Great stay at the Pullman, only for one night but could have stayed many more, excellent service from all staff. Highly recommend!

My overall experience at the Hilton Yantai Shimao was fantastic. The room was very clean, and the bed was just the right firmness. The breakfast offered a great variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh. 🎂 The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, making both check-in and check-out a smooth process. 🎂 The hotel's location is super convenient; the beach is just a short walk away, perfect for a pleasant stroll. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Yantai.

A great hotel with excellent service! Shandong hospitality at its best. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone was incredibly polite. They helped with my luggage and guided me to my room. The room itself had a lovely little courtyard, and the main courtyard was also beautiful. It's right by the city wall, so you can catch the gate opening and closing ceremonies in the morning and evening. The room had a smart toilet and a projector, which was a nice touch. I only stayed for one night, but it was a very comfortable experience.

The service was excellent and very warm. The hotel was clean, and the heating worked perfectly. Parking was convenient, both above ground and in the basement. Wanda Plaza is right next door, making dining very easy. When I chatted with Ms. Zhao, a restaurant staff member, about climbing Mount Tai during breakfast, she even packed us some snacks and things our child loves. Truly full of warmth!

There is no face tissue, shampoo and shower gel there is a bottle, there is no liquid in it, I usually bring it myself, although I don't need it, but since I say that I have it, I should replenish it in time. The tabletop where the room can put things is too small. There is no place to put things

Considering the excellent facilities and service, the price was very reasonable, offering outstanding value for money. Whether for a business trip or a leisure getaway, it's an excellent choice.

Hilton is very nice, the service staff is friendly, especially Rachel at the front desk, who explained in detail when checking in. The room is well soundproofed, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The price-performance ratio is very good, the room size is moderate, the toilet and washroom are separated, and the design layout is also reasonable.

Room: The Little Haisen Family Suite is perfect for a family of three. If an extra 1.8m bed could be added for an additional charge, it would be even better for a family of four. The original configuration is a 1.8m and a 1.5m bed pushed together, I wonder if a 1.8m and a 1.8m bed could be combined. Service: They thoughtfully provided a butler. Our butler, Pudding, was a kind and beautiful young lady who was very attentive. She proactively shared important information, like tips for self-driving. Breakfast: The breakfast selection was extensive, and there was always something that my baby loved. The staff were very enthusiastic. Activities: For Fantasy Island and the water park, you need to set aside plenty of time. At least a whole morning is needed to fully enjoy them. Environment: The hotel's location is truly convenient, with Wanpingkou Scenic Area and Rizhao Ocean Park nearby. Due to limited time, we didn't book a travel photoshoot, so we'll have to do it next time.
