It wasn't the first time, and I believe they haven't left anything to chance: comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities for our well-being. Even though it's not in the city center, we loved it!
This hotel is a gem. The location, the friendly staff, the room, the historical added bonus of staying in this place. We loved here. My bed was incredible. Overall it was a remarkable staying. I want to thank the hotel staff for helping us. We had many suitcases and wheelchair. The helped us since the moment we arrived to the hotel. The food from the restaurant is outstanding and there are many choices. We will definitely stay there again. Gracias
Great care is taken to ensure guests experience comfort through top-notch services and amenities. Parking is accessible, supplied by the hotel for guests who arrive by car. Each morning at Hotel Carlos I Silgar, a scrumptious, homemade breakfast kick-starts the day.
Hotel direkt im Zentrum, alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden, Zimmer und Bad ausreichend groß und sehr sauber, Personal sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit, gern wieder
The facilities are 5 stars. The shower with scrolls and different positions is a nice experience. The only thing to improve is the bed couchs. Very recommendable in general 🤩
Spectacular building in an equally incredible environment, this type of hotel is what Paradores needs to position itself in the luxury accommodation market. The building has all the amenities of a luxury modern hotel and the rooms can be perfectly those of a five-star hotel, both for the furniture and for the incredible sea views. The pool is a bit small but the glass makes it spectacular. The spa is well worth a visit.
The sea and the night view of the opposite shore can be seen from the window of the room. The classic atmosphere room is spacious, clean and has many furniture. The bathroom is spacious with two sinks, and the bathtub and shower booth were installed separately. The restaurant is spacious, the food is delicious, and the other guests were quietly enjoying the last weekend of the Christmas holidays.
The location of this hotel is spectacular because 2 minutes walk from everything: the longshore, the Maria Pita Square, the old town, the sea moles, the roads with numerous places to be able to magic tapas and more, the market and the beach of Orzan. The most remote place can be the Hercules Tower that can be reached by taking a beautiful walk on the seaside of about 25 minutes.
Hotel is recently renovated, still very new, everything very comfortable.
Belen at the reception was professional to show me on the map what to visit, always available and with a smile, you can also use me with free water bottles in the refrigerator hall. If you arrive late and the reception is closed, do not worry about the clock to open the door and you will check in them by a monitor live !

Amazing
GGuest UserEl hotel está bien ubicado, la atención ha sido correcta, hacía un poco de calor a pesar de que la calefacción estaba apagada y no estaba acostumbrada a ese tipo de almohada. Por todo lo demás bien.
GGuest UserI came back to the hotel that I had visited with my Camino friends last year while walking the Camino with my wife. It is really close to the bus stop and train station, and it is close to the shopping mall, so it is a good place to rest. It was a pity that it was not an ocean view this time, but I will book an ocean view next time I visit.
RRocksanaSince we arrived and went everything has been unforgettable ,very pleasant ,the staff of the weekend cafeteria the best I have found in my life after many years of hostel and the most similar to when I worked on the Cies Islands ,Super sympathetic and cosy John and Ana , along with the girls of the reception of that afternoon and next day , the spectacular and comfortable room with everything you need , and the most accessible and natural place I have enjoyed , Thank you very much for the service and the great price at these times of the year .We have enjoyed it from the bottom to the back ,Ribeira mola ,I wish the whole year was so good time that everyone could get there.
SShaun C.Easy to get to from either the airport or train station, prime location on the stunning Riazor beach (if you’re able to, upgrade to a sea view room – the views are spectacular) with plenty of nearby shops/restaurants including a convenience store next door. The hotel has been extensively renovated and you can tell – I especially liked the reception area which had lots of comfy seating as well as computers and reading material. The room itself was excellent – clean, modern and comfortable with all the facilities you’d expect (kettle, mini fridge, safe, hair dryer, large TV), though the stunning view out the window was the biggest plus. Breakfast was fabulous, with sweet and savoury options as well as a cooked offering too. I had a fantastic stay and wish I could have stayed for longer – would definitely return, no questions asked.
GGuest UserIt is really a good hotel located in front of the beach, beautiful view, friendly staff, modern and cozy decoration, clean and spacious room!
The breakfast was fantastic with many voices of breads , hams and cheese!
Only two little things need to be improved :
1) the coffee machines in the breakfast restaurant, there was a button for cappuccino, but it came out the chocolate milk not coffee. I believed something wrongly set to the machines!
2) the english standard of the staff, we found only the reception staff could speak english very well, but when we dialed the extension to the bar and room services, we needed to wait someone who could understand and translated to the related dept.!
Other than that, everything was perfect!
Highly recommend to my friends and sure we will come back again next time!
AAlzy32I recently stayed at Hotel Alda Orzan in A Coruña and was thoroughly pleased with my experience. The hotel’s location on Rua Sol is excellent, placing you within walking distance of Orzán Beach, the city promenade, and many key attractions.
My room was comfortable and clean, offering all the essential amenities. I was lucky to get a room facing the interior courtyard as a couple of guests mentioned during breakfast that the noise from the Lolita Bar across the street was really loud and kept them up.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, enhancing my overall experience. The breakfast was basic but satisfying, providing a good start to the day. I recommend Hotel Alda Orzan for its great service and location but make sure to ask for an inside room and not one facing the street.
GGuest UserThe hotel is newly built or, at least, renovated. It is very nice, it has been done with good taste. Excellent cleaning both common area and room
The bathroom is large, with bathroom. A large TV screen and a small desk that makes its function. The staff has been excellent, always with a smile and friendlyness. The hotel has a restaurant with day menu, which I had no chance to try.
The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable and very comfortable. For more, everything was heard absolutely, from the steps in the corridor as the conversations of neighbors. Finally, this factor has been important for me. So I would like to review it ...
GGuest UserA very lovely quaint boutique hotel, stylishly set up to offer a welcoming cozy vibes. We enjoyed a quiet afternoon in the shady backyard, chatting over wine, cheese and jamon. The bedroom was perfect for couple enjoying a romantic evening, after savouring a dinner prepared by the chef, like she was hosting her personal guests. Breakfast was sumptuous with freshly squeezed orange juice and eggs cooked to your preference. Mine was a most delicious sunnyside up with crispy edges. The omelette prepared for my girlfriend was great!...just like the way mom cooked it.
Highly recommended for camino pilgrims who do not mind a slight detour. Booked this place thru Trip.com for €50 :)
GGuest UserThe location is a 15-minute walk from the old town. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and the front desk staff checked us in. Thank you! Recommended!
