The newly opened hotel in Cape Noire is said to be owned by the wife of President Sassou. It has become a landmark building. We stayed there for two nights. The room was small but relatively clean.
The breakfast selection was very rich
The price-performance ratio was not too high, but there was no other choice in Cape Noire.
