Breakfast is nice, there was always one main course available (e.g. nuggets and french fries) with the variety of snacks, fruit and desserts. The rooftop canteen is very romantic The furniture and amenities of the hotel are new and convenient: we like abundant storage areas, the elevator and cozy beds The stuff is very friendly It's only 10 minutes away of bus stop and 15 minutes away of Istiklal avenue, very conveniently placed for exploring the city centre Around the hotel is a bakery, a supermarket, a grocery store, and also a park. The neighbourhood may be considered as a little bit risky, since there were a lot of abandoned homes nearby, but it didn't concern us in a slightest The cons of the hotel is bad soundproofing, no drying system (no dryer at the bathroom). The cons is very negligible, actually The price-quality balance is perfect. I'd definitely stay here one more time"

"The room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The cleaning was impeccable. A special thank you to the hotel's front desk staff. When I arrived on the first day, I realized my phone was missing, and they were incredibly helpful in contacting the taxi I had taken. Also, I arrived at 10 AM, and check-in was supposed to be in the afternoon, but the front desk warmly helped me check in immediately so I could take a shower and get some sleep to recover from a 10-hour-plus flight. I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, with many cafes, restaurants, and various shops downstairs, and it's very close to the beach. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Oh, and one of the front desk staff's names was Bugra; I forgot the other person's name. Thanks again to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality!"

"This is my second time in Istanbul, and the location is perfect. It's close to Ortaköy and Beşiktaş station. Everything is nearby. It's a clean, affordable hotel. You could skip breakfast, as there's not a huge selection of dishes."

"Unfortunately, my impression of the hotel was ruined even before check-in. We had requested an early check-in for 11:00 AM via the app beforehand, and it was confirmed. We had an overnight flight, arriving around 7 AM and reaching the hotel by approximately 8 AM. We understood that a room might not be immediately available at 8 AM, but we expected to be able to check in at the confirmed time of 11:00 AM. However, upon arrival, the reception told us that check-in was only at 3:00 PM because no rooms were available. After an overnight flight, we were extremely tired and ended up spending about 7 hours in the lobby. We kept dozing off on the sofa; at one point, we were woken up and told that a room would be ready soon, but then we waited another hour with no change. We fell asleep again and were once more woken up and told that sleeping in the lobby was not allowed. The most unpleasant part wasn't the wait itself, but the attitude and lack of proper communication. We weren't offered any solutions: no place to rest comfortably after our overnight flight, no estimated time for when the room would be ready, and no compensation for the inconvenience. Meanwhile, we saw guests checking out that morning, so it's hard to believe that not a single room could be prepared between 9 AM and 3 PM. We didn't expect to check in right at 8 AM, but if the hotel confirms an early check-in for 11:00 AM, it should be honored. Spending 7 hours in the lobby after an overnight flight, without the ability to properly rest, was a very unpleasant experience. The service at the front desk was disappointing, and I have no desire to return to this hotel. The check-in situation was also extremely frustrating. We noticed that other guests who arrived after us were checking in earlier, while we were made to wait until the very end. The staff repeatedly stated that the delay was due to room cleaning. However, given that others were being checked in, it felt unfair and left a very negative impression of their guest relations. We could have just as easily booked connecting flights, spent two hours at the airport, and continued our journey. However, because the hotel had confirmed our early check-in for 11:00 AM in advance, we decided to stay in Istanbul and rest before our next flight. In the end, the confirmed early check-in was not provided, and instead of resting after an overnight flight, we were forced to spend several hours in the lobby."

"Overall, I had a very satisfying experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was excellent. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The staff were friendly and always helped promptly with any issues. There's a Chinese restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient for Chinese visitors. The surrounding transportation is also very good, making it easy to get to attractions and the airport. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel left me with mixed feelings. On its own, it's genuinely good: spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, daily housekeeping, no issues with shower water, and stable Wi-Fi throughout the property. The staff is very polite and responsive, and there are Russian-speaking employees. When we asked to change rooms, it was done quickly and without any hassle. However, there's one huge drawback that ruined the entire stay. For the first three nights, we stayed in room 1001 on the first floor. Directly beneath the windows is the 'Gagarin' bar, where music and noise continue practically until five in the morning. It was impossible to sleep, even with earplugs. Furthermore, due to its proximity to the reception, everything happening in the corridor was perfectly audible. In the room itself, the toilet was also slightly leaking. After moving to a different building, it became noticeably quieter, but complete silence was still elusive. For those who come for an active vacation and just want a good night's sleep in the evening, this could be a serious problem. The breakfasts are quite decent, but without much variety – a solid 4 out of 5 in my opinion. Overall, I'd rate the hotel a 4 out of 5. It has an excellent location, good rooms, and wonderful staff. But I personally won't return for one reason only: I couldn't get a decent night's sleep here. It's a real shame, because in all other respects, the hotel truly deserves a high rating. The photos only show the bed from the first room, it's definitely half a meter high, very tall and comfortable 😅 and everything else is from the other building, right next to the descent to the dining hall, where all the cooking was perfectly audible from around 6 AM :("

"A newly opened hotel, and despite that, everything was perfect. The rooms were super modern and tastefully decorated; we absolutely loved the room. I believe they only offered breakfast service at the moment, as their à la carte restaurants hadn't started yet, but the breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. As for the location, its proximity to E-5 and the metro station was a big plus for us."

"The best advantage of this hotel is its location, next to restaurants and bars. Heart of Istanbul. However, for those who value peace and quiet, this can also be a drawback, as in the evenings there is a lot of music and noise, especially noticeable on the first floor (it may be quieter on higher levels). The hotel itself is fairly clean, well-kept, and relatively new compared to many others in Istanbul. Breakfast is definitely worth including – it’s excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, Turkish tea and coffee, and even made-to-order omelets. Staff don’t rush you out when breakfast time ends, and they keep replenishing dishes, which is a big plus. On the downside, the reception could be friendlier, and the staff’s English level is quite limited. For example, when we requested extra bedding, room service brought us fries instead. Additionally, in September the rooms were cold, and unfortunately only the air conditioning worked – the heating did not. The restaurant downstairs, Pera 77, offers live music in the evenings. In our case, the singer was late, performed only a few songs, then took a break and never returned before we left. Food quality was mixed: the soup and cheese platter were good, but the steak was tasteless and the fries soggy. Overall, the hotel is a good option if you want a lively location with outstanding breakfasts, but be aware of noise and some service limitations."

"I had a long layover in Istanbul and needed to stay a night outside the airport. I booked this hotel through Trip.com and it was excellent value for money. While the facilities are a bit dated, its proximity to the airport, just a 10-minute drive, is a huge plus. The hotel offers airport transfers for 20 Euros one way, which is super convenient if you have an early flight – just book the shuttle in advance. The 20 Euro fee applies regardless of whether it's one adult or an adult and a child, as was our case. The restaurant across from the hotel is very authentic and reasonably priced, unlike the inflated prices you find in the city center."
