the rooms are tidy and clean. we like the welcome fruits very much. the foods of the breakfast buffet are very good and we are provided with many choices. Overall, our living experience in the hotel is remarkable. Thank you.

Hotel was amazing and spacious. Amenities were great - gym and multiple indoor and outdoor swimming pools (though I did not have the time to enjoy it fully). I landed in Guangzhou very early in the morning and arrived at the hotel at 7am prepared to drop my bags off at the reception and go about my day before coming back to check in late afternoon. I was greeted by the reception staff (forgot his name - sorry!) and they gave me my room straight away and also let me use my breakfast voucher the same morning as I had to check out early the following morning to catch another early morning flight. I am extremely pleased with the service. I gave it a 4 stars for the location as it’s not as convenient as other hotels I have stayed at in Zhaoqing but overall I would definitely recommend it if you are looking to enjoy and wind down after a long day out or even enjoy a full day use of the amenities at the hotel especially during hot days.

Staying here means you never have to worry about food, drinks, or entertainment – it was truly an unforgettable experience! It's much newer than the Penguin and Circus Hotels, offering a great experience where I finally got a good night's sleep; the bedding was incredibly comfortable. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was drawn in by the adorable themed decorations and cozy atmosphere! The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, furnished to be both comfortable and exquisite, spotlessly clean, and with beautiful views. The Spaceship Food Court on the 1st floor is amazing, with a gigantic curved LED canopy creating a fantastic ambiance. It combines arcade games and dining, and guests have direct access just by going downstairs, making getting around super convenient. The hotel boasts 7 restaurants with tons of choices, and the 15 snack stalls in the Food Market let you sample cuisines from various regions, with an average spend of just a few tens of yuan for a satisfying meal. The Coral Restaurant offers a double delight for both sight and taste, allowing you to dine while watching live coral. The hotel also has a themed shop where you can buy toys, souvenirs, swimwear, and a convenience store, so you don't have to go far for snacks and daily necessities. In your free time, you can do face painting with the kids or take commemorative photos, and the lobby bar's afternoon tea is perfect for a relaxing break. Both foodies and families with kids will have a blast! The stay was fantastic, amenities were comprehensive, and the buffet was excellent, with every detail well thought out! It also offers a wide variety of delicious food. Overall, it not only provides comfortable accommodation but is also full of fun and surprises. There's even direct access to the Spaceship Park. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this is an excellent choice, highly recommended!

This time, the hot spring room we stayed in with the kids was absolutely perfect. It came with a private hot tub, offering excellent privacy, so we didn't have to worry about disturbances. We could soak in the hot spring and enjoy the surrounding greenery – it was so tranquil and comfortable. The room decor was elegant and cozy, the bedding was soft, and the overall environment was clean and tidy, allowing for complete relaxation. The biggest surprise was the hotel's kids' activity center; it completely captured my child's heart! Indoors, there's a craft area, a music and reading room, and a ball pit. Outdoors, there's a sandpit, a climbing area, and a small vegetable garden. The variety of activities is incredibly rich: kids can do crafts, play instruments, and even experience watering plants and gardening – it's full of creativity. My child had a blast playing there, and adults didn't have to worry about entertaining them. Additionally, the Chinese restaurant's offerings were superb. It specializes in authentic Cantonese cuisine, with fresh and genuine ingredients, and the dishes were exquisite and delicious. The hotel's overall service was attentive, and the facilities were comprehensive. It's super suitable for both family vacations with kids and relaxing getaways. It has already been added to our list for a second visit!

We booked three rooms this time. The housekeeper Laura was very considerate. We could communicate directly on WeChat if we had any questions. She also helped us apply for parking exemptions, breakfast and late check-out in a timely manner. The hotel is in a very good location. The oysters are delicious. The only drawback is that the price is a bit expensive, 800 yuan per room. It can be cheaper by more than 100 yuan on other platforms, and it also includes a lounge and breakfast. The air conditioning in the hotel is not good. I turned it on to 16 degrees at night and was still woken up by the heat. I really want to complain about the background music in the breakfast room. The rhythm is super fast. Do you want the guests to finish their meals quickly? Such a star-rated hotel should not do this. It is recommended to play some beautiful light music.

