We as a family of four had stayed in Deluxe room which is very outdated and required immediate renovation.Hotel with a 4 star rating but still operating keys for door opening and once you enter a very old hotel 20 years back with old furnished tiles bathroom tubs and outdated room's.Be ware and careful as rooms images are not genuinely displayed in any online site.Although hotel highlight is there restaurant with mouth watering foods and good Vibes.

The room to be quite small. While it was clean and well-maintained, the limited space made it challenging to move around comfortably. The bed took up most of the room, leaving little area for luggage and other personal items. Despite this, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient. If you're planning a short stay or don't need much space, this hotel could still be a good option. However, for longer stays or if you prefer more room to spread out, you might want to consider other options.

Excellent Stay.
It was my first visit and I was booked for one day but ended up staying extra day. Staff is extremely helpful. This property is clean and with very relaxing ambiance. They have beautiful kids park with swings. Lots of car parking. I recommend this place and I would love to stay again in the near future.

”I recently stayed at Hotel Justa Palampur and had a wonderful experience. We booked three rooms, and from the moment we arrived, Sunil at the reception made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Shalini was also incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, with excellent service and friendly assistance. Housekeeping was thorough and ensured our rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well-equipped, making for a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend Hotel Justa Palampur for anyone visiting the area!”

Good hotel at a convenient location. However, we were quite disappointed with the room allotted - it was the corner-most room in the deluxe category (room 109) & it was extremely congested (seemed like the space was forcefully utilised to fit in a room). Other rooms on the same floor of the same category were quite well spaced and airy. Our room’s balcony was also half the size in comparison. Rooms in the same category with the same price should not have such a difference in look and feel.

VVica25I enjoyed my stay here overall, especially because of the peaceful garden atmosphere. It really feels like you’re staying in the middle of nature, surrounded by greenery and fresh air. In terms of cleanliness, I would say it was average. Since the property is located within a garden environment, I noticed that some areas showed signs of wear, including a bit of rust and mold in certain places. I believe there is room for improvement in maintenance and upkeep. That being said, what truly made the experience enjoyable was Kittu. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He took great care of everything and made sure my stay was smooth and comfortable. His hospitality really stood out and made a positive difference. The breakfast was also delicious and freshly prepared. It was one of the highlights of my stay and a great way to start each morning. One thing to note is the location. The property is situated midway between the main areas, which means taxis do not usually pass by regularly. If you need transportation, it is best to ask the manager to help arrange a taxi for you. The property is not within walking distance of everything. It takes some time to travel down to the Dalai Lama Temple area, and it also takes a while to go up to Dharamkot. Depending on your plans, you may need to arrange transportation or be prepared for a bit of walking. Overall, if you enjoy nature, greenery, and a peaceful environment away from the crowds, this is a lovely place to stay. While the maintenance could be improved in some areas, the warm hospitality from Kittu and the tasty breakfast made the experience worthwhile.

PPriscillia WxI am disappointed with my stay at Legend Sarovar Portico Baddi. The room was spacious and the toilet was clean, which were the main positive points of my stay.
However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The air-conditioning in the room was not cold at all, making it uncomfortable. The reception area also lacked proper air-conditioning, and the chairs in the lobby appeared old and worn out.
Room service was extremely slow. We had to wait a long time for assistance and often needed to follow up multiple times. In addition, many food items listed on the menu were unavailable. We were told that the chef was not available, which was surprising for a hotel that offers room service.
The TV entertainment system was also disappointing, as some apps such as YouTube were unavailable or not functioning properly.
While the room size and cleanliness were good, the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, service efficiency, dining availability, and guest facilities. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience.

The resort's picturesque location amidst the breathtaking beauty of Manali's landscape and Most Definitely The Himalayas View immediately captured my heart. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The accommodations were top-notch, offering spacious and elegantly designed rooms that provided both comfort and luxury. The dining experience was a culinary delight, with a wide array of delicious dishes that satisfied my palate. What truly sets Bookmark Resorts apart is the impeccable service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to cater to my every need with a genuine smile. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions, they were always ready to assist with the utmost professionalism. My time at Bookmark Resorts Manali was nothing short of magical, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating.

The hotel sits beautifully on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayan range that we could enjoy directly from our room window. The location is peaceful and scenic, and it’s conveniently not too far from Shimla — making it easy to reach the town by taxi or private car whenever we wanted. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with those lovely hill views adding a special touch every morning. Cleanliness was outstanding; the entire property was spotless and felt very fresh. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. They took care of our requests promptly and made us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was a highlight — it offered good variety and was prepared with fresh ingredients every day. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience. We highly recommend Fortune Park Kufri for anyone seeking a tranquil stay near Shimla with great service and beautiful surroundings. We would love to return!

I had a pleasant stay here and would recommend it to other travelers. The hotel manager was very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The only minor issue I experienced was that the toilet was a little difficult to flush at times, but it was not a major problem during my stay. I stayed in a room without a view, but the rooftop more than made up for it. The rooftop view is absolutely beautiful and offers a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surrounding mountains. Just be careful of the monkeys because they do visit from time to time! 😂 The location is also convenient, and there is a great restaurant nearby called Mexico Cafe. The food there was delicious and definitely worth trying during your stay. Overall, the hotel offers clean rooms, friendly service, and a fantastic rooftop view. A great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in the area.

Manager Mr. Sahil and his whole staff, from front desk to housekeeping to food and bar service were exceedingly friendly, helpful and efficient. I really enjoyed the roof top bar and restaurant, and the views to the mountains were fine when the weather was good. The food was consistently very good, including good coffee and western dishes, and there is a good selection of alcoholic drinks in the lounge. There was live music or a DJ on the weekend while i was there. Mr. Sahil was well informed about local attractions and how to get around. My room was well appointed, with a large desk and comfortable chairs, and good AC. And the medium sized bathroom had a good shower and all necessary amenities and facilities. The front desk accepts foreign credit cards with no card fees added, and i was able to charge food to my room and pay w CC, so that i did not have to have a lot of cash available.

We had a great stay at Justa. Big thanks to Mr Vijay Sharma for his great hospitality. Mr Vijay took so much initiative to attend to us and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay, from our arrival till our departure. We would also like to thank Jitender Thakur, Vinod kumar, Tarun Thakur, Palak, Lalit, Vinod Sachin, and those whom we may have forgotten their names. Our thank is for the entire staff of Justa who made us feel home. The bar is cozy with our own choice of songs. Great for family time with delicious bar snacks. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Awesome views from our room balcony. Though this hotel is away from the main town but for those who wish to have a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, Justa is the place to look for. The meals are freshly cooked and we enjoyed every single bite. Thank you once again to everyone at Justa. Keep up the good work.

JJanetwyhThe check-in was fast and informative, he confirmed the cab booking to the airport and the price for us by calling to our room, which is very fast too. The bellboy helped us with the luggages and explained the use of hot water, TV and air-conditioning with heater. The room is comfortable and the night views from the balcony was the best. Chairs are provided at the balcony. The room have mini fridge and water boiler, room slippers, clean towels. The bed sheet look worn out but they are clean. The restaurant food are great, we ordered Kadhai Chicken and Gobhi Adraki and we can't help having more serving of Tawa roti to eat with. The mountain view at the restaurant balcony is breathtaking. As our flight was 8.50am, we don't have time for our breakfast, the staff was so wonderful to prepare sandwiches and juices to go. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay.
