Unfortunately, the service was disappointing.
I know Tropical Islands very well; this was my 18th visit. Despite prior written confirmation that we could leave our luggage and sports bags at reception, this wasn't possible on site. Instead, we had to store our luggage in lockers until we could access our room – at a cost of €2.50 per day for a total of three days. Despite repeatedly pointing out that I had specifically asked, I was simply told that only ”large pieces of luggage” would be accepted. In the future, promises should be clearly stated, or the dimensions should be requested directly. As a regular guest, this makes me feel cheated.

AAnonymous UserNice and clean basic hotel. Two stops from Berlin Airport. The Airport Express reduces the traveling time required to reach Berlin Central. Taking the S-bahn to airport and then Airport Express to Berlin Central is so much faster now than taking the S-bahn from Schönefeld to Berlin Central. Hence, the location of this hotel is actually quite good.

SSummer-coolWarm service, great breakfast, although far from the city, there are 2 big supermarkets opposite the hotel, convenient shopping. The accommodation is clean and tidy, although it is an old-fashioned door key, but the sense of security is still enough.

YYangmeiThis hotel is right next to Brandenburg Airport, with the bus stop conveniently located downstairs. It's a quick 2-minute walk from the bus station to the airport, and only 5 minutes to Terminals 1 and 2.
Despite being so close to the airport, the soundproofing is excellent. It's very quiet at night once the windows are closed, and it didn't disturb my sleep at all.
The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.
However, there were a couple of minor issues: the lid on the kettle was broken, and the sink drained very slowly. There's also some room for improvement regarding cleanliness.

GGuest UserAs expected, this is a Best Western Premium Hotel. Despite its remote location from the airport and my business trip destination, I was satisfied with the hotel's facilities and service. However, it would have been even better if it had shuttle service between the hotel and the airport, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

AAnonymous UserApartment was very nice and tidy. It had so many nice amenities in the room and I loved the TV was able to face the bed! Check in and check out services was really easy and smooth, all digital.
The hotel's location is a 5 to 20-minute walk from the bus stop (depending on which bus you took), with buses running every 30 minutes to berlin airport. It's approximately one hour from Berlin Central Station from the Berlin Airport.
A key point to note is that the main entrance door locks after ~10 PM, and there is no night staff. We discovered this the hard way one evening and panicked. We later found out that you must use the hotel's website app (the same one used for check-in) to unlock the door. There is a ”front door” button in the app that triggers the lock.
This was not immediately obvious, as we saw another traveler struggling with the same issue. I highly recommend setting up the app beforehand, as checking in late at night without it would be very difficult.

TThomas SuzhouThis is new hotel, conveniently located very close to the central train station in Potsdam. Take the exit to Friedrich-Engels-Straße, turn right and you already see the new nice looking building about 300 m away on the other side of the street ”Lange Brücke” (long bridge). The reception and breakfast area is on the first floor (Erdgeschoss), well lighted with large windows. Everything looks new, nice and neat. (No worries, no smell at all from construction materials or new furniture, also not in the corridors or in my room). The standard room I booked is small with minimalistic furniture, but I like it simple anyway. The tiles in the bathroom are real cool and nice looking, so is the carpet and color arrangement in the floors.
The staff was friendly, but you need to be a bit patient, as several if them are new and still being trained on the software to check in. 😊
No doubt, next trip to Potsdam I will chose the same hotel.

MMarko TohverThis resort and spa complex is much larger than it first appears. It features a network of tunnels that seamlessly connect the different buildings. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking to walk in nature and unwind in a relaxing spa. Accommodations are spread across several distinct buildings; while I can't speak for the other rooms, mine was perfectly fine. They also serve a truly excellent breakfast. The location is incredibly secure, quiet, and completely free from city noise and pollution. I will definitely stay here again the next time I pass through the area.

GGuest UserThe room was tiny for 3 people. It looked much bigger in the pictures. We even had to remove the swing due to lack of space. The furniture is dated. No kettle, tea, coffee, etc., and no minibar. I wasn't happy with it. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating after I complained. If I had paid €290 instead of €125, I would have left the hotel immediately. That's my opinion of the place. Everyone has to decide for themselves how they want to spend the night.

HHa_R_KWe stayed in two suite rooms. One for 3 people and another for 4 people. Both suites were spacious, fully furnished, and equipped with excellent amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher.
The location was very convenient: just 3 minutes from the S-Bahn station, 4 minutes from the tram stop (Haltestelle), and only 5 minutes from Ristorante Toscana.
We had a fabulous stay and truly appreciated the comfort and convenience provided. Highly recommended!
