My stay at the Wiesler Hotel went beyond my expectations. I booked the tiny room because I am not fussy about having a big room. When I entered the room I was disappointed because the bed was above ground level and that it's a no no for lumbago sufferers, such as I. The size was actually quite decent, certainly no 'tiny' at all, and so was the bathroom but the bed put me off. I walked down to the reception desk, and I asked for an upgrade. I told the senior gentleman at the desk (could he be the general manager or even the owner?) that I did no like the bed without footboard. He was most understanding and he issued 2 keys for me to check and to choose from the Comfort bedroom and the Grand bedroom. I chose the former -the bed had a proper footboard, legs and headboard. He offered me to stay at the Grand for the same price of the Comfort, I was very pleased by the kind offer but I said that I was happy to go for the Comfort. As he insisted I accepted the Grand bedroom, which has the size of a one-bed apartment. The location is spot on: it's right in the city centre with views to the river Mur in front. I had the buffet breakfast in my last day too and I highly recommend it if you enjoy a good quality and varied breakfast. I've tried the local red wine too at the bar in the lounge, which was excellent and at a surprising low price- after all this is Austria! The decoration of the rooms aren't the typical you find in a 4 stars hotel with history and the curious eye has seen in the lobby's beautiful colour lithographs that the hotel has changed its style a few times over the last century. But it won't put me off to stay back tat the Weisler next time I am in Graz.

The hotel's environment completely exceeded my expectations. The surroundings were as tranquil and beautiful as a fairyland. I've already recommended it to friends for their vacations. The breakfast was also excellent, plentiful, and delicious. It's suitable for a relaxing stay of three days or more; my two-night stay was too short! Personally, I think it's even more suitable for a relaxing vacation than Hallstatt. There are far fewer people, and the tranquil lake view is perfect. It's my favorite hotel during this European trip, and it's my top choice for all my travels over the years!

We had Apartment 37 for 5 people. Since we were actually from 3 different families, I can highly recommend this apartment 😄. It has 2 separate bedrooms, a bathtub with a toilet, a shower with a toilet, and a sofa bed in the living area, and of course, a small kitchen. The kitchen equipment was actually our only point of criticism; in our opinion, there wasn't enough cutlery or good kitchen knives for 5 people. We just always washed the forks and knives right away. The reception staff were very competent, polite, and helpful!!!! The indoor pool and sauna were also good and never really overcrowded. Also, a big compliment to the cleaning staff; it was really sparkling clean!!! We can only recommend Alpine Club.

We stayed at a&o hotels in three major Austrian cities and were satisfied with all of them. We didn't encounter any surprises or disappointments. The room was clean, organized, and exactly as shown in the photos. There were plenty of power outlets, and the reception staff was very polite.The location was particularly advantageous, being within walking distance (15-20 minutes) of Graz city center. Since it was the weekend, we were also able to park our car for free in the nearby Green Zone. We really liked both Graz and the hotel; we would definitely stay here again.

After a long journey, you arrive at the hotel and just want to check in without any problems. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. An employee told me bluntly that breakfast wasn't included in the price and didn't even try to explain why. He simply said otherwise, despite proof... Luckily, the next day another employee came and explained to me how and what was going on. After that, the matter was quickly resolved. Breakfast costs €12.90, and there are no hot dishes (e.g. sausages, eggs, etc.). Just bread, sausage and various sweets... Boiled eggs were cold!... so it's better to have breakfast somewhere else than in the hotel...

旧市街に近い場所でスーパーもすぐ近くに3軒もありました！バジェットホテルなので最低限のものだけが備わってますが、スタッフの方も親切で泊まって良かったです！グラーツにまた来る時にはここに泊まりたいです！

You can walk to the hotel or take the tram to the train station. There is a tram at the entrance of the hotel. The counter staff is very good. English can communicate. There is a sofa area in the room to rest. There is also a small bar. There is also a seat area. The room is clean and tidy.

walkable from Graz train station still very quiet rooms with modern room and bathroom facilities. we stayed in winter and the heating was good but  can not comment on AC. beds were comfortable. breakfast varieties were plenty and overall taste was good. staff was helpful. the city centre was within walking range and tram lines in the city centre were free.

I had a great stay at the NH Hotel Graz City and would definitely choose it again. The location is excellent, making it equally convenient for business travellers and tourists. I could easily see myself staying here for either another work trip or a city break. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly - something I really appreciated during my stay, especially considering the hot outside temperatures. Overall, it's a reliable, comfortable hotel with great service, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Graz.

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included! I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.