This is my fourth stay at the Swissotel Foshan this year, and the service quality is excellent! The hotel is centrally located, with a bus stop right downstairs and easy access to Zumiao subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk knew my daughter was returning and specially arranged for us to be on the same floor, making communication easier, and our room was upgraded – fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Now, I come almost every day for afternoon tea at Seasons Restaurant, truly experiencing the warm care provided by Swissotel. ❤️❤️

A day before our arrival, a butler proactively reached out to inquire about our needs. However, upon checking in at nearly 5 PM, we found that none of our requested items were placed in the room. We contacted the butler, and room service promptly delivered them. Coincidentally, a curtain rod had fallen down. I mentioned it to the young staff member who brought the items, but she seemed to either not hear or not understand, as she left without acknowledging it. The butler later offered to send some fruit as an apology, but despite going out for dinner and waking up the next day, it never arrived. We had to contact the butler again before it was eventually brought to our room. The next day, we requested room cleaning. The cleaning staff member was very pleasant and proactively asked if we'd like someone to fix the curtain rod. Noticing our child enjoyed baths, she also provided an additional disposable bathtub liner. Her cleaning was very efficient and thorough. A significant point of dissatisfaction arose on the last few days of our summer trip. Our child had just run out of shower gel, so we called the front desk to request children's toiletries. To our surprise, they informed us that they do not provide specialized children's products! It makes me wonder if there's an issue with the hotel's target demographic/positioning or with the front desk's service. Furthermore, the indoor pool is extremely small with dated facilities; even the anti-slip mats on the floor are old and discolored. Since the outdoor pool closes at night, many young children end up using the indoor pool. Regarding the restaurant, the breakfast selection isn't particularly extensive, just meeting basic expectations. On our first morning, we observed a thoughtful gesture: a noodle chef helped a father holding a baby by delivering his hot noodles directly to the table. The restaurant staff were also very efficient in clearing tables once guests finished, ensuring minimal wait times. Overall, while there were some aspects of good service, the numerous drawbacks prevent me from giving a full 5-star rating. The hotel offers convenient access to the beach, which is well-equipped with a variety of activities, including camel and horse riding. Due to the presence of these animals, however, certain areas tend to have a noticeable odor.

A Reception staff (a male) was not conversant in English at all and I had to speak to another one who fortunately does speak a bit of English. Hotel facade is beautiful but lobby area was a bit underwhelming. Room was big and spacious and quality furnishing. But for such a big room only comes with one bed. Need to pay for an extra bed. Also what I find ridiculous is that room sleeps 3 persons but breakfast is only for 2. Similarly if room sleeps 2,breakfast is only for 1. This means you are “forced” to buy an additional breakfast. So ridiculous. No other hotel in the world does this, only China.

The hotel is new and located on Paifang Street, making it convenient for commuting and surprisingly quiet at night. We enjoyed the large pool in the Heart Hall, which even provided disposable bathtub bags. The front desk staff were very helpful. The only downside was that the room felt very damp; we should have used the dehumidifier.

I specifically came to Foshan to buy furniture and chose the Sofitel Foshan, which has a great reputation. Before checking in, I saw the hotel's introduction, and it definitely lived up to expectations once I was there. The hotel's decor, from the first-floor entrance to the rooms, is very stylish. This time, I stayed in a Luxury Postmodern room, which also had a lot of character. The overall facilities in the room were excellent, and the hygiene was very good. This morning, I saw Jingjing, the floor manager. Even though the hotel was very busy, she went above and beyond to graciously grant us a late check-out, allowing me to take a nap after finishing my furniture shopping. The service was truly exceptional!
