Pet Friendly Hotels in Taiwan, China

Overall, the hotel experience was great. Here are a few thoughts: 1. The blueberry Danish from the free light breakfast was delicious! 2. As a five-star hotel, there were a few minor deductions, such as the TESCOM hairdryer, small areas of dust in the room, and dog hair on the clip of the preserved fruit jar (but as a dog lover, I'll let it slide). 3. There are no Type-C ports in the room, but common charging cables are provided. 4. My detector couldn't find the hotel's flowerpots.

Extremely satisfied! 1. Service: All the staff at the hotel provided very thoughtful, meticulous, and attentive service. Everyone had a sunny smile on their face and was able to respond to our needs immediately at any time. 2. Facilities: The hotel room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the toiletries in the bathroom were also of good quality. The TV had many channels, and the KTV added another layer of fun for us. 3. Breakfast: It was incredibly rich and very delicious; we still can't stop thinking about it. I will definitely bring my family to stay here again next time!

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and there is free parking. The hotel also provides afternoon tea and late-night snacks. It is very good and worth recommending!

The accommodations are comfortable and spacious. I really enjoyed staying here with my dad this time 💕 We were met by a friendly person upon arrival at the pier, which was very convenient for those with luggage. The shop also offers a wide range of services (diving, motorcycle and bicycle rentals 🚴, scuba diving 🤿, SUP, kayaking 🛶, and more). The service was excellent. The location is close to the DIY shop where the lady does her crafts, so you can walk there (remember to call her). Sometimes the shop is closed. There's no elevator 🛗, but the stairs are quite comfortable 😌. More positives than negatives 👌 The negatives were that the boys in the next dorm were a bit noisy (but I still managed to sleep well). I enjoyed the snorkeling 💕; the water is quite deep.

The room facilities were quite new, and the staff were always friendly and smiling, making for a very comfortable and worthwhile stay. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring local delicacies like roselle tea, and even included a vegetarian section, which was a great bonus!

A beautiful, historic homestay near the port with excellent service. High-quality bedding and comfortable beds. Walking in and hearing Celine Dion made it even more quaint 😂 Jack was super helpful with information about the ferry tickets, and even made an extra trip back to the port because I Ieft my umbrella behind. And his mom was very kind and welcoming too. A note to those who may be sensitive: there was a faint musty smell, which I’ve found common to many hotels and guest houses in humid climates like Taiwan. Earplugs are recommended for light sleepers, since you can hear courtyard and street noise in the room. Plan ahead for cash: nearby restaurants are cash-only, and the nearest atm is at 7-11, about a 20 minute walk away.

Very close to the old town, so it's super convenient for shopping and eating. The information provided before check-in was incredibly helpful, especially regarding parking! The room itself was very spacious, and having two air conditioners was a pleasant surprise. The bed was just okay, but I personally prefer flatter pillows, so the ones in the room were a bit too high for me. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, which was a minor drawback.

I loved my stay at Slack BnB. It is easy to find in the village.The facilities are very clean, everything is well-planned and guests have a lot of opportunities to rest. Very cosy Dorms with built-in Beds, which have a good quality. The guests are very respectful and quiet. There is a kitchen to provide food, slacklines in the garden, lots of space to hang out and a Beamer where you can watch YouTube etc. The staff is very motivated to keep everything clean, this can be seen in various facets. The staff and the owner are so helpful which I appreciated much. I can definitely recommend this hostel to everybody when visiting the island.

The soundproofing in room 501 was terrible. The foreigners across the hall were so noisy and rowdy that I couldn't get any rest. At 10:40 PM, when it finally quieted down for a bit, I could clearly hear the beeping from the air conditioner next door, and then the noise continued late into the night. I was prepared for the hard bed, but not bringing slippers was a mistake. The water pressure in the sink was too strong, splashing everywhere, so I had to painstakingly use a tiny trickle of water each time. The only upside was the adjustable hot water in the shower (lucky, I guess?). For the price, this room really delivered, but one stay is enough for me. This time, I was here for the Baishatun Mazu Pilgrimage in Beigang on April 16th to respectfully welcome the holy sedan. I hope this review offers some reference for fellow pilgrims and kind-hearted people.

For the price I think it is a decent option. Air conditioning works and bed is fairly comfortable. No staff but check in process is fairly smooth, just FYI they will probably text you the password for the door so need to provide a phone number or contact them ahead of time. Location is about 20 minutes from the station and about 30-40 minutes walk from the famous ”brown road.” You can also borrow their bikes though I decided not to. The ”Tofu sheet' place is close by.
