Shin Osaka Washington Hotel Plaza

This hotel never fails. My third time using the hotel. It is a good location, good room and comfortable bed.

I chose this hotel for its location, but the route from Shin-Osaka Station is surprisingly complicated for first-timers. Despite the high number of international guests, the night shift staff couldn't speak even basic English. They also have a 'cost-saving' cleaning policy that wasn't mentioned in the booking details; they only clean your room on the 4th and 7th day of your stay. In my opinion, cleaning every other day would be much more reasonable. To top it off, despite cutting back on housekeeping, they don't even provide complimentary bottled water—something I've seen in almost every Japanese hotel I've stayed at over the last 10 years.Some irony was housekeeping changed slippers in the room everyday.

Location was perfect for us as we needed a place beside the Shin-Osaka train station. It’s a good value for money hotel. Don’t expect any special add-ons but it’s clean, fairly sized (for Japan standards) and less than 5 min walk to the station

Near Shin Osaka Station. 5min walk. very convenient. And I think for the Amenties and price. A veey good deal

First time staying here. Its easily accessed from shin osaka station, about 8 mins walk. The room i stayed at comes with a very pretty view.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk to Shin Osaka station, and the metro station is in access to go places like Namba and Umeda. The hotel have an old style look but good to catch up JRs. There ain’t any good tourist spot nearby except the observatory. Overall it’s good choice compared with high prices of rooms in Osaka.
