The room is very comfortable, the facilities are complete, and the particularly good place is that there is a bathtub that can be SPA, which is so cool! The boss is from Beijing and very talkative. There is a supermarket and a variety of food nearby, which is very convenient.

The room was very spacious and had great natural lighting, which I really appreciated. It felt comfortable during the day and overall the space itself was quite nice. However, the WiFi was extremely poor. Even basic social media would keep buffering, and trying to watch a show at night was almost impossible — it would pause every couple of minutes. Since there’s not much to do around in the evening, this was pretty frustrating. Another thing that felt a bit uncomfortable was the mirror placement next to the bed upstairs. It’s not directly facing the bed, but if you turn to the side, you’re basically looking straight into it. I know this might not bother everyone, but in some cultures (like feng shui), having a mirror facing the bed is considered bad for sleep and overall comfort, so it felt a bit odd to me. The bathroom was also a bit annoying — the fan automatically turns on with the light and can’t be switched off separately. It was quite loud, so even using the bathroom felt uncomfortable after a while. Parking space was decent in size, but getting out was inconvenient. I had to reverse multiple times because the space behind wasn’t very wide. Overall, the room itself is nice, but the WiFi and some layout details could really use improvement.

The hotel is located in Wanaka town, easy to find, and the location is good. It's like a small cabin, quite unique. The overall room is large, warm, and has many beds, making it suitable for families. It's especially quiet at night. However, the hygiene is just average, and the facilities are relatively old. But as a transitional hotel, it's perfectly fine. Overall, it's worth recommending.

The suite has TVs and heaters in both the living room and bedroom, making it very warm. The bathroom is spacious, and there's plenty of counter space around the sink for your belongings. Free parking is provided, and it's very convenient to park right below your room. Cleanliness: The place is clean and tidy. The countertops were dust-free, and I didn't find any dirty spots. Location: The accommodation is in a great location, surrounded by several motels. It's in the city center, making it easy to get to all the main attractions. You can walk to the University of Otago campus in five minutes and enjoy a leisurely stroll there. Dunedin Railway Station and the Cathedral are also very close, so you can explore the city on foot. Service: The service was the absolute best! This hotel is run by a couple. When we checked in, the wife assisted us. She warmly and kindly recommended places to visit and even drew them out on a map for us. It's the first time I've encountered such thoughtful hosts. That highlighted map was incredibly helpful for our itinerary in Dunedin. I heard both husband and wife are very kind, warm, and friendly. If you're looking for a place to stay for a night in Dunedin, this is definitely an excellent choice.

The layout was practical and suitable for both short and longer stays, with ample space to move around and relax. One of the biggest advantages was how easy the place was to locate. Clear directions and a convenient location made check-in smooth and stress-free, especially after a long journey. The surrounding area was also quiet and pleasant, allowing for a restful stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, from the rooms to the common areas, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this accommodation offers great comfort, convenience, and value. We would definitely recommend it to others and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The environment is good, the room is very clean and hygienic, with an open kitchen! Very close to the supermarket, about 1 km to the town center, walk to the town center, pass the beautiful RV campsite, and a few hundred meters past the Arrow River. It is a very good typical New Zealand South Island motel! We came specifically to see the Golden Autumn Festival from April 25 to 28, especially the Carnival Parade on April 27, leaving a good memory! It is hard to find a room during the Golden Autumn Festival!

The store family was very good, helped us stay at night, and sent milk, the room was very clean, the bathroom was very clean, at first glance, the store was very clean, and you could cook, overall it was really good, and this town was so beautiful, so I will go to this town again next week! I'll stay here again if I stay overnight.

The hotel is located in the city center, only 5 minutes walk to the First Church and about 10 minutes to the train station. Parking is convenient and there are many places to eat. When checking in, there is no front desk and you have to call. The hotel is old but very clean. The elevator is too old and a bit scary. I bought bread for breakfast at the supermarket. There are bowls and basins.

SierraMotel is a typical kiwi motel with all the amenities you need. Nicely set back off the road so quiet and undisturbed. Obviously very popular with cyclists, fishermen and walkers, of whom there were plenty.
