Hotels With parking in Osaka Prefecture, Japan

The room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

This hotel is super conveniently located directly across from Universal Studios, less than a 2-minute walk away. There's a Sushiro and a food street nearby, along with various Lawson convenience stores. What I loved most was the self-service laundry machine; after a day out, I could wash and dry my clothes, and they came out perfectly flat. The machine even comes with detergent and fabric softener, so my clothes smelled great and felt fluffy. There's also a microwave and an ice machine, so I could heat up the sandwiches I bought for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it's more Japanese-style with salmon and avocado rice, plus many other options. Overall, it was fantastic!

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with the shuttle bus taking about 15 minutes to get there. The front desk staff spoke the best English I've encountered at any hotel, and there were even staff members who spoke Chinese, all very professional. The room was incredibly spacious and grand, just like what you'd find in a hotel in China. From the hotel, you can see the sea right next to the airport. You can walk to the outlet mall, it's not far, and there's a lovely seaside promenade next to the outlets. I'd highly recommend it for those catching an early flight or who have just arrived at Osaka Airport and need to refresh. There's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, which is very handy.

The location is fantastic, right outside the JR station and a 5-minute walk from Universal Studios Japan's entrance. There's a convenience store and shops downstairs – a perfect choice. We even went back to the hotel to rest when it got too hot at Universal Studios, then re-entered in the evening to continue the fun. After a long day of walking, a relaxing bath and soak at the top floor spa in the evening was exactly what we needed to unwind. Everything was perfect, except for the crowds – too many people at breakfast and in the showers.

The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second, upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.

I booked a high-floor twin room on the 34th floor. It was advertised as 25 square meters, but it felt a bit small, though I could still lay out two suitcases without a problem. The best part is its central Umeda location; the transportation is incredibly convenient, with direct access to the subway and airport limousine buses – absolutely no complaints there. It's surrounded by shopping districts, and the hotel reception is on the 9th floor. The 8th floor is a Yodobashi Camera food court, offering all sorts of dining options! It's super convenient to grab a meal after shopping. The only downside is how crowded it gets. They have 8 washing machines, but so many people use them daily that you might not get a turn even at 1 or 2 AM. I only managed to use the wash-and-dry cycle once for 150 minutes, but the clothes still came out damp. Electronic payment is available. If I come back, I'd definitely choose this place again – it's just too convenient!

The pros are its location right next to the subway station, a dedicated luggage room, and even a luggage scale. Plus, the hotel's hot spring bath was incredibly relaxing, and after a soak, you could head up to the rooftop to enjoy the views. The cons are that the room was truly, truly, truly tiny – a 28-inch suitcase had no space to open up. Also, this is the first time I've encountered a hotel of this star rating that didn't provide coffee or tea bags in the room. Ironically, there was an empty tea caddy in the room :(

The king-size room can accommodate two 28-meter suitcases. The bathroom is integrated, and the ventilation is not very good. It will be hot to death when taking a shower. Breakfast is free, but there is nothing to eat. Check-in luggage storage is free, but check-out luggage storage is charged. We were charged 1,000 yen for two suitcases. Friends who mind can plan ahead. It is very, very close to JR. You can get there by turning a corner. There is a life supermarket at 500 meters, and Don Quixote and Daiso are 1 kilometer away. It is very convenient to go to Umeda and Shinsaibashi.

I stayed here for a night because I had an early morning flight the next day. Check-in was only available after 3 PM, but I could drop off my luggage at the self-service area in the lobby beforehand. Then I went to explore the mall and outlets, which opened at 10 AM. I returned at 3 PM to check in using the self-service machine. After checking in, I immediately booked the airport shuttle for the next morning. My flight was at 9:15 AM, so I took the 6 AM shuttle. It only took 10 minutes to get to the airport. The airport was incredibly empty, so I didn't have to queue for anything and finished all procedures by 6:30 AM. Honestly, I could have easily taken the 6:45 AM shuttle instead.

Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I unfortunately lost a valuable item (a necklace) during my stay. I am writing this because I had some difficulty communicating smoothly with the hotel staff regarding this matter. On the evening of the 20th, I placed my necklace on the desk and did not wear it while touring on the 21st. Thinking my companion had packed it, I only realized it was missing after checking out, and I contacted the hotel immediately. When I called, the hotel simply stated that they checked and found nothing, without offering to contact me if it is found later. If the hotel finds the lost item later, please contact me via email. 호텔을 사용하며 불편함은 없었습니다만 2일 동안 호텔을 사용하며 귀중품(목걸이)를 분실했습니다. 호텔 측과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 글을 남깁니다. 20일 저녁에 책상에 목걸이를 올려두었고 착용하지 않고 21일에 관광지를 돌아다녔습니다. 일행이 목걸이를 챙겼다고 생각하여 체크아웃 이후 챙기지 않은 사실을 알게되어 바로 호텔에 연락했습니다. 호텔 측에서는 확인해본다고 하고 확인해본 결과 없다는 답변 뿐 찾게 되면 따로 연락 준다는 이야기는 받지 못했습니다. 만약 호텔측에서 분실물을 습득하면 제 이메일로 연락주시길 바랍니다. 감사합니다.
