We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests. A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference. Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable. This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. I would 1000% encourage anyone visiting Snow Town to book with them—you will not regret it. Our experience would have been completely different without them. Facilities: Great! The pool was very clean! However, the temperature was quite low, not reaching 28 degrees Celsius in winter, so it was a bit cold. Hygiene: Clean! Clean! It's pet-friendly, which is fantastic! We arrived very late, but the staff still gave us a welcome gift, very enthusiastic. Environment: Very good! The hotel has a limited area for pets to play, but it doesn't really matter as there's a huge lakeside right behind the hotel, perfect for a stroll. Service: We had a small incident in the early morning. After going out for an early market breakfast, we drove back to the hotel, but the security guard blocked us from parking back in the hotel. We were already very tired and just wanted to go back for some more sleep. The guard said there would be a wedding car coming soon, but we, as hotel guests, were clearly there first. Yet, he wouldn't let us in and made us wait by the roadside for a very long time, and no wedding car ever showed up. We were very angry and called the front desk. Thankfully, the staff quickly arranged and guided us to the underground parking. When checking out, another lady promptly explained the situation again and gave us many apology gifts, which actually made me feel a bit embarrassed. The hotel's service is really good, and Qiqihar's early morning market is definitely worth a visit!

I genuinely recommend Haitao Inn! Its great location right on Xuegu Main Street makes getting around super convenient. There's a huge entrance and a spacious courtyard, perfect for parking. The service is absolutely fantastic – they're always ready to help with anything you need. Plus, the price is unbeatable; it's only a few tens of yuan per person, and that includes breakfast! They even offer free floral padded jackets for photos. The place is spotlessly clean, and the food is delicious. Oh, and I have to specifically mention the Wuchang rice – it's incredibly fragrant!

I absolutely have to give this hotel a five-star review! The location is excellent, right next to a commercial area and a subway station, and taxis are easy to find, making transportation a breeze. The facilities are well-maintained; the air conditioning heats up quickly, there's plenty of hot water, and the toiletries are of good quality. For breakfast, the menu changes daily, offering a balanced and nutritious spread that even includes local specialty snacks. But what truly impressed me was the service. From the thoughtful guidance during check-in to proactively helping with my travel plans, the staff were professional and genuinely warm, making my trip exceptionally smooth. It's definitely worth repeat visits!

Big thanks to Sister Qiu for always responding to our inquiries and to the boss, Hongbo, for the warm hospitality and care. We had a very comfortable and fun four-day, three-night stay (Dec 27-30) in Snow Valley. The warm beds, hot meals, and enjoying all the entertainment activities in Snow Valley and Snow Village gave our group of four an extraordinary winter experience. At Xiongling in Snow Valley, we tried snowmobiling, snow tubing, skiing, and snow drifting (super thrilling!). **Friendly reminder**: Please wear sunglasses, a mask, and a snow hat. This will help prevent the cold snow from hitting your face when you're snow drifting. The snow hitting your face is incredibly, unbelievably cold! For the Yangcaoshan itinerary, I recommend buying tickets for the horse-drawn sled and taking the snowmobile all the way up the mountain. Hiking would be a very long and time-consuming distance. For the second half, we opted to hike down to Snow Village, and the snow scenery along the way was absolutely spectacular, perfect for photos. You can also buy a small sled to enjoy some exciting mini snow runs on the way down. **The only drawback**: The shower head in the bathroom had low water pressure, so it took a bit longer to shower.

The B&B owner was incredibly hospitable, the rooms were warm and spotless, and the Northeastern-style stewed fish was delicious. The beautiful snowscapes were visible everywhere, and Dog Bear Mountain was exciting and fun. It's definitely worth a visit! In the evenings, the lobby was filled with travelers from all over the world, chatting happily with the owner (who, by the way, used a translator to communicate with foreign guests, so cool!). He's super popular with international visitors; even a Malaysian tourist mentioned that this B&B is famous in their country. The owner even accompanied us to Dog Bear Mountain for free and offered drone photography. The emotional value was immense, highly recommended!

The hotel was clean and tidy. I stayed here for three days and had a new, unique experience each day. Harbin in winter is truly romantic, offering a feeling that no other city can. I think everyone can relate to this: when you're happy with your accommodation, you naturally have a better time exploring. Their butler service was incredibly attentive, showing genuine care both before and after check-in. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was kept very clean. Five stars for them!

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent – right off the Yangmingtan Bridge. Free parking was a big plus, and there were plenty of spaces. Downstairs, you could find all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets, and food delivery came right to the door. You could even see the Yangmingtan Bridge directly from the room. It had a fridge, washing machine, and induction cooker. The disposable toilet seat covers and disposable towels/bath sheets were a nice touch! And the best part: it's pet-friendly! Pet-friendly! Pet-friendly!

We booked two rooms for a family trip. The front desk lady was very nice and gentle. The security uncle was very reliable. It was very convenient to eat and play around. The facilities are old-fashioned European style. It's not too old now. It's just that the toilet is a bit old-fashioned. But it doesn't matter. Some people may not be willing to use smart ones. The hotel and the room are very clean and quiet. It's easy to find, with a pedestrian street and an underground shopping mall at the door. The surrounding facilities are complete. There is also a night market nearby, you can search it. There is also a zoo and an amusement park. I must eat Qiqihar barbecue, which is really fresh meat. It's delicious. We just go to other cities, otherwise I really want to bring some meat back. It looks very beautiful and has patterns, not fishy at all. In this city, most people I met are very good anyway. Everyone can rest assured to play, just ask if you don't understand. No one will cheat you. But still pay attention to safety. There should be a good hot spring, but we didn't have time to go there. I will come back to make up for it when I have the opportunity in the future. Found a gem of a hotel in Yabuli! They provide all the necessary amenities, and the heating works wonderfully. That window view absolutely blew me away! ❄️ The service was outstanding. There are many shops around here, and they all offer free pick-up and drop-off. On this side of the mountain, there's also a laundry room, a children's play area, a gym, and a bar. The mountain restaurant serves delicious Northeast Chinese cuisine at great prices, and the portions are huge! You won't have to worry about boredom at night – you can just head over for a drink.
