Pet Friendly Hotels in Hubei, China

Amazing stay at Somerset VFC Wuhan. We extended our stay from 2 nights to 6 nights as this is our most favourite hotel of the world! Wuhan weather is sunny and nice. And the stay at the 2 bedroom apartment is incredible. We have a washer dryer, a kitchen with dishwasher, and a cozy living room just like home. From the hotel you can walk to Wuhan Zoo, or take subway to many beautiful places. The food in the mall attached to the hotel is incredible (strongly Recommended 来菜 which serve Hubei food). Hotel staff is nice and genuine. The breakfast is adequate with several Wuhan specialties as well. I would definitely go back to Wuhan just for this incredible hotel experience.

Just a 10-minute walk to Wansongyuan Food Street! Liangliang Steamed Shrimp and Xia's Claypot are both there – it's a food lover's paradise. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. The location, space, cleanliness, and service were all excellent with no shortcomings. It was great value for money, and I absolutely loved the bathtub with a view. This will be my top choice for my next trip to Wuhan. The free WiFi provided by the hotel was very fast; I could upload and download large files and watch movies online without any lag, which I was very pleased with.

This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

The hotel has just been built and the environment is beautiful. You can climb the mountain directly from the hotel. The breakfast is very good. I just hope that the activities in the hotel can be enriched and the dining can be included in the price. The experience will be better.

The newly built hotel has very tall rooms and complete facilities: the courtyard is spacious and the garden landscape is great. The boss is friendly and the food is delicious and affordable. It is very close to the Earth's Core Valley (2.5KM to the visitor center), and it is very convenient to drive there.

The scenery is nice and suitable for taking pictures, especially the sunset and sunrise. There were no stars in the sky that night we stayed. You can pick tea for free in spring, and the tea in summer is old. The navigation occasionally leads people to a small road, don't go, in fact, the whole way is an asphalt road around the mountain.

The environment is very good, the parent-child room set for the New Year is full of suitable for bringing elderly children to live and play, there is a farm, there is coffee, and the people here are also very good. The weather on the day I came here was good, and the heating was very hot. I like it here. The disadvantage is that the dog has been barking and the rooster crowing at about three or four in the middle of the night, and it is not early, and I have not slept well. Except for these, the time here is very happy.

This store is very hygienic and has a great environment. The boss and his wife are also very friendly. They also arranged airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as free breakfast. This breakfast really made me feel like I was back home. It was great. If I have the chance to come here again, I will go to this store instead of going there. Thank you.

This time I found a dream homestay with my boyfriend. At the beginning, the nearby one was too noisy, and the lake view was not clear, so I decisively changed this wooden house homestay, pet-friendly. The proprietress’s house has two types of rooms, one is the kind of small villa built by herself. There are room types on the second and third floors. The room is very quiet. One is a tree-view room. The large glass on both sides can see a lot of green plants. Another room can see the lake view, I immediately thought about it as soon as I saw it, I really need to rest in this quiet atmosphere. But! ! ! The more shocking wooden house, the moment I opened the door, I decided to live in the wooden house. I can see the lake outside when I lie on the bed. It is smart and quiet. There is a small fence outside the house. Each cabin has its own independent space, which is a small yard. Yes, the most important thing is that each wooden house has a balcony to blow the enjoy lake view! ! Then I heard someone playing paddle board on the lake below when I was blowing on the balcony! Hurry up and ask the proprietress to know that underneath this wooden house is a sewer platform they built! Helped to play for three days in the water, I don't want to leave at all. I think this homestay is very suitable for couples or families who like to play in the water in summer, which is very convenient. In addition, I have written so much, I have to say that the proprietress’s family is very good. Once I heard her chatting with customers next to me. A girl wanted to live in a house with several friends. The proprietress said that there is a mattress that can help you spread it. Who understands this gentleness of solving problems for the guests, I really hope that the boss's homestay will get better and better! I loved saying here. The homestay is located within the scenic area. It can be hard to navigate the area if you’re coming here for the first time. I got dropped off at a station after I showed the driver the address and walked uphill for 20-30 minutes before I was able to find the homestay. I recommend getting in touch with the homestay beforehand to arrange a pickup from the bus point since buses don’t drop you all the way to the homestay. There is free service for pick up and drop off to/from the bus station. The food here was spectacular - simple and delicious. The people who work here are super considerate and welcoming. The homestay also partners with Wudang Taoist Academy which I later found out so I might be back to participate in one of the programs later on however if you are traveling to Wudang and also looking for classes in Tai Chi from well established instructors, this is definitely the place to be. The person who runs it is well-connected and can help you out with whatever you need. I was mostly communicating via WeChat which translated English-Chinese and vice versa easily. If you want to explore other areas within Wudang, you most definitely will be needing the shuttle bus. I am very satisfied with my stay and will return if I get an opportunity.
