The hotel is fairly new and modern. The room was a bit on the small side but was very clean and functional, with a comfortable bed. Staff spoke a little English and were very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with a varied selection and very good coffee. The gym was in a separate nearby building that had AC and a good selection of fitness equipment.

The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite . I exchanged . The hotel has a good breakfast, but it is not changed, we spend 4 days and always the same things at breakfast. The rooms are good, but some things leave to be like a shower, TV that is very old (not Smart TV), air conditioning well old and noisy etc. So the daily charge leaves it to desire in the structure.
