Arrived in the evening and check in was fast. The balcony facing the water is nice, but there is a bad smell from the water sometimes. There is also noise from the water system in the toilet and you can hear people in the hallway, but wasn't a huge issue to me. I was satisfied with everything else and no complains for a short stay. Parking right outside the hotel costs maximum 300NOK a day.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. The location is especially good, right by the harbor, and only a five-minute walk to the city center. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, making it the perfect choice for accommodation in Lofoten.

I was given a perfect cabin facing the sea with a mountain view. The location is actually quite close to town - around 15min walk. Just to cross the bridge takes some energy as the elevation was quite high especially with luggage. The cabin is fully furnished and the doorway and toilet is heated during winter. Can even walk down to the seashore. We were lucky to see Lady Aurora just outside our cabin. Service wise was excellent as any inquiries were promptly replied.

We stayed right by the pier in a small fishing village. The supermarket nearby had amazing and cheap steaks and cod, which was perfect for us to cook ourselves since we had two suites for 7 people. One of the suites had a huge living room, which was great for our friends' gathering. Highly recommended!

We'd booked a room for 5 with an extra bed on ***********, but when we reached the hotel, the lady at check-in informed us that in the Scandic Narvik system it was only a room for 2 people, that there was no other space available, and that in future, we should book directly with the hotel in order to avoid this happening again. In the end, she was able to find us a room, but it was such a terrible way to start off what was otherwise a brilliant stay in beautiful Narvik.

First of all, this hotel is located in Auer, a popular spot for visitors to Lofoten! I would recommend staying in Auer or Reine. But to be honest, this hotel really surprised me. The rooms have kitchens, complete with stoves and tableware, and they were very clean, making it convenient to cook your own meals. Our room was a one-bedroom apartment, very cozy! And on a clear day, it's an absolutely amazing spot for aurora viewing!! The only downside is that there doesn't seem to be a hairdryer; you can ask about it at check-in. Overall, this was a highly recommended accommodation experience, especially for travelers who want to get close to nature and experience the charm of a fishing village. Highly recommended!!

The room has a good sea view, the Tesla charging station is downstairs, the hotel has a floating sauna on the sea, but unfortunately there is no experience. Breakfast is good. Booking in advance for a non-refundable price can be discounted a lot

Pro: Great view from the room. Spacious apartment with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for 4 person stay. The apartment was strategically located in front the habour. Cons: the living room is lacking of lighting, quite dark in the living room at night. The shower gel is not refilled in one of the bathroom. The stove is not properly clean, and took very long time to heat up, luckily still working. Overall is a good stay.

Stunning Views & Location: the beautiful water and mountain views directly from the cabin windows. The lodge sits right on the edge of the Ballstad harbor, making it peaceful and less crowded than other tourist hubs. Excellent On-Site Dining: The lodge's restaurant, HEIM Steep Loft Stairs: Many of the two-story cabin units feature a bedroom located in an upstairs loft.
