AAA Thames Court Motel
4.2/580 Reviews
Facilities: Complete kitchen facilities, very good, bought ingredients from a nearby supermarket, and cooked by myself Hygiene: Clean and spotless Environment: Right on the roadside, a little noise from passing vehicles at night, but acceptable because too tired Service: The front desk is very responsible, but looks a bit cool and feels quite serious. There was a misunderstanding about the child's room fee, and Ctrip solved it perfectly, great
Bella Vista Motel Oamaru

I went to see the rooms set by Penguin. I was a bit worried about staying in the motel for the first time, but the location and the environment are good. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the town center. It’s convenient to have breakfast at McDonald’s next door. It’s 30 minutes walk to see Blue Penguin. About minutes.
Sierra Motel and Apartments
4.5/5122 Reviews
We've been touring around the lower South Island for a little over 2 weeks, staying at motels for generally about 2 nights at a time. The Sierra Motel ranks as one of the nicest we have seen in the whole trip. The exterior looks dated but the interior is fabulous - large, clean, comfortable, and modern. There is a large TV (with basic Sky - would like to access Netflix), king bed, two lounge chairs and a good work/dining space as well as a large shower with two shower heads, and a large outdoor area with an exterior table and 2 chairs. We enjoyed a G&T outside our unit in the fading afternoon sun - very pleasant. Booking through Trip.com also gave us a very competitive price and 25% better that anything the motel would offer, so we were very happy indeed.
Heritage Court Lodge

this was really a no frills motel, all amenities were there bur wldnt say was great, location not bad as city centre was a 5min drive away. we were there during winter but the heating was inadequate for a room as big as this... so that was not really satisfactory
Blue Peaks Lodge
4.2/5123 Reviews
The room was very satisfactory, it was very big, equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and electric stove, tableware, anyway, it was very convenient to cook by yourself, and there was a dining table, this was the most convenient and best kitchen I have ever used, the bedding was clean, the washing supplies were also OK, it was very quiet at night, it was very close to the lake, about 200 meters, shopping and other attractions were also very convenient. The biggest disadvantage is that no matter how many days you stay, they will not come to clean, and all supplies will not be replaced for you. I stayed for three days and felt very uncomfortable. If it were not like this, this is a hotel worth staying in.
Archway Motels & Chalets

We love how friendly the staff was and how understanding & helpful the owner of the motel was to our family. I love how family friendly the motel was, they had a play area for kids and even BBQ pits. The rooms were surprisingly new and updated. Location was great too. Would definitely recommend this place!
Queenstown Motel Apartments
4/5120 Reviews
Hotel is located on a very busy road off Queenstown and towards Frankton. The construction outside also does not help in getting in and out of the place. Rooms are cozy with kitchen and there is a paid laundry available as well. lots of parking space. Avoid the corner rooms near the road which is always noisy. A long walk into town mostly downhill, but the walk back can be painful. Otherwise nothing much to write about as it what you can expect for the price paid.
Allan Court Motel

The hotel is very convenient, right on the main street, and the owner is very helpful. The environment is good, the service is good, the sanitation is comfortable, very satisfied, will come again, recommend friends to stay in Dunedin.
ASURE Brookvale Motel

The hotel room is nice, the cleaning and the coffee, tea and chocolate drinks in the room are all very good. All the services in the hotel are OK. The overall cost performance is good.
Alcala Motor Lodge

This hotel is very handy to central Dunedin. The unit was warm when we used 2 lots of heating sources. It had everything we needed for our stay. Great little kitchenette. Bathroom was OK, no ventilation system to extract moisture, so just had to keep windows open. (A tad chilly) My only minus was how much street noise and student noise we heard every night. Hard to get to sleep. However this is not a fault of the hotel.
