soft sofa. Hotel is directly above Exit A2 Metro. Furnitures are abit dated but comfortable. It is near to lots of restaurants, massages and shopping. All within walking distance. Guests are mainly local and HK Chinese, so expect alot of smoking ..

The hotel is conveniently located next to Shenzhen train station, which takes less than 8 mins walk through the underpass. Was happy to have the room upgraded to 22nd floor. The room view was spectacular with the border of HK and the City of Shenzhen, including the railway track consisting of high speed rail train and slow train. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices to pick from. Was actually thrilled to receive the spa voucher of 88 but alas, it was a disappointment as the service was poor. I came at 10pm, after changing my booking. The person in charge, just came hurriedly and spoke to me in Chinese( whereby my Chinese language was not so good as I am still a beginne) quickly and left me all alone by myself. As the massage room was in another area, where you need to step out from changing room, I was waiting for 10 mins to get a changing gown as I was only given a towel and disposable underwear. I went looking around for the attendant and found most of them in the front of entrance and none in the room, attending or checking on me. I just left without doing the massage. I report this to the hotel manager the next day, as I tried calling the guest service center and operator a couple of times after the incidentto give them feedback but nobody picks up the phone!

The suite was amazingly big and comfortable for a reasonable price. Location is great, like 4mins walk to Guomao station. Surrounding filled with shopping malls, variety of food outlets and most of all many clean and reasonable prices massage parlour around. The services was exceptional fantastic especially kudos to Eason who is very approable, friendly and attentive to your five star services needs and enquiries. Giving the hotel a top notch service experience. The buffet breakfast has a vast variety and the revolving Restaurant on 50th floor has amazing views, vast variety of food selections and live seafood buffet menu at a fantastic price. Good service, delivery can send directly to hotel room with robot, convenient location. Only improvement is breakfast, not enough labour to serve & clean, no forks to eat, only chopsticks. Food average, but given its free breakfast, acceptable.

front desk is great, we arrived at 3am, front desk handle the checkin swiftly. they too helped me collect all my delivery. appreciate that. hotel driver pick up service has a bit of expectations gap. Seems like driver will only come over when he confirmed you at pick up point. So for our case, is we waited around 15 mins despite multiple messages sent to him to update our custom clearance process. breakfast was good. noted that the location of hotel is not near to subway. But suitable to use for airport and taxi out if required.

The hotel is new and clean. True to the picture. Our room is lake front with balcony. No noise from construction site. The service from the staff is excellent. A bit new menu update for the breakfast for our 2 days stay. Locationwise, it is off of everything, and takes about 10 mins walk to the mall. Generally it’s very valued for money.

Great hotel. Big rooms and good quality for great price. However, the breakfast was terrible!!! Everything was bold and selection was not great! A big criticism of mine. Need more western options. Fantastic it was so near to the ski resort which is what we came for. Great food nearby and a great nightclub right next to the hotel.

I stay for one night the location is very convenient from Baiyuan international airport. Hotel was very good . Everything was good I like it .

We are a group of 4 couples Landmark Canton is the hotel we will stay whenever we are in Guangzhou We came in for our last night after going to the mountain for few nights. Location is superb, convenient to get around. We have a high floor facing Pearl River which is lovely at night and in the day

The hotel was good, I saw many reviews about cockroaches and other insects about cleanness but maybe that was before. I saw that it was clean and ok as shown in the photo. The location is excellent and a master location. Metro, Bus, Cab, Restaurants, Shopping, Everything is within 10min walking distance. For Muslims, there is a 5-minute walking distance of Halal restaurants (Name: Radhuni China) and washrooms also have hand showers which is rare in any other hotels in China. Problems:- No one knows English. Google Translate, even in the offline version, does not work. (Try i-translate instead) No washroom or restroom in the reception area, Check-in time is after 2 PM, and all you can wait. Credit cards do not work almost everywhere, Try to use Alipay by adding your card. Apple Pay does not work, Better if you withdraw cash from an ATM. For Taxi use DiDi you will get half of the price then local taxi driver will ask for. If you bring any parcel you need to find from ton of parcel, better to ask for the parcel photo before sending.

