The room is beautiful, the facilities are comprehensive (some furniture is slightly old), facing the sea, although the sound of the waves is a bit loud at night. The hotel provides luggage storage service before and after check-in, and you can also order food in the room. In addition, the breakfast is also very rich.

Excellent food and drink

50 meters from the beach, very lively, the hotel is very small, the pool is very small, the only convenience is that it is close to the beach and the nightlife is rich. The hotel accommodation is quite quiet.

Cheguei num quarto muito pequeno e o chuveiro era horrível, a água não tinha pressão nenhuma e saía pouquíssima água. Passei 2 dias pedindo pra resolverem e só no terceiro dia me ofereceram um outro quarto que tinha um chuveiro funcional, mas também não era grande coisa, sem pressão mas tava melhor que o anterior. Acho que é um problema do hotel. Outro problema foi a falta de um estacionamento, entendo que eles não possuem espaço, pelo que eu soube havia uma estacionamento e transformaram em quartos, algo assim… Tem um Pão de Açúcar do lado com um estacionamento que podia ter um convênio com o hotel pra gente não estacionar em qualquer lugar… Tirando isso, todo o restante foi muito bom, o café tava impecável, as áreas de convivência são bem bonitas e aconchegantes, e o pessoal da recepção é muito gente boa, com o destaque do Matheus que foi o rapaz que não ficou jogando o problema pra “amanhã”, ele resolveu na hora.

An absolute gem of a hotel in Canoa Quebrada. Everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful. The garden is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast offers many options and is delicious. The room has A/C and is comfortable and quiet. It's also walking distance to the beach and to Broadway. You really can't ask for more when traveling. 

Liked the location a lot, the beach and the water were perfect! It is very clean in the hotel, a lots of options for the breakfast. 

Excelente atendimento com grupo de funcionários altamente qualificados

Nonostante avessimo prenotato la camera budget, abbiamo poi soggiornato in quello che loro chiamano appartamento (che in realtà è comunque una stanza, seppur grande). La camera budget era infatti al limite del vivibile da quanto era piccola, e molto molto scadente. Dovendo stare 3 notti, abbiamo deciso di fare l’upgrade. L’appartamento in cui siamo stati era molto spazioso e con buone finiture, una meravigliosa amaca e una panchina per due al di fuori della stanza. Bella anche la piscina e decente la colazione. Posizione non proprio centralissima ma comunque buona. La nota dolente è che si sono approfittati del nostro bisogno di fare l’upgrade per farci pagare altre 40 euro a notte (in aggiunta a quanto già pagato per la budget), chiedendoci un importo che non corrispondeva alla differenza delle due soluzioni ma molto di più. Quando il giorno dopo glielo abbiamo fatto notare hanno cambiato 3 volte versione sui prezzi, e in ogni caso non hanno voluto rimborsarci per averci fatto pagare così tanto.
