Overall, a pleasant hotel, though quite old. but clean ! cleaning daily ! breakfast is excellent !

Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable. Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. Well, even after reading several very negative reviews about the hotel, I decided to take a chance. My first impression was that the environment was in line with the price I had paid. My room was clean and smelled nice. In fact, the hotel has some things that could be better, such as the cleaning could be more efficient, and the minibar door was very rusty (but the inside was very clean). The bathroom showed signs of a ”rushed” cleaning, but it was apparently clean. Other than that, the room in general was very cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was simple, but tasty and enough for a morning meal. The receptionists were polite and attentive. I would definitely come back again.

Good hotel with an amazing restaurant. It's better to book a room with half-board. You don't need a plug adapter. There's no toothpaste provided. In the evening, they give one bottle of water and a chocolate per person. The breakfast coffee is amazing (you can make it yourself at dinner). Decent wines at dinner starting from 90 Reals.

Great hotel with an amazing view and pool setup, especially in the evening. The hotel stuff was very supportive and could help us with our requests. Breakfast was very good with many options, but I little bit noisy.

I booked NH5 before. This room is not as big as NH5, but overall it is OK. It is a good area. The ceviche downstairs is also OK. I will come again next time.

Excellent hotel, attentive staff, varied breakfast, very good cleanliness and room service. We will definitely stay there again. I was apprehensive about the reviews I read, but in my experience I have found that they are completely unfounded, so don't be put off by them.

Large room, good bathroom and good bed. It left something to be desired because the bathroom wall was completely scratched, and the shower glass was not clean, with stains.

I loved! It really smells like a hotel, but the bed is made of springs and is really bad for sleeping, they gave me another blanket when I asked and I found a market very close by I highly recommend it but the bed is bad if you're going to stay longer to rest... but if you're going to go for a walk here, great place, my room came with a bathtub, I loved it, the cleaning lady was very sweet to me, Mc Donalds literally below .

Impeccable and welcoming service from Alicia upon our arrival and departure. Great facilities, excellent breakfast, famous location and privileged view of the cathedral. I don't think it's fair to take a note for cleaning, but I noticed that the windows in the rooms were full of forehead and face marks (to admire the cathedral, obviously) and it went unnoticed by the cleaning staff. The pool was very clean, even with the trees and constant wind that occurred during the days...
