DDZIANIS MITRAFANUThis hotel is really great! It's perfect for a private getaway with your girlfriend, you can cook your own meals, there are plenty of shops nearby, and it's close to the metro. The staff are very polite, and you can even store your luggage both at check-in and check-out. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. I lived here for 3 weeks and I really enjoyed it! I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThey let us check in an hour early, which was a very pleasant surprise! 😊 The room was good and well-equipped with everything you need: bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, a kettle, coffee, and tea.
However, the cleaning before our arrival wasn't thorough. There were black hairs on the bathroom floor, which was a bit disappointing.
Daily cleaning was provided, and the water, coffee, and tea were replenished every day.
The breakfast was excellent, but if you arrive around 10 AM, finding a seat might be a challenge. Sometimes we were asked to wait 20 minutes because it was fully booked.
I popped into the beauty salon on the ground floor to get my hair styled for an event. My hair was already washed and wet. I just asked them to dry and style it with a hairdryer. I have a bob above my shoulders. They charged 3500 (Ruble), even though the price list indicated a different amount. I didn't bother to dispute it as I was really short on time.
Overall, I liked the hotel and think I'll return again.

AANUBHAV2386We stayed for 3 nights in Saint Petersburg. So 1) location: The hotel is in a quiet locality and is almost unrecognizable. Does not look like a hotel from the outside 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal english 3) Service: The hotel does not have breakfast or a restaurant, but there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance (10 minutes), so workable; and the elevator makes quite a noise, but it's workable/safe. 4) Overall experience: Bad - Mediocre: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia. no courtesy, no support/ no extra help for any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help. Just cold, transactional behavior.

GGuoguoxia09There's a supermarket and a park downstairs, and several large shopping malls nearby. The hotel also has a kitchen, making it super convenient for daily life and leisure. It's clean, hygienic, and offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis store is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in this trip to Russia, with convenient transportation, clean and comfortable. The Winter Palace can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, because it is early to arrive in St. Petersburg, worried that you can't check in, the staff is very enthusiastic, help check in early, and intimately inform the WI-FI password. The room was very clean, the decoration was very atmospheric, and the microwave, hot water bottle and other supplies were also intimately provided. I hope more friends will find this treasure shop in St. Petersburg.

AAnonymous UserVery clean hotel and pretty good location, friendly staff. I arrived early at the hotel, but since they had a free room, they let me in at 12pm. I was grateful for that. The room is clean enough. The cooler with a water is located near the reception( has hot and cold water). They also have a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner (quite a lot of people were there). Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try, but ... I think that people went there for a reason, and most likely they offer decent food, which they cook themselves. For that kind of money, I think it's a very good option.
I want to note that the sound insulation between the rooms is not very good.

We stayed for 1 night and managed to book the apartment with a huge discount at a very attractive price – it didn't disappoint! It's a new complex with modern renovations and a reception. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage for free in the morning before check-in and until the evening after check-out, which is a definite plus. The studio has everything you could need: a stove, dishes, cutlery, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, blackout curtains, etc. A hypermarket (Lenta) is within walking distance, and there's a small seating area with sofas and a children's playground in the courtyard.
A few minor points: breakfast is only available from 9 AM. We checked out earlier, so unfortunately, we didn't get to try it. The location is not bad, but it's quite far from the metro, more than a 20-minute walk. There's a bus stop about 10 minutes away, but it was easier for us to take a taxi.

AAalenaaWe were greeted quite indifferently, and given a poor room that didn't match the photos. We had to waste time getting the room changed, which wasn't in our plans. They did change the room, and the staff member who handled it was polite and made a good impression. Since we had a tight schedule that day, this situation ruined our impression of the hotel, especially since it was one of our birthdays and we hoped for more attentive service. In the morning, the staff congratulated us, which was very nice, thank you. The breakfast was okay, but the selection was modest for people who don't eat meat, sausages, or bacon. There was salted fish, but the quality was poor – too much salt and little flavor. The fruits also weren't tasty, and the selection was odd, with canned peaches being very unusual for a hotel of this caliber. It's a shame the staff didn't know the ingredients of the food; we asked about the bread's composition but were just told they didn't know, and no one even bothered to find out. We won't be returning to this hotel, and I can't recommend it, but everyone makes their own decision. The hotel's location is good, but it's a very busy street with lots of people and cars.

LlerycherWe rented this hotel just for one night, but then decided to keep our stay. I didn’t expect that there were such nice rooms with a beautiful view of the historical part of St. Petersburg. We stayed in a room with a balcony. The view opened up along the entire Nevsky Prospekt and this is the best viewpoint to take nice pics. The hotel is clean, breakfast was delicious. You should consider that it is located on the 4th floor and has no elevator. But this is normal thing for European places with its old hisorical buildings in the centre. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it👍
