The young man at the reception desk could communicate in simple English and was very kind and accommodating with various requests. The hotel's facilities and utilities were generally modern and well-maintained, making them convenient to use. The sauna, in particular, was great for unwinding after a long day of travel. Since the hotel is located in the mountains, it's worth noting that there's a limited supply of hot water. Even without air conditioning, the room stayed cool enough, but leaving the door open tended to let in a lot of bugs. All the necessary amenities were provided, which was convenient. As the hotel is situated in a ski resort area, you need to purchase a daily entrance ticket for 200 KGS per person and 300 KGS per vehicle per day. This means extra expenses if you plan to go into town every day. Breakfast was served in the typical Karakol style, which was a satisfying way to experience local cuisine.

挺兩極分化的一家酒店 1.位置一般，鎮旁邊沒有臨湖，對面有兩塊墓園。特別提醒攜程谷歌導航市政廳背後是錯誤的，還有2公里。 2.酒店設施很新，應該算是當地很新的酒店了，當然價格也是當地較貴的。 3.房間無拖鞋和牙具，窗簾不遮光，無瓶裝水，這個價位不應該。 4.前台服務人員態度很好，兩個女生，特別是有個會英語的，挺逗的。我告訴她我喜歡她説俄語。這個是需要表揚的。 5.亮點居然是這家酒店一樓的餐廳，應該算是當地很好的餐廳了，正好有人做聚會，看着宴會的菜做的很漂亮。餐廳環境很好，價格極度便宜。那牛排的分量真的太大了。1400索姆的一份牛排能讓我全家都吃飽，所以很不幸的是我菜點多了，一貫可以奢侈，不喜歡浪費。另外餐廳為我們服務的一位服務員人很不錯，我都產生讓她為我工作的想法。 總體來説推薦入住，老闆提升一些細節管理會越來越好。

DO NOT BOOK THIS GUEST HOUSE THROUGH TRIP.COM - it will result in major problems during your stay. As they believe they don’t use this platform so they will demand another payment. Apart from that, this guest house is one of the most amazing places to stay. The food is outstanding and served like a five star restaurant. The breakfast is amazing! And the view is incredible. Rooms are a little noisy unfortunately but.

Great location and beautiful views. The breakfast was also very good. The only thing is that if your room is at the very back, you’ll have to carry your luggage a little further in. When checking out, you’ll also need to take your luggage out yourself.

We stayed here a second time after coming back from Altyn Arashan.  The staff was kind to let us check in early.  The room is clean.  Staff is very helpful.  Love the place.

The hotel's硬件 is pretty good for Issyk-Kul standards, definitely upper-middle range, not far off from a five-star resort. However, the service and decor details are distinctly Central Asian – very rugged and unrefined! For instance, the main entrance door in the lobby is so heavy a man has to push it with great force, and right outside are steps that can easily catch you off guard. My room didn't have a hairdryer, and when I asked the front desk, they insisted all rooms have them, even asking me why mine was missing. Were they implying we took it or hid it? 😂 Also, once you exit the elevator upstairs, there are no signs indicating room numbers or directions, so I had to wander around to find my room.
