Coming from Kansai Airport, you do have to transfer a few times on the subway. However, the hotel is very close to Juso Station, about a 6-7 minute walk. Juso Station has a food street, so dining is super convenient! It's not crowded around at night, so sleeping is very, very quiet! There's a convenience store at the intersection, and Don Quijote is just across the main road! There's also Daikoku Drugstore nearby! Although breakfast is simple, it changes a bit every day, which shows a lot of thought. You'll definitely be full and satisfied! The lobby also has vending machines with beer, drinks, and ice cream! All your normal needs can be met here! Personally, I think even though the location is a little out of the way, it makes up for it in value for money, and transferring subways is still very convenient~

The best choice for an early morning flight to Kansai Airport! Even though OMO5 has newly opened in Rinku Town, I still exclusively love Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport! The rooms are spacious enough, and the bedding is comfortable. Especially the shower, the water pressure is strong and the water temperature is perfect, much better than most hotels! This time, I also happened to be there during Japan's Silver Week and tried the wagyu shabu-shabu on the 52nd floor, which was very satisfying! Nearby, there's a large drug store (with an auntie from Shanghai working there), a large supermarket, and you can also visit the most beautiful seaside outlet in Kansai. It couldn't be any better!

The location is fantastic, right outside the JR station and a 5-minute walk from Universal Studios Japan's entrance. There's a convenience store and shops downstairs – a perfect choice. We even went back to the hotel to rest when it got too hot at Universal Studios, then re-entered in the evening to continue the fun. After a long day of walking, a relaxing bath and soak at the top floor spa in the evening was exactly what we needed to unwind. Everything was perfect, except for the crowds – too many people at breakfast and in the showers.

Simply the best onsen I’ve ever been. There is a huge sauna theatre and many smaller ones with some differences. Many individual tubs for those who wants to enjoy by themselves. It’s amazing and I would definitely come again. Location is not the most popular ones but it’s just two stations away so it’s not a problem. Breakfast is ok.

This hotel is incredibly convenient for reaching Kansai Airport; you just cross the street after heading downstairs, and you're practically there. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants on the 8th floor right below the hotel, which is fantastic! Hoshino Coffee, which is especially delicious, is also there! The hotel staff are exceptionally warm and helpful, even assisting with check-in. During my stay, my shoes broke in the lobby, and when I needed to throw them away, a staff member proactively offered to take them. While you have to ask staff for skincare products, everything else you need can be found in the lobby. There's also a coffee machine and a cold water dispenser downstairs, which is super convenient! Each floor seems to have a water dispenser, which is why there's no bottled water in the rooms!

Location: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

Exiting the subway station, there's a second-floor walkway that leads directly to the hotel. Check-in on the first floor was very smooth. There's a shuttle bus to Kansai Airport, but it operates on a fixed schedule, so you need to book it with the front desk staff. On the day of departure, you just show your reservation slip to board. Don't worry if you can't get a reservation or forget to book; Kansai Airport is only one stop away. There's a large drugstore nearby. The duvet in the room was a bit pilled and slightly scratchy... The soundproofing in the room was a bit poor, but everything else was quite good.

I traveled with my granddaughter and stayed here for 10 nights. The hotel is conveniently located for shopping, with three convenience stores right outside and AEON Supermarket nearby. Yu-itsu Supermarket is just another 100 meters down the road. It's also very close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, making it super convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Kuromon Market is also within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and quiet, and they offer breakfast. You can purchase a meal ticket for 2000 JPY, and choose whether or not to dine. Overall, this is a great hotel!

Extremely close to the subway and Universal Studios, right on Universal Boulevard. The price matches the hotel facilities; the room was tiny, didn't even have a closet, and the bedding was terrible. When checking in, I asked if a room with a good view was available, and they immediately said no without even thinking. Outside, there are countless elevated train tracks, so if you open the window, it's incredibly noisy. Definitely won't choose this place again.

The hotel is about a six-minute walk from Exit 6 of Shin-Osaka Station, which is super close and also very near the Midosuji Line. It's conveniently located, and the area is quiet at night with no suspicious people around. The room is pretty standard and a bit small, but it's very clean. If you have a large suitcase, it might feel a bit cramped. The downside is that the window looks out directly onto a residential apartment building, which is a bit awkward. However, the front desk staff were very attentive, gentle, and had great attitudes. The price was also reasonable, so I still highly recommend it.
