Anonymous UserThe rooms are equipped with both diffused oxygen supply and an oxygen concentrator, which even comes with disposable oxygen tubes. This is especially great for tourists who are new to Tashkurgan and are not yet acclimated to the high-altitude environment. The rooms are clean and tidy, with plenty of amenities. They also have a children's activity room, laundry room, and gym. Breakfast is also very rich and varied.

Guest UserIf you’re looking for an unforgettable stay that combines the beauty of nature with five-star comfort, look no further than Shire Stargazing Ultimate Glamping. They have truly perfected the meaning of glamping (glamorous + camping) in every single way.
From the moment we arrived, the staff’s hospitality and service were not just comparable to world-class 5-star hotels in many ways, they exceeded them. As a non-Chinese speaking guest, I was a little nervous at first, but the team went above and beyond to make me feel completely at ease. Their cheerful smiles and genuine warmth were so heartwarming. What touched me the most? They constantly checked on my fiancée, who is vegetarian, making sure she had wonderful options at every meal. Seeing that level of care for her meant the world to me. They even carried my heavy luggage to the room❤️
Activities (both paid and free):
They have horseback riding with the on-site coach – highly recommend (yes, it's a paid service). For free activities, there’s a giant swing (reminiscent of the one in Kalajun Grassland), archery, and the most beautiful, calm animals: two incredibly cute lambs, a cow, several horses, and the sweetest little dog who will greet you. If you’re nervous around animals, don’t worry – they are the chillest, calmest creatures and will only approach if you call them.
Food: 10/10. My fiancée said it was the best meal she had in all of Xinjiang. Cooked by the wonderful Ah Po and Ah Gong, every dish felt like a loving home-cooked meal made by grandparents. There’s also an adorable cafe hut (though we didn’t get coffee – we were too busy being in awe of everything around us).
Room standards: This is where they truly shine. Air conditioning, heater, soft comfy bed, overhead curtains to open or close for stargazing, fridge, hairdryer, lighted mirror, heated toilet – and spotlessly clean. We slept like a baby.
And finally… stargazing.
This is exactly why I chose this place. We stayed up until 3 AM, completely mesmerized by a sky full of stars like I’ve never seen before. I’ll let the photos I uploaded do the talking. 😁 (I have added the settings I used on iPhone to take the photos, bring a stand and on night mode:30s with exposure adjustment and ProRAW turned on)
Thank you, Shire Stargazing Ultimate Glamping, for giving us a truly magical experience. We can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend all couples and families to come here

QiqiA very satisfactory homestay during the trip to Zhaosu. What you see is what you get! ! ! The homestay is newly opened, covering a large area, with ample spacing between rooms, spacious rooms, and a very user-friendly layout. The view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is so beautiful! ! It is also worth mentioning that the spicy chicken raised by the B&B is delicious. I felt a little guilty because the chicken I just saw in the afternoon was eaten in the evening. One portion is enough for four people, and two of us didn't finish it and left it for the next day. The meat skewers and vegetarian dishes are also very delicious, with a lot of wok flavor. The proprietress even made us a special cocktail, and then she went for a wild bike ride, which was really cool~ We didn't have breakfast in the morning, and when we were heating up the spicy chicken, the lady at the B&B brought us some pastries from the morning, and the table was full in an instant... The Kazakh baursak and raspberry jam were so delicious, and they said they were made by their employees themselves. I love this place and will definitely come back if I have the chance.

WangwangThe location isn't downtown, but the surroundings are nice. Staying in a tent room is an experience, but the main issue is the complete lack of soundproofing – it is, after all, a tent. So, cleanliness is just barely acceptable. My biggest complaint: each room has a table sprayed with very cheap paint. The smell, especially under the scorching sun, was unbearable! The entire room reeked of paint fumes. Breakfast was truly disappointing. The funniest part was that all guests had to use tiny saucers for their food. Don't they want to buy proper plates? The tables and chairs in the central courtyard were a mess; there were five different styles of chairs alone, giving it a very haphazard feel. What deserves praise, especially when compared to the overall unprofessional management, are the front desk service and the luggage porter! Their service was thoughtful and genuine. And the scenery is also very good! To add: the night view of the courtyard in the hotel's main picture is clearly Photoshopped; the reality is quite underwhelming.

