As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel. However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

I stayed here for a business trip and overall, I was very satisfied. A special thanks to Grace! My schedule was tight, and Grace efficiently handled my check-in, proactively informed me about the business facilities, and even helped me print some documents. Her service was professional and thoughtful. The room was quiet and suitable for work, and the cleanliness was well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's location made getting around easy. It's an excellent choice for business travel. I'd like to specifically commend Grace!

We've stayed at hotels all the way from Sanya to Zhuhai, Macau, and Shenzhen, and this was our first time at a Ritz-Carlton property. Initially, I thought the service in Sanya was the best. Then we went to Macau, and it surpassed Sanya. But until we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for our final stop, I can confidently say it was the best service we've experienced on this trip. From the moment we got out of the car until we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so there was some noise, but we weren't in the room during the day as we were out exploring, so it didn't bother us. Finally, I have to give a full five-star review to Ms. Sun Jingyu from housekeeping. She noticed we had laundry and thoughtfully brought us hangers and even laundry detergent. My friend also left her makeup bag in the room, and 'Candy' from the hotel specifically called to let us know. Thank you to all these wonderful people who made our rainy trip so much warmer. Shenzhen is truly a beautiful city, and I'll definitely be back next time. Looking forward to my next visit!

Walking into the hotel lobby was immediately a pleasant experience. Our two-bedroom suite was immaculately clean and located on a high floor, offering a lovely view of the Zhuhai Fisher Girl statue. The living room also had an extra half-bathroom, which was incredibly comfortable and spacious enough for four people. It was only about a ten-minute stroll to City Balcony, and we were absolutely delighted with everything. The breakfast buffet was also very extensive, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. Moreover, the staff all seemed to have a wonderful attitude, which made our stay even more satisfying.

I chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel for a short weekend trip to Zhuhai with my family, and our two-day, one-night stay was absolutely perfect – well worth it! The hotel's location is a huge plus, right next to all the Chimelong theme parks, very close to Ocean Kingdom and the Circus City. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, saving a lot of time on commuting, which is ideal for a short getaway. The hotel itself is massive, with beautiful garden landscaping, lush greenery, and vibrant flowers complemented by sea views, offering spectacular natural scenery. The overall decor is high-end and grand, with a distinct ocean theme that really sets the atmosphere. Both the lobby and guest rooms are exquisitely decorated and well-maintained, not outdated. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with a practical layout and ample storage, so there's no crowding with luggage or while moving around. The indoor ventilation is excellent, making the air fresh and comfortable, leading to a very pleasant stay. The hotel features an Instagram-famous water park with various attractions, including a shallow area for kids and a lazy river, offering incredible fun that could easily fill half a day. The breakfast buffet has extended hours, and dishes are continuously replenished and never run out. There's a wide variety of Chinese and Western cuisine to suit all tastes. The staff provides attentive and thoughtful service, quickly responding to any requests with a gentle and patient attitude. It's a perfect escape from the fast pace of city life, allowing for immersive relaxation and a superb leisure atmosphere. The value for money is outstanding, making it highly recommended for a weekend short break – definitely worth repeat visits!

This was my fourth stay, and this time I booked three rooms. It was an absolutely fantastic experience! Beyond the excellent facilities, the most important thing was the help we received from our butler, Holly, and the front desk staff, Betty, which made our family trip of eight incredibly enjoyable. I particularly want to commend Holly for her thoughtful service. Before our check-in, she specially arranged birthday decorations for us, organized a cake, and even upgraded our room. She also booked a craft class for our children. Her service was truly exceptional.

Arrived late (930pm) at the hotel and was welcomed by the receptionist. My ******* delivery also arrived concurrently and the receptionist kindly kept it for me. Was asking him about those parcels hahaha very kind of them to keep them for incoming guests! Appreciated the shuttle bus service to the airport. Very timely. Thank you again.

My friend and I had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at Crowne Plaza. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. All the staff members were professional, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to Sakee at the front desk for the warm welcome, excellent service, and kind assistance. Sakee made our arrival and stay much easier and more enjoyable. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Lydia from the breakfast team for her kindness, attentiveness, and wonderful hospitality. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and of excellent quality. Since I usually find it difficult to adapt to the food during my travels in China, the breakfast at this hotel was a very pleasant surprise and made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. My friend and I were very impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, quality of service, and attention to detail. We truly felt that the staff made a genuine effort to provide guests with a memorable experience. A big thank you to the entire team, especially Sakee and Lydia, for the outstanding service and warm hospitality. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service

Knowing it's an older hotel, I didn't have high expectations for the facilities; I booked it for its location and the Canton Tower views. And sure enough, the location is superb, and the views are absolutely stunning. Although the room is a bit dated, it doesn't have any musty smells, and the cleanliness is quite good. The hotel also boasts both indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

This was my second stay, and this time the room type I was given was much better than the last. The room facilities are well-maintained, and the living room TV has even been updated. My only minor complaint is that I was on the 27th floor, which felt a bit low. A big thanks to the front desk lady for her excellent service; she helped me with a late check-out and even provided welcome fruits and drinks. It was a little disappointing that there was no soup available this time, I'm not sure if they've discontinued it. The executive lounge is great for a light meal to cover dinner, and the food quality there is quite good, as is the service from the lounge staff – highly recommend! Just a heads-up for future guests: there are separate elevators for high and low floors, so make sure to take the high-floor elevator to get to the lounge. I'd definitely consider staying here again if the opportunity arises.
