Pet Friendly Hotels in Xinjiang, China

Beautiful rooms, as per the picture. The amenities are quite complete. The washing machine is very convenient for longer stay, and you could hang your clothes at the balcony, plenty of space. For the service and amenities provided, this place is a good bargain. The owner are friendly and helpful. They helped us customised our four days three nights trip to Tashkurgan, ensuring us get the most out of our trip. And they even advised us on the preparation for the trio during our stay in Kashgar. We felt very welcomed staying at this place. The hostel is near to the carpet street, and it is best to call a taxi rather than walking to the old town, but it is pretty convenient and affordable to take taxi in China in general. There is a very nice grilled chicken and duck stall open at night near the hotel, in front of the Zhenyou Convenience Store, do try it if you have the chance!

I didn't expect it to be off-season here during the National Day holiday. It's probably because the Duku Highway is closed, so the front desk upgraded us to a room with a view. The room facilities were very good; it's probably the best hotel near the scenic area. The butler, Xiao Pu, provided excellent service; he even brought breakfast to our room because it was cold. It would be even better if they upgraded the disposable slippers!

I stayed at this hotel with my dog. It's located in an old street with Xinjiang-style architecture. The room even had a long balcony, which was great for enjoying the view in the morning. There are also plenty of food options right next to the hotel. The front desk staff was very kind. Even though she was a little scared of my dog, she still wanted to pet his head a lot. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Turpan with their pet!

A very comfortable hostel with convenient toiletries, a comfortable temperature, and the owner even provided free oxygen. The facilities were complete, the place was clean, the environment was pleasant, and the service was top-notch. I would definitely come back next time.

Choosing this hotel was such a wise decision! As a tourist coming from a lower altitude, my biggest worry—altitude sickness—was perfectly solved. The oxygen concentrator in the room had a nebulizer function, so I could breathe oxygen anytime. A few minutes of oxygen in the middle of the night when I felt unwell was enough to make me feel better, giving me a huge sense of security. The hotel is very new, with stylish decor, clean and tidy rooms, and a well-planned layout. The large terrace was a huge plus; enjoying the high-altitude breeze and the view of the snow-capped mountains and golden grasslands was incredibly relaxing. The service was incredibly heartwarming. A dedicated porter helped with our luggage, so we didn't have to suffer on the plateau. The front desk also helped us coordinate our itinerary, even proactively arranging transportation—very reliable. The food exceeded my expectations. The stir-fried yak meat we ordered at dinner was plentiful and delicious, and I still crave the yak dumplings at breakfast. The local specialties in the lobby were more affordable than outside, so I bought some snow chrysanthemums and dried fruit to take home. The hotel also has several popular photo spots with ethnic-style decorations. Staying in such a comfortable and thoughtful hotel in Tashkurgan truly doubled the happiness of my entire trip!

Staying in a fairytale campsite under the stars, a perfect experience!】 From the moment we arrived, we were blown away! 🔥 The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful—our butler asked about our itinerary in advance and kindly informed us that Panlong Ancient Road opens at 10 AM, saving us from rushing in the morning. My heart was truly touched! Knowing we wanted to wake up early for the sunrise, they prepared hot coffee and eggs before breakfast time. As someone who appreciates details, I was thrilled! 💯 The camp's environment was breathtakingly beautiful. Opening the tent revealed a sky full of stars ✨, and lying down to watch the Milky Way at night was incredibly romantic! The facilities were comparable to a five-star hotel: KingKoil mattresses, Hermès toiletries... It perfectly combined the raw beauty of glamping with ultimate comfort! This 'campsite exterior + hotel soul' experience was truly unique, and I absolutely have to recommend it to everyone! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Personally, I would like to give 6 stars 🌟 It is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed in across many countries. The highlight of my stay is definitely the exceptional service from every staff member. They are efficient, polite, friendly, and genuinely warm. The hotel’s design is unique, with each room having a different layout and high standard of furnishings. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and most importantly, completely free of any smoke smell, which is rare to find in China. It’s also incredibly quiet at night, giving me a wonderful restful sleep. The location is great, within walking distance to several tourist spots and only about 20 minutes from the city centre, easily accessible by Didi or taxi. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making my Xinjiang journey complete with such a wonderful stay and memorable experience. Please 🙏🏻 keep the standard as excellent as it is now.

I chose this hotel because of its unique glass sphere design. Having stayed in so many traditional-style hotels, I specifically chose the Xiaer Starry Sky Luxury Hotel this time, and it didn't disappoint. The service was warm and attentive; they promptly arranged everything I needed, making me feel right at home. It's worth mentioning that there's a telescope in the room. The starry sky in Xinjiang is quite different from that in other parts of China; the night sky is filled with stars, and the experience through the telescope is truly unique. The room opens onto a terrace, perfect for a relaxing bath in the evening breeze while watching the sunset. The slow-paced life of watching cattle and sheep graze on the grasslands is simply wonderful! The hotel also offers many outdoor activities. There are even adorable dogs and sheep, which I, as a dog lover, adore. I love the design and furnishings of the lobby. After learning more, I discovered that the owner is a designer who came from Shanghai to Kalajun and built this uniquely styled hotel. I wish him great success! Xiaer Starry Sky is the top choice for a trip to Kalajun. When traveling, you should stay in the best hotel, see the most beautiful scenery, and enjoy the most freedom to make your trip worthwhile!

I really have to commend the front desk staff at our hotel! Their attitude is warm and attentive, and their service is professional and meticulous. They are patient and thoughtful when dealing with guest requests, always providing excellent service with full enthusiasm. Amber, in particular, genuinely and wholeheartedly creates a great image for the hotel. She is an outstanding member of the front desk team and truly deserves recognition and praise!

Highly recommend! It's only a ten-minute drive from the airport, very quick to get to. The room is spacious and clean. They even provided a packed breakfast since I had an early flight. Overall, the service was great, and I'd definitely stay here again. Both the front desk staff and the airport shuttle driver were very patient, which I really appreciated. Thumbs up!👍
