This is a good apart-hotel. The service was good (P.S. when we checked in, the AC remote was missing, but after a call to reception, they resolved it in literally 20 minutes).
Regarding the room: overall it was clean, though some areas (the bottom of door frames, metal elements of the glass partitions in the shower) were a bit worn out. It had everything we needed: a toothbrush and toothpaste set, shampoo, shower gel, soap (enough for the duration of our stay), a hairdryer (I'm not sure if all rooms have the same type, but for women trying to dry/style their hair, you'll have to continuously hold down the power button), an iron (a good one, it ironed everything perfectly), an ironing board, and an extra pillow. The room was quiet, we couldn't hear the neighbors. The only thing was that our window faced a football field, so we could hear training sessions and see floodlights until around 11 PM, but I wouldn't say it was a major disturbance.
On the ground floor, there's a lounge area, co-working spaces for laptops, a food court, a small shop with ready-made food/drinks/snacks, restrooms, an ATM (Bank T), a gym, a small inner courtyard, and a sports ground.
Transportation access was also not an issue: you can walk to places or take public transport to your desired destination.
A great hotel in the north of the city.
Clear, modern.
The style of the apartments.
There are all the most necessary. Near the metro and shops.
For the first trip, it is not the best area. But if you want the price/quality ratio - approx.
The front desk staff's English was just okay. The hotel's location is great; you can see the Neva River as soon as you step out, and the views are beautiful. The hotel's Wi-Fi was also quite smooth, and the breakfast had a good variety. It's about a 30-minute walk to the Winter Palace, and on the way, you can visit the House of Books (Singer House), Kazan Cathedral, and the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood. There's an Italian restaurant and a Japanese ramen shop nearby. When I checked in, they asked for a 350 ruble deposit, but when I checked out, they told me it was a registration fee.
Located a 10-minute walk from the metro, there's street parking available and a small parking area under a barrier (500 rubles per day via a mobile app). The reception area has a bar and waiting spots. You can't hear the neighbors in the room, and it has everything you need for your stay.
Stayed together, everything is convenient. The uncontacted registration system is convenient, staff respond quickly, there were no problems.
The number itself is simple, clean. Price/quality corresponds.
Facilities: Positive reviews were given for the improved social security system.
Hygiene: Clean, tidy, hygienic, healthy, beautiful, and healthy.
Environment: Friendly, cooperative, and cool.
Service attitude, service philosophy, and company reputation were excellent.
Hygiene: Good.

To recharge your batteries or simply relax, visit the property's sauna. The gym provides a place for guests to work out.
You'll find a restaurant at the property with a variety of dining options available. Enjoy a meal right from the comfort of your room with room service from the on-site restaurant.
Guests arriving by car can use the property's parking lot.
Excellent location, good service. Overall everything is convenient, clean.
From the downsides. The description says that visiting the swimming pool and spa is included in the price. In fact, only three hours from 9 to 12 a.m. are free. Other time is to be paid extra. Of course, if you want to go to sauna, you can also pay - little money there - but there is a displeasant feeling of fraud. If someone likes to breathe, there will be problems. The ventilation system clearly doesn't work. The air is sperm, you must get used to living in hypoxy. Windows are not open, breathing is not.
The hotel is very conveniently located, just a 7-minute walk from Moskovsky railway station. The room was clean, cozy, and recently renovated. In the hallway, there's a water cooler, a microwave, a washing machine, and a vending machine available. Everything was great, thank you!

Great
GGuest UserThe breakfast was good, but it's too far from the city center, making it inconvenient to get around. If you're someone who easily gets tired and relies on public transport, it's best to book an Airbnb in the city center. However, if you're like me, hoping for a good breakfast, and your family primarily uses taxis, then this place is a good option.
AANUBHAV2386We stayed for 3 nights in Saint Petersburg. So 1) location: The hotel is in a quiet locality and is almost unrecognizable. Does not look like a hotel from the outside 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal english 3) Service: The hotel does not have breakfast or a restaurant, but there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance (10 minutes), so workable; and the elevator makes quite a noise, but it's workable/safe. 4) Overall experience: Bad - Mediocre: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia. no courtesy, no support/ no extra help for any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help. Just cold, transactional behavior.
GGuest UserIt is far away from the city and has convenient surroundings. It has a four-star logo. The restaurant on the first floor is delicious but not expensive. There is a classical piano in the bar in the evening. Opposite is a ”Friday” supermarket. The apartment facilities are similar to those in China, but there is a kitchen and tableware. The environment is very good. It's a relatively new building, so you don't have to worry about traveling with a car. How could such a good place not have reviews? The price/performance ratio is very good.
GGuest UserThis store is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in this trip to Russia, with convenient transportation, clean and comfortable. The Winter Palace can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, because it is early to arrive in St. Petersburg, worried that you can't check in, the staff is very enthusiastic, help check in early, and intimately inform the WI-FI password. The room was very clean, the decoration was very atmospheric, and the microwave, hot water bottle and other supplies were also intimately provided. I hope more friends will find this treasure shop in St. Petersburg.
GGuest UserOverall, the stay was satisfactory, although the room ventilation was quite poor and the room felt too warm.
The major letdown was the check-in experience with Ms. Sophia, who appeared to be new and seemed quite confused about our booking. Unfortunately, she did not appear to understand how to handle the situation, which resulted in considerable delay and confusion. Rather than apologizing, she raised her voice in front of other guests standing at the check-in counter, which was highly unprofessional.
Thankfully, Mr. Ildor stepped in to assist, and the matter was eventually resolved after about 30 minutes. His help was appreciated and made a difficult situation manageable.
AAnonymous UserVery clean hotel and pretty good location, friendly staff. I arrived early at the hotel, but since they had a free room, they let me in at 12pm. I was grateful for that. The room is clean enough. The cooler with a water is located near the reception( has hot and cold water). They also have a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner (quite a lot of people were there). Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try, but ... I think that people went there for a reason, and most likely they offer decent food, which they cook themselves. For that kind of money, I think it's a very good option.
I want to note that the sound insulation between the rooms is not very good.
GGuest UserI stayed at the Crown Hotel for three weeks, and it was an excellent experience. The service was outstanding—the staff were always happy, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed.
The room was very nice and clean, with plenty of space. The bathroom was excellent as well, and most importantly, it had a shattaf, which made my stay even more comfortable.
The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk from Nevsky Street and only a minute from both the metro and the railway station. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay at the Crown Hotel again when I return to Saint Petersburg.
GGuest UserConvenient location, the entrance is right in front of the metro station, on the side of Nevsky Prospekt. I really loved a beautiful imperial style lobby. There is a historical fireplace near the front desk. The hotel is stylish and very clean. The friendly receptionist will answer any questions you may have. Breakfasts have several options to choose from. You can sit by the window in a comfortable chair. There is a bathtub with jacuzzi and a large closet room. I recommend this hotel, really enjoyed it
NNurdeng DeurasehThe hotel staff are friendly and helpful and cooperate very well when you deal with them. i like to stay with 8/10. the space for chatting at lobby is wide enough to chatt with others. however, the bed that designed is not really proper for me since it covers up, right and Left and of course not entrance as you are in the tunnel with small space. luggage storage is available as well as the place for you to exercise with minum equipment. thanks We and I by vertical..see you again once i come to Saint Petersburg (ver great city to visit with classical and modern designs).
