Very satisfied hotel, located in the batal district. Facilities: Fully equipped, for friends who like hot tea, there is no hot water bottle in the room Hygienic: very clean. Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable. Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. Well, even after reading several very negative reviews about the hotel, I decided to take a chance. My first impression was that the environment was in line with the price I had paid. My room was clean and smelled nice. In fact, the hotel has some things that could be better, such as the cleaning could be more efficient, and the minibar door was very rusty (but the inside was very clean). The bathroom showed signs of a ”rushed” cleaning, but it was apparently clean. Other than that, the room in general was very cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was simple, but tasty and enough for a morning meal. The receptionists were polite and attentive. I would definitely come back again.

The hotel's environment was superb, truly comfortable. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the airport. They even offered welcome champagne, which was a lovely touch. While the room was a little on the small side, it felt very cozy and inviting. The hotel also boasts a gym, entertainment facilities, and even public computers. It's a shame I didn't get the chance to try the spa. The main downsides were the poor mobile signal and slow Wi-Fi speed, which I suspect might be linked to the general local infrastructure.

位置不错 The Location was very good. There was a big shopping mall nearby. You basically could get everything there. The hotel had your agent in lobby. it was very expensive, don't recommend. You could get a taxi right outside the hotel. the driver could drive you to wherever you need to go. the cost was less than half. Brazilian Drivers we're very nice and trustworthy.

Except for drinks, you can eat all the rest and you will be given a drink coupon. The front desk is very enthusiastic and will tell the tour bus in detail about various attractions.

Breakfast, very good. Small parking lot. If you are a beginner driver, I do not recommend it, as there are many columns. I stayed in the family room: simple room, TV does not work. Air conditioning smells. Bathroom does not have a hairdryer, comfortable bed. Service at reception: great. If you are looking for something just to sleep, something basic and you do not have a car. It is worth it. Because parking is a hassle.

A nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.

I remember this hotel when Bristol was a lot of years ago, an excellent room. Super well located, but suitable well old, super small TV, so small douche box that I didn't even cut in with my son to bath. The first bath was filled with water in the kitchen. We were in 1 adult and 2 children. It is super small and not worthy of a hotel. Breakfast coffee very good. Aware and educated officials. I didn't like it and I wouldn't come back if I was still in the same pattern There is a lack of good reform and maintenance. Well, it was only one night.