There was no way to get out of resort for meals if one is not driving . Meals can be costly when you have it at the Chimelong hotel . One better option is to take an internal shuttle bus to Pandan Hotel Food court as you are able to get cheaper option this way . Overall during autumn , the air in one of the room we booked is rather stale . Have to turn on the aroma fragrance oil . This is quickly resolved by leaving one keycard to have the room aircon stay on while we are away for meals . But I must say the hotel staff from lobby staff to room cleaners are all very helpful and kind . They will greet the guests whenever they see us and always come over to offer their assistance

We stayed at the Steigenberger Guangzhou for one night only due to the hotel we booked for our stay in Huadu District was fully booked as we decided last minute to stay an extra night. The hotel room were smaller than the previous one in which we stayed. But overall the staff were very nice and courteous, check in time is usually at 3pm. We arrive at the hotel around 12:30pm, think of storing our luggages in the hotel until check in. We didn't need to wait until then, the staff checked us in straight away, saying the rooms were ready. It was so nice of them. Had a lovely night at the hotel, apart from our balcony view was looking into the main entrance of the hotel courtyard. We were hoping for the back view like our previous hotel, which was beautifully lit up at night. Had a lovely surprise when we first checked into our room. Loved the welcome greeting that greeted us. Sorry that we didn't take much photos, can't upload much about the hotel. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if visiting Huadu District in Guangzhou.

Kind staff, reasonable price, timely service, close to the airport, free transport between hotel and airport. And you can find heaps of good restaurants around within walking distance. The only downside is that it locates next to a busy street, better to wear ear plugs while sleeping.

The staff was very helpful. The room is a bit small but comfortable bed and complete with the amenities. The hotel is very generous as they provides hi-tea and supper too. The food was good and the location is nearby the attraction places

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

We are served by Ms Saifeng Si. She is very helpful and thoughtful through out the check in and check process. She ensure all details are settled and even kids are taken care of. She provide us an excellent and wonderful service. She is a great staff that L Hotel has . The hotel is very clean and convenient . The room are well kept and clean . The kids enjoyed the stay and have great fun in the hotel stay . Kids friendly hotel .

Excellent Time in Holiday Inn Express at Zhuhai Guangdong China. I would Recommend this hotel. We enjoyed a great weekend time here and were able to experience the beauty of nature that we get to enjoy every day. It was great to catch up and spend some quality time together.

The location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around. But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it. The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting! We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was. We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER. No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either) This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

3D2N short stay in this hotel with two kids. Reception staff is nice and helpful, patiently explaining the hotel facilities and the malls. Special thank to staff Aurora, she is nice and kind! Location is 30-45 mins from HZM point, depending on traffic flow. Room is clean and spacious. Swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, are best for kids and the staff are also nice. The mall is under the hotel and so many options of restaurants and playrooms/game facilities available for kids. Would definitely return !

Me and my family had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool is gorgeous. There is also a tennis court, a gym room, an indoor swimming pool and also other facilities. The room is spacious, and the sea view is magnificent. There is also a massive balcony that faces the gigantic ocean. The tub was very nice and there is also a walk-in closet. The hotel lobby is stunning, and the television has movies, tv shows and other kinds of entertainment. Moreover, the staff was helpful. They helped us a lot. For example, we asked to get a bag of ice, and the staff gave us a whole bucket of ice! They even helped us to put the ice into the drink! Also, they gave my 13-year-old son a free breakfast buffet which were not included in the package of the hotel room we booked, which only offers a 2-adult breakfast buffet meal. The hotel is also very clean. Moreover, we would love to thank Minnie and Jane, the two of the most helpful and kind staff we have ever met. They were very nice and helped us with a lot of things and we really appreciate what they helped us. We strongly recommend you stay at this hotel as everything is perfect there and again, we want to thank you Jane and Minnie for their warm services.

It’s a very good hotel located at an excellent location. You can access to major attractions easily with DiDi or other similar services. The hotel is clean and neat. The staff is nice, there was a front desk staff Esther being very helpful. The food variety of their breakfast was not that much, but good enough for us. If the pricing is within your budget, I would highly recommend this hotel.
