We have been in this hotel other times, this time I found something that was going to be desired, breakfast, few options, very simple.
The shower was not working hot water, the edges of the pool need maintenance.
Nothing of this takes my good impression from the hotel, very good service from all staff, excellent location, all rooms with sea view, finally the cost x benefit and accommodation in that hotel.

Well-located hotel, wonderful service, but for me the comfort left something to be desired (the double room is not a double bed but two single beds together, which was uncomfortable because you could feel the divider between the two beds, there was water leaking from the bathroom into the room). The breakfast is very good and has plenty of different options.

After two hours at the hotel front desk, my order was still not confirmed. Ctrip always blamed the agent. But since they provide this service, why don't they help guests confirm it in advance? Why do they have to let guests suffer this? Must they waste so much time and worry waiting at the hotel front desk? If it is still not resolved in the future, I will not use Ctrip again

Quarto impecável, confortável, lindo!
Café da manhã com diferentes opções de pães, frutas, bolos, doces, frios , ovo
Mexido , cuscuz …. e a possibilidade de fazer pedidos de tapioca , queijo coalho, ovos fritos…. Todos os espaços são lindos e charmosos!

Adoramos nossa estadia! A chegada foi tranquila e fomos muito bem recebidos pela equipe da recepção. Os chalés são confortáveis e a área arborizada proporciona uma paz incrível, trazendo toda a energia do campo sem abrir mão do conforto — com chuveiro quente, cama excelente e ar-condicionado.
O café da manhã é ótimo, as duas piscinas são muito agradáveis e o atendimento dos funcionários fez toda a diferença, sempre atenciosos desde o check-in até o check-out. Também fomos muito bem atendidos em solicitações como o mini berço para o bebê e outras necessidades durante a estadia.
Estávamos de carro alugado, o que facilitou bastante os passeios e as idas ao centro à noite. Vale destacar que o hotel fica em uma área mais alta, e pode ser que algumas pessoas considerem um pouco distante para ir a pé, mas o caminho nos pareceu tranquilo tanto na ida quanto na volta.
Recomendamos totalmente este hotel!

BBdbrouThe hotel is safe, the food (dinner and breakfast) were exquisite, pool was open till late which was a big plus, the staff was very helpful.
In front of the hotel there is a supermarket which is very useful. The only real bad thing about the hotel was an extremely slow internet connection. I expected to work remotely which was impossible.

Passei dois dias no hotel com meu marido e, no geral, ficamos satisfeitos com a estadia. O quarto apresentava um pouco de mofo e a maioria dos elevadores não estava funcionando, o que nos deixou cansados de subir e descer escadas, ainda mais porque ficamos em um andar mais baixo. Apesar disso, pelo valor pago, consideramos a experiência positiva: o ar-condicionado funcionava bem, a cama era confortável, o chuveiro forte e tudo em bom estado de uso. O café da manhã foi excelente, com bastante variedade, e as piscinas também agradaram. Algumas áreas poderiam receber mais manutenção, já que o hotel é antigo, mas, no geral, gostamos.
Outro ponto muito positivo é a localização: fica a menos de 5 minutos a pé da praia e também próximo de lanchonetes, mercado e farmácia, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais prática.

AArthur MeloExcellent facilities... Although considered a 4* hotel I would give 5*. There is a very good breakfast with a variety of rooms. Modern rooms. Excellent sea view. 2 very fast lifts up and down. Payment parking, but 15,00R$ day. I liked it and recommended it very much.
