الفندق جميل لكن الغرف صغيرة جدا والتكيف يبرد ويصير حار كانه هم الي يتحكمون فيه حجزت بالفطور وكان الفطور لذيذ الغداء كان نوعا ما جيد لكن سعره مبالغ فيه

Pros: 1. The breakfast offers a mix of traditional Turkish breakfast and Western options, with a great variety of cheeses and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. 2. Although the room is small, it's very tidy and clean. It gets cleaned daily, and the bed sheets are changed every day. 3. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Yedikule Fortress and Marble Tower, and only an 8-minute walk to the sea. 4. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with schools, making it very quiet. 5. The hotel's Wi-Fi is super fast and never lags. Areas for improvement: 1. It would be great if there was an airport shuttle service.

My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim . This hotel was truly in a fantastic location. My wife and I had a quick holiday getaway, and the staff's attitude was wonderful. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the high-speed train station. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone I know, and it's definitely my top choice for all my future Istanbul trips.

Very outdated hotel - the interior felt eerie. We stayed in a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke at night. Our shower drain was clogged and would flood (this was fixed however it is not expected of any hotel, let alone a 5 star). Gym was small and equipment is old. Sauna wasn’t working properly - not hot enough. However, staff were friendly and welcoming, and hotel location was convenient if you want to take the tram to tourist sites or walk around the shops, restaurants, etc. Overall, I don’t think this is a 5 star hotel. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone looking for a 5 star hotel.

Great location in the historic district, everything is within walking distance! Very polite reception staff: Gilfidan, Imamcan, Umut. We especially liked one lady whose name we didn't catch! Delicious breakfast with several types of cheese, omelets, boiled eggs, a large selection of fruits, vegetables – everything was tasty, including the pastries! The rooms are small. Our air conditioning wasn't working; we asked them to fix it, and it seemed to work for a bit, but then broke down again at night. Get a room with a balcony, otherwise, your clothes won't dry in the room. Other than that, everything was great! There are inexpensive restaurants nearby!

An amazing experience! The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Dolmabahçe Palace. You can walk to the seaside and it's very close to the pier, perfect for evening sightseeing cruises. The service was also excellent and comprehensive. On the hotel's L level, there are Michelin-starred restaurants, including Turkish, Italian, and Japanese options, which is very convenient. The hotel's views are also fantastic, with different room types offering various views, so you can choose according to your preference!

The hotel is beautiful and clean . The staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. What I did not like about the hotel : - Our room was never cleaned ,we would go out all day and come back to find dishes from last night dinner . - There were cats all over the hotel inside , everywhere , the lobby, restaurant , the pool ,it’s like a cat rescue or RSPCA - None of the staff spoke English , even basic English - The restaurant staff were worse ,due to communication breakdown room service orders were sometimes wrong. Had room service all the time cos the whole place had cats . - Location is the killer - it’s extremely far from any attractions ,shopping or Turkey experiences I would recommend for aesthetics - it looks beautiful, the entrance and lobby is amazing ,minus the cats, the pool area is good and the rooms are clean and spacious . For holiday and exploring Turkey do not go there

Great hotel! I and my sister really liked it, having stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast is nice, there was always one main course available (e.g. nuggets and french fries) with the variety of snacks, fruit and desserts. The rooftop canteen is very romantic The furniture and amenities of the hotel are new and convenient: we like abundant storage areas, the elevator and cozy beds The stuff is very friendly It's only 10 minutes away of bus stop and 15 minutes away of Istiklal avenue, very conveniently placed for exploring the city centre Around the hotel is a bakery, a supermarket, a grocery store, and also a park. The neighbourhood may be considered as a little bit risky, since there were a lot of abandoned homes nearby, but it didn't concern us in a slightest The cons of the hotel is bad soundproofing, no drying system (no dryer at the bathroom). The cons is very negligible, actually The price-quality balance is perfect. I'd definitely stay here one more time
