Room 401 is spacious, but there's one downside: no view from the window. It was stuffy and dark. We opened the only window, but reception asked us to close it, either because it's on the ground floor or because monkeys might jump in. The food is mostly vegan. The service is good, and they try to accommodate everyone. Overall, we recommend this hotel; if it has a mountain view, it's fantastic!

Very well attendants and aids to assist. hotel desk was helpful polite. restaurant staff impeccable kind made special orders with allergy situations on the fly remembered them each day we came in and had it ready in minutes. rooftop eating is divine vision of view. def stay worth while i came with my sister we stay in two different countries and weee both still at home and happy with the stay.

5/5! We stayed as a family and we were very happy with the hotel. The view was beautiful, great gym and the staff (especially praveen) were very helpful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We would love to come back again!!!!

It was just awesome experience. Service was prompt... cleaningness, ambiance, surroundings, View everything was perfect.... access to Mall road...it was just next to hotel. Overall Great experience
