Check in is posted for 2 PM. Found facility around 3 pm and checked in only to find the door to “my room” open, warm, and not ready. Called front desk. Person didn’t apologize. She said I would have to come back to lobby to see if they had another room ready or “you mignt have to wait.” I didn’t take this very well. I am a disabled (invisible) American. The front desk person knew that. Lugging my suitcase on carpeting does a number on my back. She did find another room but it caused my back to spasm. Not necessary. Just practice integrity and customer service excellence.

It is very close to the side of the kilometer. There are also very convenient parking spaces. Room facilities are still very good. Because they got up late in the morning, they didn't taste their breakfast.

Very pleased with cleanliness and quiet room. Good location to stop on our way to New Mexico. We were easily able to meet up with our other family members.

Room was clean, quiet. Bed comfortable. Nice large room. Appeared to be recently updated. Staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

Super friendly staff. Great location near lots of stores, restaurants and the mall. Clean rooms & comfortable beds.

Needs security or at least keep people from loitering in the parking lot all night.
