FForever GratefulVery nice resort with spacious compound, and very convenient. We took a boat from the resort to Hallstatt, 10 euro per person. From Hallstatt, there is a public bus taking us right to the bus stop in front of the resort.
However, I was quite disappointed with the wrong information in trip.com regarding the rooms. Intially I wanted to book a chalet with 2 rooms as we are a group of 2 couples. When i made the booking, trip.com website stated that 1 room can fit in max 2 persons. So naturally i had to book 2 rooms. When i arrived that the resort i was shocked to find out that I was misled to pay for 2 chalets with 4 rooms! We didn't use the other chalet of course.
It was totally unfair that because of the wrong information in trip.com, we have to pay for 2 other rooms that we didn't need at all.
I am asking for compensation from trip.com regarding my loss and it's been 4 days and i am still waiting to hear from them for a solution.

1. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees.
As front desk to resolve and was advised that none of the thermostats within the hotel worked as it was centrally heated. Advise was to open the window...obviously the front desk rep would not have slept in this room with the window open to the traffic noise.
2. Paid room tax by cash upon arrival and requested receipt for expenses and was advised i would receive this at checkout. So at checkout I was then advised the hotel had emailed the receipt to me and as you can guess I never received.
Front desk then advised it was being resent and likewise never received.
To the manager...I will ensure a return visit to your hotel in the coming weeks and expect you to refund my 4.50 Euros!

GGuest UserEverything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.

FFrancesABasic room type, the small mattress of the bed is a bit soft, but the room is quite big, the toiletries are complete, and there is body lotion.
The location is very convenient, the train station is 5 minutes walk, and it is convenient to drag luggage.
Breakfast is relatively simple, but eggs, milk, bread, yogurt, fruit are still there, basically meeting the nutritional needs.
I use an old-fashioned key, but I have a sense of security.

GGuest UserMy friend and I were for a night in the Loxone Campus. The hotel, the rooms and the wellness area were really very beautiful, modern and very clean. The service is very friendly. In the restaurant you can eat delicious. Super to relax.

The room layout is very careful, I especially like the heating that can be automatically adjusted, the curtains are as beautiful as the girl's yarn skirt. Steaming adds a lot to the room. I like it very much and hope to come again.

GGuest UserThe room was simple and clean, and the key had a unique, classic design. The owner was also very friendly and easygoing. The only downside was the bed, which was a bit too soft, but it was fine for a night's sleep. The hotel is located in the heart of town, and there's a delicious pizza place next door. The breakfast included was also very generous, and the hot spring boiled eggs were a unique experience. Overall, I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserDon't be fooled by the description of Trip.com , the description that the room has 4 beds is wrong, one door hole is divided into two floors, but there is another door lock on the upper and lower floors. Room facilities are very general.
It is commendable that the front desk is very welcoming and the hotel is next door to the church in the sound of music. Parking at the door is free at night, and you have to park a little farther during the day (more than 50m roads)
Breakfast is also a regular European breakfast.
