Nice breakfast; tasty. Found Staunton the bedsheets , weak hot water shower and the bidet not functioning.

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

3 star hotel with quite location. Room is quite big, quite clean. A bit far from city centre and restaurants. Nice for good sleep.

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. We booked hotel room through application, was great price however when we arrived and saw the hotel room. We found out that the bed cover was dirty, has blood stain, pillow case seems like not change cz there was a lot of black dot, found lizard on the hanging paint. We did complain to FO desk, they handled the complain very well. Gave us updated 2nd room which is larger unfortunately we found bed ticks. Lastly, they upgrade us at business room which is was clean and we request them to change everything on the bed since we bring our infant with us. Great hospitality for the staff at lina restaurant which make our night better with the service and food. Breakfast was great as well.

Always stay here whenever i am back to Lampung and this is my 3rd time. They are though very stingy with late check out even i know the hotel is not that busy during i stay. I ask for 2 PM c/o since i check in at 3 AM and want to rest more but they denied it. They already improved their breakfast and this time is very good stay. I like this hotel because of the view and the cleanliness of the room and its value for money. They also need to recognize returning guest more though not booked via IHG, your front desk system must be able to track with guest name.

Come here and order a single bed through trip.id because you are alone but got a double bed (no problem) Comfortable hotel room with full facilities -Such as: elevator, hot/warm shower, sink, enclosed rest area, air-conditioned room, TV with 20 channels, free sandals, coffee, tea, 2 bottles of mineral water, toothbrush and toothpaste. -The price of 330k/night without breakfast is quite expensive in my opinion compared to other hotels, but it may be consistent with the interior and hotel room facilities. -Disadvantages: The water is like water in a swimming pool, with rough hair, slippery body, a little itchy, but clear, not dirty, and muddy/stinky. & The blanket has some brown stains.

This is a new hotel, and it's clearly still under construction. There was a noticeable amount of dust on the floors. Perhaps it will be okay once everything is fully built. A suggestion: the bathroom floor tiles could be replaced with something rougher. It gets incredibly slippery with even a little bit of water.

The room was large, and the bed was large, but the sheets weren't clean enough. The garden below was beautiful, and the pool was on the basement level. The breakfast was excellent, with both Western and local options. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the hotel staff were very friendly.

Repeated stay and the noise from the lift operation is a little noisy for rooms that ends with ”8” Hotel accommodated us by switching to other rooms. Face towel is not provided in the room but after a gym session, the receptionist got me one. Breakfast spread is not a lot but enough to fill your stomach.
