This hotel is definitely a top-tier choice in Bangladesh, offering a stark contrast between its luxurious interior and the outside world. The room, especially the bed, was incredibly comfortable – I could sleep soundly for hours! I didn't dare use the tap water for brushing my teeth, opting for the bottled water provided by the hotel instead. Breakfast offered a wide variety, but there was an issue with expired orange juice. The manager initially tried to brush it off, but after I spoke to the front desk, a French manager came out to handle the situation. Overall, it still maintains a certain level of five-star service. Getting a taxi to various destinations was convenient, with pickups right in the lobby. The room rate offered great value for money. We also had dinner at the hotel. The buffet at $85 US was definitely overpriced, but the à la carte menu was quite decent, costing around 150 RMB per person.

This hotel is quite good for Bangladesh standards. It has a rooftop pool and gym, and the breakfast is excellent. The facilities are a bit old, and the room was a little small.

The place is nice, staffs are friendly and can speak English very well. I traveled there alone, but I would like to reccommend the place for family group or couples.

During Ramadan period, the menu of breakfast is not buffet but a la cart within limited selection. I wanted to enjoy more variety of local food，but, no choice. Airport pick up service and airport transfer service are very good.

The location and value for money are great, breakfast is delicious, service is good, and it's clean – I have no complaints about the hotel itself. However, there's one major issue. Every night, there's loud partying at the bar on the 15th floor, which is a real problem. On the higher floors, the booming noise continues until around 3 AM, which is simply unacceptable. Even outside the hotel, despite being an Islamic country, drunk people are loudly making noise in the streets late at night... How can the hotel allow this to happen?

I stayed at the Lakeside Heights, also known as The Olive Hotel, for 20 days. The rooms varied in quality, with some having various minor issues, which might be due to the hotel's older structure. I can say that almost all hotel staff were incredibly friendly, except for one night when I requested a room change because it was too noisy, and the front desk staff had a poor attitude. Otherwise, all other staff members, whether at the front desk, security, or housekeeping, were very friendly and polite! The hotel breakfast offered a good variety, and the gym was sufficient for basic needs, even having a dedicated staff member available for guidance and assistance, which was a great plus!

A new hotel near the airport. The room is clean, tidy, and new. The hotel offers a variety of buffet and dinner options🤤 Every employee has a very friendly attitude. The restaurant manager was very enthusiastic and recommended local food to me👍

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. Hygiene: The hygiene is pretty good, acceptable. Environment: The environment is nice, there's a swimming pool inside. Service: The service is very patient, I really like it. The people here are all nice too. I'll come back here again next time I visit friends.

An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.

Достойный отель в престижном районе. Есть все удобства. Косметически - номер вполне нормальный, но есть недочеты (гладильная доска не была прикручена в шкафу, пришлось гладить на кровати. В ванной комнате инсталляция за унитазом была в плачевном состоянии- требует ремонта) Бассейн был не чищен, увы - не искупался. А в остальном - за свою стоимость хороший вариант.
