The service was outstanding and the location ideal if you are biking. The hotel also has a room where you can store your bikes. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful.

My family of four with children has some business to do in Campbell River, so there are some inconveniences with the one-day reservation facility, but overall it's good.

Nice property. Very ridge on early and late check-in and check out. Check on time is 1:00 and it is an extra $50 to check in early. Check-out time is 11:00 and can be extended to noon without a fee but beyond that it is $50. Breakfast is a little bit light with no hot foods.
Great pool and water slide along with a hot tub. I had a suite, and room size was good, almost a mini condominium.

Guest UserI am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay.
To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level.
There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment.
Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection.
I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered.
In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests.
Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold.
I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

Stayed at the former Trump Tower in Vancouver. The location is super convenient for getting around, very close to downtown, and not a far walk to Stanley Park either! During my stay, the breakfast area was under renovation, so all meals were delivered via room service. The fully automated facilities in the room were fantastic. Overall, a really great experience!

Guest UserI visited because my family lives in Vancouver.
I was really worried because the reviews were so bad, but it was better than I expected.
The hotel staff spoke Korean, which was nice, and they were considerate enough to make the place stair-free, which was convenient.
But... the heater... it's really noisy. ㅠㅠㅠ And if it's off, it's cold... and if it's on, it's dry. Hahaha.
Still, it was better than the reviews said. It wasn't cramped for two people, which was nice!

Place is located at the Main Street. Staffs are so friendly and fast in their service. Room is clean and the amenities are pretty complete (especially as family of four, the mini fridge, plates, spoons, knife, cups, microwave, are very helpful). The only unpleasant thing is we can hear our neighbors talking and they are pretty loud, but not during the night.

Guest UserThere was a small problem when checking in, so I contacted Ctrip immediately and Ctrip quickly helped to solve it. I gave it a good review. But overall, the hotel is average... The Golden area is generally very ordinary, expensive and without any special features. You can avoid it if you can.

Lina QTThe room was spacious and beautiful, with super comfy pillows and a mattress. I love the shampoo, conditioner, and lotions here because they smell so nice. Room also comes with robes and slippers. Although I didn’t get to use them, the pool, hot tub, and gym looked nice. The only thing that would have made my stay better was to have a water filler that provided hot and cold water that I could access on my own. Otherwise, it is a very nice boutique hotel, and that is why we returned.

Guest UserThe hotel is at a very convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed in a lodge with 5 persons. The room is very good which is spacious and clean. It’s our first time to go to Whistler in Summer and the hotel is good to be re-considered for our next stay.
