Location: Close to the train station Cleanliness: All clean. Service: Very friendly, I asked about nearby food and they gave me recommendations (explaining which options are both good and bad). Facilities: Water, drinks and snacks were very helpful. Bikes to borrow on a first-come-first-served basis. There were 4 available during my stay. Luggage storage was free and useful. I ended up storing 3 items both before check-in and after check-out. Overall was surpsised by big size of room, shower was quite large.

The service at this hotel was outstanding; I absolutely loved it. The breakfast spread offered a huge variety, making it very accommodating for different dietary preferences. They also had family-friendly activities, like the hands-on experience of pounding traditional rice cakes (nian gao).

The room was clean, the service was good, and it was a very comfortable stay. It was great value for money, and I would definitely consider returning next time.

The room is spacious and clean, and it's conveniently located near the train station, just a short walk away. There are also a few convenient stores nearby. Overall, it's a very convenient location. However, the staff is quite unfriendly. They will charge you extra if you're slightly late for check-out, even though they claim to have already reminded you. They don't seem to give any grace period.

The room rates are very affordable, and the lobby is elegantly and romantically decorated. They offer complimentary coffee, popsicles (not too sweet, with bits of fruit, very delicious!), and snacks – you can eat as much as you like. A wonderful experience, surrounded by mountains and streams, breathing in the fresh forest air and enjoying the natural scenery. The hotel's facilities were great, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Due to its secluded location, all meals were enjoyed at the hotel. The ingredients were quite unique, and I especially loved the blanched seasonal vegetables at dinner 😋. A pleasant fragrance permeated the entire hotel; I wondered if it was used to deter insects!

Our stay at the Mulan Motel - Taichung Branch this time truly felt like a special, ritualistic getaway. From the moment we drove into our private garage and entered the room, we felt a complete sense of privacy and exclusivity, totally undisturbed. It was perfect for those times when you just want to relax without interruption. The room itself was spacious, with a design that exuded understated luxury, and the lighting created a soft, comfortable ambiance. The bathroom, with its Jacuzzi, was definitely the highlight. After a good soak, I felt completely relaxed, and all my fatigue just melted away. The bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. Its location is also incredibly convenient, close to the Taichung 7th Redevelopment Zone and popular attractions. During the day, we could take a leisurely stroll in the Fulfillment Amphitheater, and in the evening, we'd head to Fengjia Night Market for some delicious food. The itinerary flowed perfectly. Overall, Mulan isn't just a place to stay; it's an experience that encourages you to slow down and enjoy quality time, especially for couples. If you're planning a date, celebrating a birthday, or simply want to treat yourself to a relaxing break, this place comes highly recommended. ❤️❤️

Great, the room is open to the beach, when checking in, there will be small snacks when waiting for the house, the attitude of the service staff is also very kind, the room environment is also very clean, it is recommended

First time staying here, and it was a simple, clean place with convenient transportation. Nearby, there's Taichung Second Market with tons of great food, and the Wan Chuan Temple is right next door, which feels like a blessing. The lobby on the first floor has a coffee machine for freshly ground coffee (you can use the cups from your room), and there's a water dispenser on each floor. The only downside is the soundproofing isn't great – you can hear cars and water noises constantly throughout the night. 😂 Staying on a weekday is super affordable (under a thousand NTD), but Friday and Saturday prices double. I booked two consecutive nights (Friday and Saturday) through Trip two weeks ago. When I checked the prices again on the night of check-in, I found that booking those two nights separately would have been 800 NTD cheaper! Isn't it supposed to be more affordable when you book two consecutive nights?

Thank you to the guesthouse owner for letting us drop off our luggage early. The balcony outside the room was large, with a view of the Central Mountain Range and a clear blue sky; it made me feel wonderful. Thank you, owner! Thank you!
