Really great service!!! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is perfect with the lake view. The breakfast and dinner is nice too, highly recommend the dinner, be noticed that Mon & Tue is closed for dinner.

Loved everything about this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and from check-in to check-out everything was perfect. Andrea at reception was very kind and answered any all questions we had. Lunch, dinner and breakfast was delicious and the staff was very attentive. The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the lake. We also rented an electric boat for an hour and enjoyed a relaxing boat ride on our own. We didn’t use the outdoor deck or sauna but both of the areas looked relaxing with views of the lake. Would definitely recommend and stay here again and again.

Such a wonderful place with warm hospitality, beautiful room with a stunning view, excellent restaurant, dream breakfast and the best service. A real gem, would definitely be back for longer. Totally recommend but make sure you stay a few days to enjoy it because you will not want to leave.

In terms of infrastructure, the Seehotel would be a classic four-star hotel (possibly with a +). But the location - right on the lake, the (renovated) rooms with a view of the lake - in our case the Gössl suites (highly recommended) and the overall ambience, including the restaurant and service, make the Seehotel something special! If you are looking for peace, relaxation, good food (in the Seeplatzl restaurant) and friendly service typical of the Salzkammergut - this is the place for you. The small number of rooms (approx. 16 rooms) and thus the manageable number of guests also contribute to the "relaxation factor". The takeover by the Mateschitz hotel group naturally also contributes to the brand! Pleasure hikes around the Grundlsee (with Toplitzsee and Kammersee) as well as to the nearby beautiful Ausseer - See round off a perfect holiday experience!

Leider konnten wir nur drei Tage bleiben, aber diese boten alles was das Herz begehrt. Ein traumhaftes Zimmer mit freistehender Badewanne und Blick auf den See. Ein einzigartiges Frühstück mit frischen selbstgepressten Säften und ein Abendessen welches mindestens einen Michelinstern verdient hätte.
