The hotel is good overall, clean and comfortable, and the room is not small compared to other hotels of the same price in Europe. The surrounding is very quiet, and the facilities are relatively new. It is very suitable for business trips, family trips, and friends' trips. I will choose it again next time. The front desk staff was very welcoming.
The hotel is in a very central location. The room is decorated with some vintage furniture, which gives it a unique charm. The bathroom is located down a short staircase—it's spacious and very clean, though you’ll need to watch your step at night. The staff are professional and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. Breakfast was generous and delicious.
The staff at this hotel is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is not far from the old town area. It's a great choice for staying in Graz!
In addition, the breakfast ingredients are carefully selected and worth trying!
Very convenient hostel in Europe. There are all of the facilities you'll need during your stay such as complimentary hair dryer, soap and shower gel.
Just five minutes on foot from Graz Hauptbahnhof. You can go to the main famous cities within 4 hours from there
5 minutes walk from the station, 15 minutes walk to the old town,
There are supermarkets around and there are many restaurants in the old town. It was a hot time, so it was good to have air conditioning. There is a hairdryer, but there is no refrigerator. I felt wide because it was a room with a high ceiling.
I recommend it because it was very convenient for traveling by train.
I deliberately chose this historic hotel. Although the facilities are a bit old, the interior is beautiful, the room and bathroom are large, and the refrigerator in the room is still a keyed one, which is especially old-fashioned. The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city center, very close to the attractions, within walking distance.
The hotel is not 580 meters away from Graz Hbf train station as written in the description, but 2.2 kilometers away, which takes 30 minutes to walk. However, the hotel is in a good location, with a little slope on the hillside of the old city, but it is not stressful. The hotel passage leads directly to the municipal park, which is very convenient and beautiful. The room cleaning is stipulated to be at 3 pm or later, and I rarely encounter such service. Because I went out in the morning, it was just right to rest in the afternoon, and then watch the night view at night, so for me it meant no service. Only when I was in the room, I quickly changed towels in the bathroom, collected garbage bags and gave a bottle of water. As for the Internet speed, let's put it this way, it is better than nothing. The hotel wifi needs to open the door of the room to open a crack or simply be in the corridor to be full and faster. 4G needs to open the window to be stronger (but it is very cold and I can't open the window). Maybe it's because of the location of my room, but it's like this for me. In short, it wins in the location, and the rest is just like this...
Graz is a very unique city, not many tourists. The location of the hotel is a little far away from the inner city, it will take about 15 minutes to walk to the inner city. The room is very spacious, and the mineral water and chocolates are provided, which is very considerate. There is a small balcony where you can ventilate and dry your clothes, which is also quite comfortable. There are not many choices for breakfast. You have to place an order with the waiter for egg-like food, and you can order it right away. There are a lot of parking lots, but they are relatively narrow. Be careful. The parking fee is 12 euros per night.
walkable from Graz train station still very quiet rooms with modern room and bathroom facilities. we stayed in winter and the heating was good but can not comment on AC. beds were comfortable. breakfast varieties were plenty and overall taste was good. staff was helpful. the city centre was within walking range and tram lines in the city centre were free.
After a long trip you come to the hotel and just want to check in without problems. Unfortunately, this was not the case. A staff member told me hard that breakfast was not included in the price and does not even try to explain why. Simply, despite evidence, he said differently... Fortunately, the next day, another employee was and explained to me how and what is. Then the matter was quickly resolved.
Frokost costs €12.90, and there are no hot dishes (e.g. sauce, eggs, etc.). Only bread, sauce and sweets... cooked eggs were cold! ... so better elsewhere breakfast than in the hotel...

LLvaldiAlles war ausgezeichnet! Ich würde es jederzeit empfehlen! Riesen Raum mit allem was man braucht, gemütlich und perfekt erreichbar! Danke für den Service!
GGuest UserClean, well-maintained rooms, the coffee and drinks machine near the room was also good. Unfortunately, my old sat nav didn't recognize the street and we had to search. Difficult in the dark and without signs. But otherwise I found the hotel good. Thank you very much
