Stayed in a Delux Renovated Room which was still pretty rough for being vlassed as 'renovated' including a worn out seat, worn woodwork and a very old and mouldy fridge. The Wifi was also very slow and the TV was not smart so you could not use your own streaming services or youtube. Arrived about 4pm to be told that the restaurant closes at 6pm and does not reopen until breakfast when we were hoping to get an evening meal. Lastly the cleaning was not great as the shower had a big hair ball on the floor!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Parking was very convenient and easily accessible for customers, which is a big plus. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Come for feast & stay here for grooming. Room quite small but its ok for us. Good location. Have pasar malam in front hotel. Such good location 👍🏻

Hotel paling mudah n cepat nak check in and check out. Very recommended! Selesa, mudah parking, rasa selamat even stay sorang! Will repeat again soon.

Close to Penang Airport with convenient transportation. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Penang for business. The hotel environment is great, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Great location.Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and Iron provided in the room. BUT, I booked 2 x King bed room. One of the room's toilet not clean and water flow out very slow like flooded in the bath area. Basin got stuck and water flow out very slow also. Already inform reception. Hope Hotel can take note of that and repair soon. Exhaust fan in the toilet very lound and disturb sleeping quality

It was my first time staying at StarCity Hotel, and overall, the experience went very well. The hotel feels well-maintained and not old or run-down. The room was clean, and the mattress was very comfortable, which made for a good night’s rest. The staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, even though I arrived pretty late, which I really appreciated. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. The options were limited. The Ayam Bawang had already run out and was not refilled, even though it was only around 9:00 a.m., and the dim sum did not taste fresh. That said, the coffee was good, and the other food items were decent. Overall, a pleasant stay with good service and clean, comfortable rooms. I would consider staying here again.

I felt very grateful for the early check-in which attended by a great staff named Nur Aqilah. A big thank you to her for the excellent service and kind arrangements as we have a toddler with us. Great location and nice foods surrounded by the hotel. Very convenient to the city areas. It has a Family Mart and C-mart in the hotel building too. To anyone those who want to staycation for family, please choose this hotel. Its was pleasant feel like 5⭐️ hotel. We book for 3 single bed. But upon arrival and checked in, they give us the connecting room. 1 king bed and 2 single bed. The give us good morning buffet and the food is good and delicious. Thankyou swiss avenue hotel. Such a pleasant hotel to be stayed in.

Despite the fact that the hotel is old, and, for example, in our room type, the shower and toilet were separate, and the washbasin was in the common room area, all other things compensate for it. The hotel is clean. The location is good, 7-10 minutes by car to the central beach, you can use the Grab app or use the free shuttle bus that runs 2 times a day between the hotel and Cenang Mall, which is located in the area of the central public beach. The hotel also has friendly staff. In addition, it is convenient that you can buy all sightseeing tours right at the hotel. What we liked the most was the very tasty and varied breakfasts, as well as the infinity pool, which is open until midnight. We recommend👍🏻