Guest UserI had such a wonderful stay here and truly want to thank all of the staff for making my trip so special.
First of all, the hospitality was beyond amazing. As a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese at all, I was honestly a little nervous at first. However, every staff member tried their best to help and welcome me warmly, which touched me deeply. I would especially like to thank a staff member named Yi. She was the only person who could communicate with me fluently in English, and she helped me with absolutely everything during my stay. Because of her kindness, I never once felt uncomfortable or isolated here despite the language barrier. I would honestly give her 10000/100!
The accommodation itself was also excellent. The room was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed me to rest perfectly every night.
Another thing I loved was the variety of activities offered here. Everything was amazing , horseback riding, delicious hot pot meals, and even professional photography sessions. It was my first time riding a horse, so I felt a little nervous at the beginning, but the staff took such good care of me and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the experience.
Most importantly, I was deeply impressed by the culture here. It felt so warm and heartfelt. I truly love your culture. At night, there was a campfire gathering where local staff sang songs and danced together. It was such a joyful and unforgettable experience for me.
In conclusion, if I ever visit Xinjiang again, I will definitely come back and stay here. Thank you so much to every staff member for your hard work and kindness. You made me genuinely happy throughout my entire stay.

y3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us.
Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient.
There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful.
The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park.
Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

ShiweiciganluoI stayed one night at the Togelun Xia Mu Gaodi Stargazing Camp, and it was a truly fantastic experience, definitely five stars! There's also an adorable Golden Retriever named 'Niangao' (Rice Cake).
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionally thoughtful. The staff proactively helped us with our luggage to our room and patiently explained the room facilities. They also reminded us of the best times to see the 'golden mountains' (sunlit peaks) and for stargazing, and even arranged a Tajik home visit – very considerate.
The room amenities were also a pleasant surprise. There was a Yuewell nasal oxygen concentrator and underfloor heating, so it wasn't cold at all at night. The bathroom featured a Jomoo wet/dry separation design, and the toiletries were from Chando, a well-known domestic brand that felt reliable. The most delightful surprise was that the tents and outdoor furniture were all from Mobigarden, ensuring brand consistency and a premium feel.
Overall, the facilities are complete, the service is warm, and the attention to detail is excellent. I was very satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it!

My first desert camping experience, and I have to thank DUNE Sand Dunes Resort so much! Upon arrival, I was caught by a breathtaking sunset. It happened to be Chinese Valentine's Day, and the romance was practically overflowing from the screen.
Entering the room, I was even more astonished. The amenities were as luxurious as a star-rated hotel, completely reshaping my concept of ”camping.” That evening, I sat down with friends for a candlelight dinner. This was the first time I'd had such a satisfying meal in all my time in Xinjiang: homemade sirloin steak, crispy baked buns...all for only 80 yuan per person, and we devoured it until we had to lean on the wall.
Unable to sleep late into the night, my friends and I adjusted our camera angles, tested our equipment, and took endless photos of the starry sky. We had a blast.
The next morning, we woke up early to watch the sunrise, swinging on the swings until daybreak. The cool morning sand felt so comfortable. A little after 9:00, the host had already prepared a healthy and delicious breakfast, and we had another satisfying meal.
When it was time to leave, the host had already booked a car for us, and the host even attentively helped us load our luggage. As the final stop on my Xinjiang trip, this experience was absolutely perfect. Goodbye, Turpan; goodbye, Xinjiang. I will definitely, definitely come back.

Guest UserThe room is big and clean, and it has a smart toilet. There are many outdoor tables and chairs in the yard, which gives it a luxurious feel. The boss is also very nice. He gave us drinks and let us eat the fragrant pears in the yard! All in all, the experience is very good and the price-performance ratio is very high!

AzuraaaOur stay at Shejing Homestay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed. Every single staff member was friendly, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home.
A special thank you to the boss as well, whose care and dedication can be seen in every detail of the homestay. It is clear that a lot of heart has gone into creating such a beautiful and welcoming place.
The property itself is absolutely stunning. Every morning, I woke up in awe of the breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings. some of my favorite memories will be the heavenly scent of lavender drifting outside our room, the sound of the river and the beautiful sunset.
The room was comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Waking up each morning to such beautiful scenery felt like a dream.
As our stay comes to an end, I feel genuinely sad to leave. It feels like I've left a piece of my heart here. The warmth of the people, the beauty of the place, and the unforgettable memories we've made will stay with us for a long time.
