Sheraton Taoyuan Hotel

Not the most conveniently located hotel as there is no metro nearby. It cost about 270 to 300 ntd to travel from the airport to the hotel. Room was basic, toilet amenities are charged. Lounge had plenty of local snacks which we really enjoyed. Happy hour was alright. Food was limited and was not the best but passable for a 4 star hotel. There is a very small night market nearby which operates only on tues and sat. Which had only 5 stalls. Family mart readily available in the hotel and another one just directly opposite.

However, I would like to sincerely thank Nancy Tai, Director of Rooms, for completely changing my impression of the hotel. Nancy took the time to meet with me personally, listened carefully to every concern without interrupting, and genuinely understood what my family and I had experienced. She never tried to make excuses or dismiss our concerns. Instead, she showed real empathy, professionalism, and a sincere commitment to making things right. In the hospitality industry, things can sometimes go wrong, but what truly matters is how they are handled. Nancy demonstrated exactly what excellent customer service should look like. Her calm attitude, respect, and genuine care made us feel heard and valued as guests. She followed up personally, apologized sincerely, and showed the level of leadership I would expect from a Marriott hotel. Thanks to her, I left feeling much better than I did after my arrival. Nancy is a great asset to Sheraton Taoyuan Hotel and to the Marriott brand. I hope the hotel recognizes her dedication and professionalism because employees like her are the reason guests choose to return. Hotel is located near the airport and it’s suitable for business travellers like us. Breakfast spread is so good, especially the porridge! Hotel front desk are helpful as well. Will stay here again!

Proximity from the airport, continental breakfast, front-desk helpfulness are some of the positive aspects of this hotel. My family had a restful stay here.
