HHellmiBig room. conveniently located, with mydin hypermalk walking distance, few cafes around. Room equipped modestly. no tooth brush and limited toiletries. Breakfast is ok.

CCR_Limthe room is not clean enough and kettle is spoil , but luckily the host buy a new one to replace, master bedroom shower water is too small, common toilet is just nice

Had a really pleasant stay at Renai Hotel Kota Bharu. The hotel is in a very strategic location, making it convenient to get around the city.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was also one of the highlights, with plenty of choices including local Kelantanese dishes.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel may have an older style, but the hospitality, comfort and convenient location more than made up for it.
Would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Kota Bharu! 😊

AAnonymous UserGreat apartment and very clean. Easy check in experience, great communication and lots to do in the city. Good central location. The pool was also brilliant. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore the city of KB or as a stop on the way to or from the islands.

SShima_sanExcellent service. As soon as we arrived at the lobby, the staff immediately opened and closed the car door for us. I've never encountered such service at any other hotel. Keep it up! The room even had a bathtub and a shower cubicle. Sarongs (kain pelikat) and prayer mats were provided for prayers. The room view was also beautiful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kota Bharu. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious.

NNU.SHI liked that it is near the river, it is calming to see the view and the river flow and people playing jet ski in Kelantan river, it's calming. the staff is accomodating and helpful, but it is an old hotel so the room may show the sign of it like the condition of wallpaper. the breakfast is great tho with nice variety and it's good

AAlan.HWe are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind.
For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability.
Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in
Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities!
However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already.
